Customer supplied vanity and sink install. Installed new per angle stops as well. Checked for leaks cleaned all areas.
Install Kohler pressure assist toilet to help eliminate any clogs due to poorly pitched toilet drain. When the new toilet was installed, integrated angle valve supply did not reach the new toilet, so out of courtesy we will provide a new angle valve and supply line.

Customer is experiencing a blockage between the kitchen and main floor powder room, use k400 through pulled toilet to clear the blockage, ran machine 3 times and pulled out wet wipes. Tested fixtures for 15 min and water is draining, however it appears the line may be leveled, which could be contributing to present and future issues. Camera tech scheduled today
Remove the existing 65 gallon electric water heater and dispose of off site. Install new Rheem 65 gallon Hybrid Electric Water Heater set in a new pan, new expansion tank, valves piping, and reinstall the recirculation pump with new check valves, and isolation valves. Run the condensate discharge and the T&P discharge out the side of the home. Install new PRV and main valve setting the pressure to 60 psi. Pressurize, remove the air from the lines and put the water heater into service. Checked the kitchen faucet due to low pressure and could not find any restrictions in the faucet.
At arrival on October 11, 2024, check the main floor system, which is controlling the first and the second floor. System was low in refrigerant, tested the evaporator coil and did not find any leak, leak tested the condenser coil and found a leak on top of the bents on top the condenser coil. condenser coil has failed and is not under warranty. Recommended customer to replace the air handler and condenser/heat pump since the Evaporator coil is rusted and not under warranty. Customer approved to get a replacement quote of Full system. Customer requested to refill their system with R-410A refrigerant in order to have cool while waiting on new system. Added 4lbs of refrigerant. “Customer would like to get a credit on refrigerant charge” Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
