Pilot light for water heater was off due to a pool company working and running gas lines and which they turned off the gas for the home. I relight the water heater and the flame is now on.

On this visit, we added a total of 10 receptacles in the basement off of two separate existing circuits, installed a new switch leg with two wafer lights in two different locations for a total of four lights, installed two dedicated circuits one for a future workbench in the basement and one for a future microwave. We changed the existing circuits to dual function breakers, and also our new circuits are dual function from the main electrical panel. The two existing circuit that we changed the breaker on are circuit numbers 25 & 35. they both control basement lighting and outlets.

all water closets throughout home. 2 on main level and one upstairs. Both flanges on main level were installed too high not allowing the new water closet to sit properly on the floor. Installed new flanges to make both water closets sit properly. For upstairs toilet we replaced emergency stop with new compression stop. Set all new toilets with new wax rings, t bolts, and supply lines. Tested everything and all is working properly at this time.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Replaced 45/7.5 capacitor for main floor and added refrigerant on main floor condenser. Replaced upstairs 35/5 capacitor. Drains have been tested with water and inspected for obstructions. Homeowner supplies 2-413 filters.

I remove existing ballast, rewire fixture, and provide new LED tubes for laundry room.

Installed customer provided Roman tub faucet.

Installed new moen tub shower trim kit and tub waste/overflow trim. Verified all connections are properly secured, tested for function of the fixture and verified no leaks. Sealed trim with fresh silicone.

For this job, I replaced both pup up assemblies in the master bathroom. Only one was leaking, and the customer wanted to be proactive and go ahead and get both replaced

Rebuilt faucet with new 1255 cartridge moen single handle kitchen faucet

Performed Homecare maintenance on three systems. Found no issues with main floor. Restored flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Inducer motor is pulling correct amps. Blower motor is pulling correct amps. Blower wheel is clean. Wet switch and ss1 are working properly. Flue pipe, gas sediment trap, and gas line are up to code. cleared condensate drain. Condensate pump is working properly. Added green tablets to pump to prevent water sludge. Replaced 413 filter. Condenser coil is clean. Pressures are good. Disconnect is working properly. Capacitor and contactor are in manufacture specs. Basement system noticed that Blower wheel is dirty, System doesn’t have a ss1 on condensate drain, and noticed some rust building up on the evaporator coil (eventually will spread and eat through the coil and leak out the refrigerant). Blower motor is pulling correct amps. Wet switch is working properly. Disconnect is working properly. cleared condensate drain. Condensate pump is working properl

2023 Furnace paired with 2004 AC and Coil. Cycled system on from thermostat and observed that only the condenser fan came on outside and not the compressor. Tested dual capacitor that powers on the compressor, it is good and has been previously replaced. I checked the compressor wires and found that the windings in the compressor have failed and are reading “open”. This is a catastrophic failure for the compressor. Due to the refrigerant type (R-22 Refrigerant) there are no repair options. R-22 went through a mandatory phase out that was issued by the government January 1st 2020. Refrigerant and refrigerant related parts are no longer available. Due to this I recommended updating the cooling portion of the system. Customer requested we send out an install supervisor to go over updating options and I scheduled this while on site. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified, have a great day!

Customer thinks there is something wrong with the toilets that are 2 years old and that they intermittently run water after flushing. Advised customer to record the toilets if they were to do it again and send the recording through email. Inspected the toilets and are functioning properly. Customer also would like a flush for their water heater.

Installed 2 thermostats per homeowners request. I verified that the heating and AC systems were running at the end of service call. Both AC systems are almost 20 years old and in poor condition; they may fail in the near future. Will need to return to install add a wire kits to both thermostats. Estimate is to replace upstairs system, new media filter and permit all work. Price approved by Eric.

Installed a new PV water heater

Replaced water heater with code upgrades, installed double wall water heater venting, ran pan drain to exterior, replaced pressure reducing valve and main shutoff. Set pressure to 65psi
