System not cooling for the whole home. Ran diagnostics and found the system has undersized ductwork and improper zoning. Also found the condenser coil, dirty, subpar, flood, protection, and armor flex needing replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting ductwork replaced.

Completed system evaluation. Client claimed that the system was working on emergency heat by checking the zoning board find out that the board has been damaged probably due by the storms also zoning board did not have a separate transformer.

Found water damage on the garage ceiling coming from bathroom above. Found wet carpet in the upstairs guest bedroom. Found that the leak came from the toilet in the guest bathroom. From the connection between the supply line and the fill valve. Found that the prv is 20yrs old, and has become defective, slowly letting in extra pressure. Replaced prv and thermal expansion tank. Water pressure is now 55psi. Gave estimates to repair or replace toilet after the remediaton companies are finished with their work.

Jamie the technician arrived on time and appeared and acted like a professional. His service was of old days being courteous and in detailed fashion explaining how the service call would proceed. He even allowed me time to go purchase an extra thermostat to install while he was there. To top off the service he even insisted wearing boot covers while walking on my hardwood floors. I had another HVAC company but will switch to TE for that as well.

Obed was very courteous, and even had shoe coverings every time he entered my house (without me even asking! A rarity with service personnel around here...). He was knowledgeable and efficient, and very professional. Price was a little higher than I had hoped to pay, but I would gladly pay a little extra for the excellent service I received. Would definitely hire him again!
