Fall Heating Maintenance

Replace up to 1” air filter (to improve air quality and extend the life of your furnace)

HomeCare: Homecare Preventative Maintenance Plan Includes two (2) HVAC system checks with 1" filter change and one (1) Electrical system check per year. Fall inspections must be scheduled between September 1st and December 31st. Spring inspections must be scheduled between January 1st and April 15th. Regular maintenance visits may not be scheduled during peak season. Homecare customers will receive priority scheduling for emergency service during peak season, free 1’ filters, special discounts, extended warranties on new equipment, and 10% off HVAC repairs. The plan is valid for one year, activated upon payment of the plan, billed monthly, and renewed automatically each year. Credit card information will be kept on file and automatically billed monthly. The member may cancel HomeCare anytime with 30 days’ written notice. On cancellation, the member will owe TE Certified for any discounts or services received for being a member or the remaining balance of the contract year whichever is less. There is no reimbursement for prior months or services not used. Agreements two or more payments behind will be cancelled. Only active members may schedule maintenance. All routine maintenance is performed during normal business hours Monday - Friday and must be scheduled at least five business days in advance. Inspections performed outside these dates are subject to additional fees. Regular maintenance extends the life and warranty of your equipment but is not a 100% guarantee against failure or malfunction. Evaporator coil cleaning is not included in this agreement. Drain cleaning is included but limited to normal maintenance. Clogs or damaged drain lines are not included in this agreement. An adult over the age of 18 must be present during the maintenance visit, and the equipment must be accessible
