Replace two outdoor spigots on right side and backside of the house

Running new circuit for refrigerator. Replacing island and dishwasher circuits.

Performed 2 system inspections. Changed air filters. Flushed up drain line. Used mighty pump on drain line. Found failed condensation pump on the mainfloor system. The outdoor units need to be cleaned. Upstairs system is slight low on refrigerant (may have a leak). The upstairs system needs flood protection. The upstairs furnace is over 20 years old and should be replaced. The upstairs condenser wire (low voltage) needs to be patched. The bath fan duct needs to be patch. I emailed options for repairs to the homeowner.

Upgrade outlets and switches in the entire home

Today we came out and installed compressor on second level ac 030. Performed pressure test 350 psi, drew vacuum 500 microns and weighted in charge per manufacture specs. Started system up adjusted charge checked all operations and left equipment operational.3 year part warranty

Troubleshoot office and bedroom circuit

Removed and reinstalled widespread faucet that was done improperly. Replaced service valves in both the upstairs hall bath faucet as well as the basement bath faucet. Removed sharkbite fittings and installed proper transition fittings from cpvc to pex. Also opened wall behind upstairs bath shower for access and replaced stub out for tub spout that was previously done in pex. Old set up was causing flow restrictions and the tub spout to sag off the wall. Reworked connections in copper and reinstalled existing tub spout. Checked all connections for leaks and proper function.

Replaced master bathroom water closet with new Kohler Kingston comfort height elongated water closet. Set new toilet will new wax ring, tbolts, supply line and new caulking around base. In all upstairs guest bathrooms and both main level powder rooms we replaced all the working parts of the water closet tank to include but not limited to tank bolts , washers, fill valve, flush valve, supply line, flapper and all seals. Tested and all is working at this time.

Estimate to replace upstairs guest bath toilet and basement toilet. Basement will be a black, comfort height, Kohler toilet and upstairs will be a white, comfort height Kohler toilet.

Ran tub gun down the shower drain to remove hair, drain is back flowing normally

No power to basement thermostat. Found system to have blown fuse due to customer having contractor move thermostat. Inspected unit. Found unit to lack adequate flood protection and no IAQ. Discussed Homecare with customer. Asked customer if I could inspected main floor furnace at no charge due to age. Found cracked heat exchanger on main floor furnace. Informed customer of findings, advised not to use heat on main floor due to safety concerns and left thermostat in off position. Customer scheduled for install supervisor to quote replacement tomorrow at 12 noon. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

No cool on the upstairs system due to a bad dual capacitor. Outside fan works, but not the compressor. Replaced capacitor and compressor works. Checked amperage on motor and compressor, pressures, temperature differential, filter, and visual inspection, as well. AC IS 8 years old and cooling properly at this time. Furnace is over 20 years old and heat exchanger is compromised with some rusted spots. Also, blower wheel is very dirty, igniter and flame sensors are original to the system (24:years old) and drain pan is a wrong plastic pan and it’s cracked. Due to the age and condition of the furnace, Highly recommend to upgrade furnace and get efficiency and safety back to the house. Sent estimates for furnace repair (not recommended) and will call customer tomorrow to schedule a Free estimate, to quote upstairs furnace. Min level furnace is t same age.

Quarter was stuck in the disposal making it result in a load sound once the disposal was turned on , I removed the quarter and now the disposal is working properly

Faucet install

Performed work in invoice. I tested th me heating and cooling before I left and verified that the heating and cooling was operating at the end of service call. I showed the homeowner my work before I left and verified that he was happy with the work.

Replace all breakers, retighten all connections,

Water pipe located in the crawlspace is leaking. Shut off water to the home and drained the water system. Cut out section of water pipe that is leaking. Replaced with new copper pipe and fittings. Turned on the water and pressurized the water system. Purged air from the lines. Tested with no leaks.

Our client reached out to us in reference to a possible gas leak that was notice by their landscaper. They got in contact with Atlanta gaslight. They came out. They didn’t notice the issue on the side of the system. Advised that I check their side of the system. I tested the pool heater, the house and the tankless water heater leads for leaks with liquid and electronics. No leaks were located out of the three locations. There were a couple of penetrations along the exterior side of the home that appeared to be wide enough to have drafting going on. That could allow purged gas from the meter to enter the home.
