Complete system diagnosis found a low-voltage problem coming from the upstairs unit all the way outside to the condenser looks like the wire is either cut or split behind the wall. The wire is about 75 feet long. Will recommend an electrician to come out and run a new low-voltage and then will come back to connect everything and start up the system

Replaced two failed vacuum breakers on hoses front and side of home. Also replaced failed prv reading 82 psi. Newly installed prv now reading 65 psi. All work tested to ensure proper function.

Tested system not cooling for the whole home. Found a trip breaker caused by a failed/grounded fan motor on the outdoor unit. The compressor is also failing with poor windings that were found with meghometer. The evaporator coil caked up with dust/dirt and the whole unit/closet is as well. Due to the age and condition at this time we recommend replacement.

I needed a doorbell replaced and contacted TE Certified. I had work done with them in the past so they sent out the same repair guy. David and Henry showed up in a timely manner, they gave me about an hour or so notice, and completed the work in a fairly short amount of time. They were friendly, knowledgeable, and seemed to genuinely enjoy their job. I had an overall pleasant experience because of their professionalism and was satisfied with the results of their work.
