I like the TE uses texting services as well as mobile tracking software so you can see where your technician is and when they will be there. We were optimistic that this might be covered under an insurance policy that we had and they were particularly helpful and helping us navigate that process and provide our adjuster, the correct information and timely manner. They came to us as a recommendation, and we can’t recommend them enough.

The young man that was here was very patient with us as we were very anxious about getting the new refrigerator installed. He explained everything, allowed us to ask questions as he proceed with the work. He was h eye quite late but even then he still tried to do everything correctly. I think u are very lucky to have Jim representing the professionalism of your company. I will definitely recommend your company to others.

Kyle Boss is the most outstanding electrical technician we have ever used. We have lived in our home in Atlanta, GA. for 3 years now and have used Kyle and TE Certified ever since our real estate agent recommended him upon move in of our home. I appreciated their honesty, telling me all the repairs I need in addition to the work I called them for. I had a different company to look at pipe leak in my basement and they had no clue of what needed to be done. TE certified is the best plumbing company and I definitely use them .

Luis @TE Certified did an Excellent job on our installation. There were some usual install hiccups but Luis worked thru them and completed our install … all Good2Go! I’ve done A Lot Of business (electrical and plumbing) and it’s obvious they train their technicians Very Well … I Highly Reommend!!!

Hubert is the consummate professional. He is concerned with electrical safety. Hubert always gives 100% to diagnose an electrical issue or complete a task. We have many future projects lined up for him. TE Certified Electrical is the only electrical service provider we use.

Dalton replaced every single switch and outlet in our home. As always, he was extremely professional, polite, and enjoyable to spend time with. TE Certified and Dalton are absolutely my go-to folks for anything electrical.
