Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed schedule replacement 2 system 1 time inspection for main and upstairs unit. Check filters did not need to be changed, check and tested electrical components, treated pump and drain lines, units did not have TE standard flood protection. Upstairs unit will neeed to be replaced due to rusted coil, dirty blower , dirty coil, low charge, no pan under unit, and unit is 17 years old. Custimer requested estimate for replacement. Main level unit will need safeties and cleaning for undid or blower and outdoor condenser coil. Custimer does have recently installed mini split as well for basement. Also recommended IAQ to clean up air in home

1 System Upgraded to HomeCare Cycled system on from thermostat testing both heat and cool. Replaced customer supplied 20-25-1 filter, took temperature readings at indoor equipment, checked and tightened all electrical connections, flushed drain line, and cleaned off condenser. Used multimeter to test all motors and power enhancers, and took amp readings on equipment while running. This system is new and has no issues at this time. If there is ever any major component failure on the indoor equipment, it will most likely have to be removed from the attic. Furnace blower, evaporator coil, and heat exchanger would not have enough room to replace. Recommended adding UV system to the equipment to improve indoor air quality, and protect the equipment. performed homecare inspection on two units. Upon inspection changed two 16 x 25 by one filter, Made sure both drains were draining properly upon inspection on out or unit found that both outdoor pools were dirty upon presenting to customer. Customer agreed with my option, which was to add UV lights to both systems and do outdoor coil cleanings.

Homecare maintenance for one system with three zones. System is less than a year old installed by us. Customer supply filter installed drain line cleared. Note that warranty needs to come back out replace zone board and add both sensors for the system to operate correctly.

Perform 4 systems home care maintenance. A guy in a truck and trailer hit the customers lamp post and knocked it over breaking it. The cement base was still good. The customer supplied a new lamp post. I installed it, tested it, and the customer loves it. There is a photo cell and an outlet that came with the post. Those are installed but not hooked up. Customer is going to reach out to the manufacturer and see if they have any blanks to fill those holes.

Estimates for whole home automatic backup generator installation

Performed 1 system homecare. I changed the air filter. I checked the drain line. I ran the furnace and AC system at the thermostat. I checked the components for the heating and air conditioning system. I found that the outside condenser coil was impacted with dirt and debris. I found that the outdoor contractor was burnt and pitted. I also found that the blower motor capacitor was failing. With the homeowners permission I replaced the contactor and capacitor and I cleaned the outdoor unit (deep cleaned with coil cleaner/removed panels). I tested the system after the repairs were completed. The hvac system was operating at the end of service call. Unable to check refrigerant pressure; too cold outside (advised the homeowner). I will also email inline safety switch for added flood protection.

Troubleshoot for lights not working

One system home care completed on 2024 Daikin fit HVAC ..flushed drainages and verified condensation pump operation ..checked blower compartment , changed 1 inch filter …* did an inspection on indoor coil ..system is new , evap coil is fine …but did notice some biological growth with inspection camera on supply Plenum insulation right where ducts split off at the T.. (*existing ductwork WE DIDN’T install*) and client was a witness to my findings .. …to have some clarity and transparency on what I found with borescope. System is working fine for heating and cooling …did recommend indoor air quality to help minimize any biological growth going forward …on supply plenum and the addition of ionizing for return plenum …blower is if fine @ the present time 2024 system .. Client opted for the latter estimate installed APCo x and iWave ionizer while here on same day 03/20/25 …and tested out devices and verified unit operatinal status upon conclusion of call today ,..thank for choosing TE
