System was not heating due to a blown fuse, contactor is defective and blew the fuse, blower wheel is dirty, float switch is defective, no ss1 on condensate drain, and dual capacitor is out of manufacture specs. Replaced fuse, contactor, dual capacitor, and added a wet switch. System is operating properly at this moment.

Also replaced cpvc water line section to garage side hose bib with pex pipe and all new pipe insulation, added accessible 1/4 turn shut off in staircase/basement ceiling. Water turned back on at main shutoff to test and ensure proper function.
