Customer replaced the tank to bolts and now it’s leaking. Minor toilet repair, no warranty on customer supplied material. Tank to bowl bolts were put on without the gasket causing it to leak. I took it apart and properly installed. Tested multiple times and toilet is now working properly.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Customer has 3 y/o 3-zone Goodman system that operates for whole house. Noticed that drain line had been damaged and not secured to system. Repaired drain line and tested. Performed inspection on system and noticed that blower wheel was dirty. Recommend water protection upgrade. Dampers are operational. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Condenser electrical components are good. System is currently working.

Our client reached out to us in reference to a possible toilet leak and relocating a waterline for this particular item. This particular toilet in the master bedroom was tested for 30 minutes and no leaks were found. The toilet also would not set straight due to the fact that the waterline that’s in the way.System was drained down and water pipe was removed. The tile was drilled to the left of the toilet by 2 inches reset and reconnected. The toilet was also corrected. Water was restored to the residence and check for leaks. No leaks were found and client is happy.
