Arrival on March 28, 2025 customer mentioned that the first system at the left of the main entrance was not working and they wanted to check up. Perform a check up and found that the system is cooling properly and heating properly system is from 2023. Everything is working fine I checked the pressures. Pressures are good. Capacitors are good. No issues or concern at this time on that particular system.

REASON OF COURTESY:newly installed outdoor GFCI tripped when grill was plugged in and running for 5-10 minutes. Customer put extension cord to outlet without GFCI protection and it ran perfectly fine. This indicates an internal ground fault in grill. Informed customer to contact manufacturer of grill. Replaced outdoor GFCI as courtesy to ensure it wasn’t a bad part Install customer supplied bath fan and vent outside Added on additional work of installing a bath fan in main floor bathroom, provided fan, installed fan and ventilation to outside

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on 3 systems. Furnaces located in attic and basement. Air handler located in basement. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Drain lines are clear. Condenser drain pumps operational. Performed blower wheel cleaning for main level. Installed UV BlueTube for basement system. Replaced water protection under warranty for basement due to faulty wet switch. Recommend blower wheel cleaning for upper level. Replaced two 16x25x1 filters and 16x20x1 filter. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are clean. Informed customer of all findings. Systems are currently working.

Sire and install new outlet door plug

Replace old failed PRV with new watts three-quarter 25AUBPRV replace old whole home shut off valve with new three-quarter ball valve. Remove old gate valve for front hose bib and replaced with new half inch ball valve.

Furnace replacement

Ptrap was full of pasta , took apart the drain underneath to clean out pasta that was clogging the drain

Replace hose bib in front yard due to it leaking and age. I replaced it with a brand new one and installed a vacuum breaker on it. I tested everything and checked for leaks.

Run new dedicated circuits from the basement to basement bathroom and upstairs rooms to separate the over loaded circuits.

Ac issues, replaced two AC disconnects, load shed modules and whips. Programmed modules to run on AC units(Y mode). Tested all systems are functioning properly.

Install 100a 240v circuit for outdoor panel. Install surge protector on new panel Install 100a wiring from meter disconnect through the crawlspace to pool panel. Replace existing pool panel and demo existing circuit from panel. Install 100a breaker on circuit. Install 50a GFCI breaker for new heat pump in panel. Fix flying splice underneath home. Install new box in crawlspace, conduit and wiring to outside box from crawlspace.

Pull back artificial turf to dig down 3’ and repair broken PVC sewer line

Completed all scheduled work, started and tested system. All IAQ Equipment is working.

For this job I warrantied a burnt QO panel we installed and replaced two ac disconnects with the whips and replaced a damaged ac circuit

Run new circuit from upstairs sub panel to mini split outdoor unit.

Estimates for whole home automatic backup generator installation

During our visit, a new pressure reducing valve was installed. A new main shutoff and a shutoff for the hose bib were also installed. All connections were tested for leaks after completion.
