Replaced aged hot water containment system with new upsized 75 gallon gas hot water containment system. Relocated heater to other side of unfinished wall due to lack of space for new pan and heater system. Brought all aspects up to code to include but not limited to heater pan, expansion tank, ball valve , gas whip, gas valve, proper venting and insulation on new water lines. Also replaced main shut off valve and pressure regulator valve to safely regulate pressure throughout whole home to 70 psi.
I came to verify that the GFCI installed was working properly. And it is. There was a small white button in the low voltage transformer that needed to be toggled. The outlet box below has UF cable which is not sleeved. It is recommended that this be sleeved with PVC and replace the bubble cover.
Tested the system for the basement level. Found the unit with a failing condensate pump that keeps tripping the breaker. Recommend to the customer to install two separate condensate pumps since the dehumidifier will continue to run and overflow water, even if the pump fails in the future. Also recommended air quality products for the system. Today I installed a new condensate pump for the basement level system and also a separate condensate pump running with tubing outside for the dehumidifier.

Replaced sewage ejector pump in basement with a quiet check valve. Replaced angle stop in upstairs bathroom for toilet. Also replaced main shut off as a courtesy. Everything is workin properly.
Water spraying into a chase wall outside of the garage. Cut open the water and removed the damaged section of pipe and hose bib. Replaced both, turned on water and pressurized the line. Replaced the components inside of master bathroom toilet and the water supply line outside of the tank. Tested with no leaks. Documented with pictures.
Cleared blockage in upstairs shower/tub with tub gun
Replaced failed thermal expansion tank and pressure reducing valve. Installed new main shut off valve due to the location of the old shut off being too close to the old PRV to reuse any of the piping between. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Kitchen faucet will need to be replaced. Stain on ceiling is in an area that 5ere is no plumbing or equipment. Suggest contacting a contractor to assess this leak. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.
