For this job, I worked on providing an installing tesla charger outside of garage door as well as providing and installing 60 amp dedicated circuit for EV charger. circuit had to be ran from finished basement up to garage. PVC had to be ran in garage to protect circuit. siliconed around Tesla charger because homeowner requested it outside of garage. tested all voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly. Left a recommendation to install a whole house surge protector and dual function breakers due to previous contractor that finished basement did not install proper breakers by code.

Performed 3 system heating tune up. Replaced AprilAire 413 16x25x1 14x20x1 filters. Reset all reminders on thermostats. Set temperature on thermostat to homeowners request. Cleared drain lines of any obstructions. Installed a wet switch to the basement heat pump that does not have an emergency drain pan. Tested heat and emergency heat. Checked all electronic components. Cleaned flame sensors. Tested heat strips.

Main floor and lower level zoned heat pump. Breaker tripping caused by bad compressor. Megameter is showing bad windings in compressor. Compressor is under warranty. Quote is for evacuating the refrigerant, replacing the compressor, pressure testing refrigerant loop, and pulling a vacuum and new filter drier. Recommend having annual home care maintenance performed on your HVAC equipment. Homeowner wanted me to email the quote. Before moving forward with repairs.

Inspection of HVAC systems for regular maintenance and found no wet switch or safety switch on the upstairs and main floor systems and found outdoor coils. Need to be cleaned. Also, the basement unit still uses R22 refrigerant which is no longer in use also recommend indoor air quality products to help the system and air cleaner. Changed the filters. clear drain lines and made sure that the systems were running properly at this time.

Replace CH breakers that have gone bad, replace GFCI in garage

Full system inspection on whole home system. Tested in heat and cooling, checked filter, checked zoning, and tested components. During testing found subpar flood protection, and no other mechanical issues at this time. Today we installed a switch and SS1 onto the system. No issues at this time.

Remove flag stone rock in backyard to locate busted pvc tee fitting in ground for irrigation, once dug up tee branch line was capped off in ground. Removed tee and installed transitions to make straight repair. Water turned back on for irrigation to test and ensure proper function.

Ran 400 down master bathroom toilet was able to get relief but wasn’t able to run full 75 feet. all toilets upstairs is draining normally

Connection performed to system inspection both systems need a major work to them. Capacitors and motors and compressors are going out indoor capacitors blower cleanings, evaporator coil cleaning systems are not in good condition.

I installed a sub panel and ran 2 dedicated lines

For this job, we worked on installing 2 customer provided lighting fixtures. 1 ceiling fan and 1 sconce light.

Replace 2.5 ton compressor

Performed full system home care on upstairs and main floor system. Tested system and heating, change filters, and cleared drain lines. Testing the main floor found a dirty blower wheel and subpar flood protection, outdoor unit was also dirty. While testing upstairs system found subpar flood protection, gas line installed incorrectly, blower wheel, and condenser coil also dirty. Today we cleaned both condenser coils on the system. All systems operating at this time.
