With customers approval we performed diagnostics and identified the leak coming from separated tile and missing grout. A leaking shower head was spraying water directly at this section of tile. Offered to the customer to open the drywall on the backside of the shower valve to confirm this and the customer declined further diagnostics at this time stating he would address these two issues first.
