Upon arrival, the homeowner showed us to the presses toilet located in the master bathroom. This toilet was running continuously due to a faulty bladder cartridge. With customers approval, we replaced the existing American standard toilet with a new Kohler highline pressure assist toilet. Due to improperly sized flange we had to install the Oatey flange extension kit to raise the flange to proper height. We pressurized the tank and tested to confirm proper function no further issues detected at this time.

In the sitting room install a customer supplied fixture On the back porch install a new customer supplied sconce by the back door along with installing a ceiling fan on a UL approved box and if one is not present one will have to be installed. After removing the fan on the back porch it was determined that a box was needed due to the bracket being screwed to the ceiling. I supplied and installed a fan rated pan cake box and assembled and installed the customer supplied ceiling fan and tested it. I also installed the sconce light on the back porch and tested that as well. I noticed some of the switches in the sitting room were not bonded at all even with a metal junction box. I am suggesting to have a home inspection done on the home.

Troubleshoot circuit #10 that controls the dishwasher and disposal. Repair damaged wiring to disposal along with fixing the connector. The breaker was flashing a 2 blink code indicting that a ground fault had occurred yet my meter was reading a neutral to ground fault. I opened the junction box under the sink and began to isolate the wiring and traced them back to the disposal. The disposals metal flex connector was not attached to the conduit and after removing the wiring I found that the wiring had very slight damage on the neutral and hot wires insulation and at the switch I found slight insulation damage at the switch under the sink. I was able to pull slack up to re feed the disposal. At the switch I installed proper bonding and used electrical tape on the insulation. After re connecting these back together I went down to the breaker and turned it on I then went back up to the kitchen and turned the dishwasher and the disposal on as well
