We couldn't be more thrilled with the professionalism of Jake Drook for our plumbing emergency. Our garbage disposal picked the perfect time to blow out right when my wife, Beth, was cooking things for the big family dinner. Despite all efforts, it flooded under the subflooring, damaging our basement ceiling. After a quick call to your office, Jake was at our house exactly when we were told. The undersink had a particle board bottom that was ruined and Jake gave me the chance to replace it with new wood as he worked to replace the disposal. Jake also corrected a major fire hazard, identifying that the power supply was never grounded by the genius who installed it. Jake patiently endured the barking of our Belgian Malinois who was restricted next to the kitchen in a fenced area after a knee ligament surgery. We were already stressed beyond words, playing nursemaid night and day for the past eight days to our recovering, unhappy pup who has a bark like a war dog. Jake also checked our water heater and identified a failed expansion valve. We are due for replacing most if not all of the water heater components soon (after our wallet recovers from this unexpected $5,000 surgery). We cannot thank Jake and T.E.Plumbing for the prompt, thorough, and professional service. I am a residential concierge at a luxury apartment community in Sandy Springs.
