For this job, I installed the gas connection for the grill outside the home. There is no issues with water heater, the customer has been having remodeling done causing issues he’s been having.

Replaced failed vacuum breaker serving water heater. Replaced flush valve for Duravit toilet. Parts for the toilet were provided by the customer.

Came back on March 27, 2025 and properly replaced the UPSTAIRS condenser fan motor, replaced the condenser circuit board and properly clean the condenser coil. Tested system on heat and cooled system is heating properly and cooling properly at this time. Previously system was cooling on heat mode continuously. After replacing the outside control board and the condenser fan motor, the system is heating on heat and cooling on cool mode.

At arrival on March 27, 2025 found whole house system not cooling properly near heating properly. System is heating only on emergency heat. Customer mentioned having high electrical bills lately. After checking the system found that the system is low in refrigerant. the capacitors are weak. The contactor is weak. The condenser coil is dirty. The evaporator coil is dirty. The blower wheels is dirty. There is fungus growing in the Plenum? The system is a heat pump but cannot keep up with the whole house. Customer mentioned whole house is more than 3000 ft.² and they have five windows unit to supplement. Recommended customer to perform a nitrogen leak test. Or adding some refrigerant to top of the system. I also gave him an option to get a quote for a new system. Customer agreed to get a new system quote. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Homeowner has leak at Rinnai tankless leaking from heat exchanger and manufacturer won’t guarantee the warranty due to it not being serviced or maintenance throughout the years. We order parts and they will arrive to the Kennesaw shop Friday morning. Well will let them know once it arrives and schedule for Monday to have us come back out.

Installed tankless water heater with recirculation tee. Configured tankless recirculation to appropriate settings. Ran main water line and made new penetration through foundation. Sealed penetration with hydro cement and tar. Installed dual check valve on meter. Installed prv. Checked and tested for leaks.

For this job, we excavated 150 foot trench installed yellow polybutylene pipe for gas at each end we installed new risers to be tied in at the time that a pool heater is placed on the pad closest to the pool equipment and left it stubbed up at the propane tank to be tied in at next visit the entire 150 foot run has been inflated to 27 psi and held for the last hour of the job. The pressure was still holding strong when the technician left.

Today we came out for second level ac not turning off after client had storm. Disconnected low voltage from ac and equipment is still energizing although condenser fan is not coming on. Board is not sending proper voltage to condenser fan motor. Motor may have been damaged by power surge as well will order new board and condenser fan motor covered under a parts warranty

In the master bathroom we used a tall ladder to remove the existing ceiling fan due to the receiver that is built in had failed causing the fan motor to not work. After removing the fan it was found that a fan rated box was installed just not proper or to code. It was not recessed into the drywall along with no connector or proper bonding. After making the corrections we were able to assemble and install the new fan on the box. We tested the fan to ensure it is working. The fan has a remote and it did not come with a bracket so I left the remote and paperwork on the counter. I showed the homeowner that the new fan is working. The switch is located in the 4g switch box 2nd switch from the left and I explained that if the switch is turned off that the fan would not work so just to leave it on.

Upon Arrival the customer showed us to the basement bathroom where the water service enters the home. The customer could hear water running and had an elevated water bill. after performing diagnostics We identified the leak at the foundation on the outside of the home. With Customers approval, we dug down and exposed the pipe, identifying a split joint due to improper connection right at the foundation. we cut and removed the section of pipe on the exterior and interior of the home and re-penetrated the water water service with copper. Set new seals on the inside and outside of the home and tested to confirm proper function no further issues detected at this time.

Installed 1/2 hp disposer

Replaced filter. Cleaned drains, flame sensor and inducer port. Checked all operations. Replaced bad dual capacitor. Coming back in April to clean system and duct cleaning. Indoor air quality is recommended to keep system clean. Media filter, I wave or apco x.

Replaced one switch and plate as a courtesy trouble shot replaced three outdoor receptacles in bubble covers.

Perform two system home care, replaced (1)16 x 25x1 filter. Tested the systems in heating and cooling operations, at this time the systems are operating properly.

Install customer supplied bmw wall connector In garage

I was called out to Charles’ house for a leak on the hvac system. When I arrived Charles showed me to the system in the garage where some corrosion was happening where the lineset entered the coil. It is common for exposed suction line to condensate when in use and is likely the cause of the corrosion. We also discovered that the flue pipe was single wall and needed to be double wall to prevent the pipe from rusting apart. I replaced the flue pipe for the water heater as well as the furnace with b vent pipe and added a support for the expansion tank on the water heater.

Locate gas leak and repair fittings tighten loose fittings.

Today we performed one system hvac inspection on Lennox 2018 3.5 ton ac with matching furnace 90k. Replaced filters from truck stock, flushed drain line found system to have minimal flood protection. Inspected all electrical components and connections found weak run capacitor in furnace damaging blower mode each time equipment runs. On ac unit found pitted contactor due to wear and tear. Cycled equipment from thermostat took amp draw on all motors and the compressor all checked out with data plate. Checked refrigerant levels and all operations. Left equipment operational.

Dryer is tripping the breaker will be doing a troubleshoot Old Wire was spliced (incorrectly) will be running new 10/3 wire with Gfci 30 amp 2 pole breaker, new 4 prong plug and new whip to dryer

Today we removed the existing ceiling fan in the living room using a 16’ ladder. We assembled and installed the new customer supplied ceiling fan to a pre existing fan rated pancake. The fan box was not properly bonded so I removed some of the paint to establish proper bonding between the equipment grounding conductor to the metal box. The fan is controlled via a fan remote kit. A 5g switch box is located in the living room next to the garage door the 2nd and 3rd decora switch is what controlled the fan/light and now with the remote the 2nd switch from the left controls the fan. I made the customer aware to leave that switch on and just use the remote to control the fan. If the switch is turned off the fan will not work. Supply and install a new $75,000 lifetime warranty surge protector at the main panel located in the basement. Supply and install the breaker free of charge.
