Properly Performed a whole home system inspection. Replaced the filter, checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleaned flame sensors, cleared inducer ports, tested hot surface igniters, took delta Ts, tested safety switch, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations. The ductwork and air filter are really dirty, the blower wheels are dirty, the outdoor unit capacitor is weak, fungus growth in supply Plenum. AC mode the compressor is not starting rapidly. It takes a long time to ramp up so a booster will be needed to help with the compressor.

2 system inspection. Main level - 18 year old carrier, gas furnace, and AC system located in a utility closet on the main level. There is also a water heater in this utility closet and the closet is not fixed with a louvered door, and no fresh air intake. I the gas line is out of code due to a flexible line going into the furnace cabinet. The flue pipe is single wall for about the first 6 to 8 feet and the pipe is rusted. The blower wheel is completely impacted with dirt/debris and the blower motor is over amping. The system is not in an emergency pan and has no flood safety switches. The system is a little low on refrigerant. The condenser coil is in fair shape, but could definitely benefit from a chemical cleaning. The compressor is over ramping on start up and run, this is typical as the system has surpassed the average life expectancy. At this time the system is heating and cooling the home. Outlet replacement

During our visit, a small section of corroded copper was replaced in the basement ceiling. A new section of copper was installed and tested for leaks after completion.

For this job we replaced two outlets.

Troubleshoot and replace burnt outlets

Replaced leaking water heater with a new 10 year manufacturers warranty 50 gallon water heater. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Customer has a shower that isn’t getting hot. Recommend replacing the cartridge to help resolve this issue. Customer also has a garbage disposal

Replace water main from water meter to home (trenching)

Today I came to the customers home to install outdoor outlet on front porch

Installed 2 new thermostats provided by the customer. Checked heat and cool after installing both thermostats from the thermostat. Thermostats are connected to Wi-Fi and to customers phone via app. Both cooling and heating are functioning.

Used auger to clear toilet blockage

Dishwasher clogged heavy grease and rice in line, cleared dishwasher line, Ran dishwasher three times Customer was present. Drain line cleared. I Washed screen filter for dishwasher. inspected for leaks function check garbage disposal again, no discrepancies found.

Called out for a fracture fault in the main potable water line by meter box in front yard. Disconnected service at meter and inside penetration of basement wall and ran a new 1” main water service. At meter we installed a dual check and courtesy valve in new meter box. Ran a new piece of copper through penetration and installed new main shut off valve inside basement right before water filtration system. Sealed penetration with hydro cement and tar for maximum protection. Tested and purged water line to remove any air. All is working properly at this time. Lifetime install warranty

Repaired 1” main water service in front yard by meter box.

Inspected for leaks. Found that builder grade toilets had handles that would stay open when tripped. Replaced all toilets. Replaced failed thermal expansion tank. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
