Changed outlets in master bedroom to switched receptacles using Lutron caseta smart plugs and added a separate box with two pico switches. We added additional pico switches for three way operation and put them in a drawer by the fridge in the kitchen. These can be mounted by the bed when the bed is placed where it’s going or be used as remotes. We also added a receptacle to the master closet from the existing power in the toilet room. We relocated switches in communal area by moving them to a junction box in the master bathroom and dropping them down to desired location in the hall by the master bedroom. We added 1 circuit in the pantry for a toaster oven. We came off the kitchen lighting circuit and added an outlet for a coffee maker and powered water bowl. I informed the homeowners that if the coffee maker trips the breaker, we will need to install it on a dedicated circuit. Everything is working as it should

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns.

Completed full system inspection, account setup by renters

Homeowner has the water main dug up. Cut out the faulty portion of piping, adapted to the existing pipe underground and made new connections. Pressurized, blew out the faucets and checked for leaking.

Troubleshoot detached garage, re ran home run for the detached garage in thhn

Called out for a 3 year old Rannai tankless flush located in garage on left back wall. Unit has no history of flushing during the duration of its time being installed. Will flush system with white distilled food grade vinegar per Rannai recommendations.

Performed water heater tank flush

Replaced the evaporator coil for the upstairs system.

Investigated garbage disposal that was not working. Discovered it was jammed. Unjammed disposal. Testing for proper function. Everything working as it should at this time

Inspected pipes above water heater for corrosion. Did not find any signs of corrosion. Customer needed plumber to inspect condition of pipes as process of listing house for sale

The upstairs dehumidifier is duct into the supply and return. Material: 14x14x10 return box, 10” and flex R8 and a 14x14 return grill. Need to run a 10” return box under the desk and to the return grill. Also, needs a 4 ton evaporator coil the coil,is leaking refrigerant.

Customer is experiencing lukewarm/cold water coming from the hot side of fixtures. Checked elements in water heater and they are fine. Shut off hot water and water still flowed from hot side of fixtures. Check valve has gone bad on hot water recirculation line allowing a cross connection to occur in the plumbing system. Recommend replacing check valve with a new one to prevent current cross connection that’s occurring

Replace whole home regulating valve and thermal expansion tank Customer has 120 psi on plumbing system. Should be between 50 to 70 psi. Whole home regulating valve needs to be replaced. When water heater is heating, pressure builds significantly. Thermal expansion tank needs to be replaced. Expansion tank needs to be secured to the wall

95 pint Aprilaire Dehumidifier for main level and upstairs. Single unit zoned for both levels. Equipment located in walk in attic.

Changed out master bathroom faucet on right side on bathroom. Tested and checked for leaks

Today we came out to troubleshoot an EV charger not turning on. Upon opening the panel door we noticed multiple mismatched breakers, including breakers much older than the house itself, and open breaker spaces revealing a lot of melting and heat damage on the bus bar. We determined the panel needs to be replaced and replaced the panel as well as updated the grounding system

Troubleshot AC Issues. Found melted disconnect on roof. Submitted estimate for approval. Ac breaker trips moments after AC is turned on.

Performed troubleshoot for family room circuit tripping dual function breaker. They recently had an irrigation system installed in the back yard. While installing the irrigation system, they nicked the extension cord controlling the back yard string lights. I gave an option to install an outdoor outlet on the fence so they no longer would have to have an extension cord buried underground. The homeowners are planning on moving soon and did not want to invest in the outdoor outlet at this time.

Provide and install landscape transformer

Installed a 12” bypass damper on the whole home system. Ran a 12” flex duct from the return plenum to the supply plenum and secured it. Wired in the new bypass damper to the Honeywell zone board and insulated it with duct wrap insulation. Reinstalled the Honeywell temperature sensor, as well as installed the temperature sensors for the new bypass zone damper. Adjusted dampers for the main floor and upstairs. Informed the customer that he can call us out if any issues persist with the zoning.

Troubleshoot and repair outdoor outlets that lost power and master bath gfci with a blinking red light.

Upon arrival, owner stated the 2 zone single system for home upstairs zone was hot last week during high temperature days but is now cooling satisfactory. Owner wants to have HomeCare visit done today. HomeCare renewal/visit one 2 zone system. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Flushed condensate drain; clear and flowing. Checked 2 zone up/down 2019 up flow system in attic electrical components and operations, thermostats, temperatures, duct work, flue pipe, gas connections, refrigerant…system operating at this time.
