Technician Job Requirements:

• Have an electrical license or have a willingness to become a licensed electrician. Have a plumbing license or have a willingness to become a licensed plumber. For HVAC, have EPA and N.A.T.E. certifications (Not required for all positions).
• Excellent electrical troubleshooting and installation skills. A proven history of quality installation with at least five years' experience as an electrician. No exceptions on experence.
• Have an electrical license or have a desire and willingness to become a licensed electrician.
• A clean driving record and able to pass regular and random drug testing.
• A clean criminal background.
• You own a complete set of professional tools.
• Experience with a tablet or smartphone.
• Command of the English language and excellent communication skills.
• Ability to work late if the situation arises.
• Ability to work an occasional Saturday if the situation arises.
• Enjoy people and electrical work.
• Willingness to learn and be teachable.
• Excellent professional and personal references.
• Have a prepared resume.

Support Staff Requirements:

• At least 3 years of experience working with customers and/or vendors in the department they wish to apply. (Home Service experience is a plus, but not required.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook. Proficiency in QuickBooks is plus but not required.
• A team mentality, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service and organizational skills.
• The ability to work a 40-hour workweek.
• The ability to work Saturdays on rotation. (Not required in Bookkeeping.)
