Demarco provided excellent service. I asked him to come out for, what I thought would be, basic maintenance and simple leak, but turned out to be much more based on a failed pressure control valve. The service was not inexpensive, but it was all completed in a timely and professional manner.

I've used TE a couple of times for plumbing issues, this time for electrical. They never disappoint. Their techs are very cool and professional. Their techs really know what they're doing and their prices are fair, they don't charge crazy fees and explain every up front.

Kevin and all of his crew did an amazing job! I had originally called to have what I thought was a non-functional outlet removed. However, Kevin quickly diagnosed that the wiring to the outlet served a crucial function that I was unaware of, but that it was indeed in need of repair. He and his crew performed the necessary repairs, then went above and beyond to diagnose and resolve another issue that I did not even realize was connected to this wiring. Kevin’s knowledge and thoroughness helped me to avoid what would have been a very costly error. He is so kind, thoughtful, and professional, and I enjoyed getting to know him and having him in my home. Very grateful for all of Kevin’s help!

The electricians were very nice and extremely professional and detailed options for me to select. They fixed my electrical problem and double checked each outlet and breaker panel to ensure the fixes were correct. This is the second time I've used TE Certified and I'm extremely happy with their services.

Noah did a great job of installing the GFCI outlet and cleaning up the issues related to our old house's wiring.

We had the pleasure of meeting Ben a couple of years ago after our GENERAC power was first installled. As a retired sales person, I have a habit of asking some tough questions of the support personnel! I knew our GENERAC was a well made device, but……. The only way it could continue to show its’ real value would be for it to work when needed. If it didn’t do that then,.. we would have made a very bad decision. Ben not only knows his products inside and out, he clearly knows your customer focused service options, as well. He is someone I would recommend to anyone who is considering the best solution in Atlanta! I don’t want to stand in his career’s way as his skills deserve recognition and your customers deserve his level of winning. JW

Jason was absolutely friendly, communicative, and professional. Moreover, he played a critical role in "interpreting" what the Hansgrohe sales person was ineffectively trying to communicate to me.

Ryan and his partner did an excellent job installing our light fixtures in our retail space. I was a bit worried about having someone who would know what they were doing in a space like ours - an old warehouse building with exposed and very very high ceilings. Ryan was a total pro and knew exactly what he was doing from start to finish. He helped come up with a creative solution to allow the lights to be installed the way I wanted them. He was great about working discreetly in the shop while we were open to customers, too. The lights look gorgeous and I’m confident that they were installed properly and safely. I would 100% hire Ryan again!

For over a decade, I have used multiple services from TE (electrical, plumbing, etc.) and received nothing but excellent service, exceptional treatment as a customer, and considerable financial value for the work performed. For some stupid reason, I consulted a competitor for a small plumbing issue. I needed 3 drains unclogged (2 sinks and 1 bathtub)...a relatively simple, routine job. The competitor wanted an excess of $1100 for the job and hoped to collect another $88 for simply showing up. TE completed the job in less than 2 hours and did the bathtub drain for free as a courtesy for me having had to deal with their competitor's absurd pricing and deceptive practices. TE handled everything and more for less than $400. There was no fee for simply showing up. I hope this can serve as a lesson for others to avoid the temptation to stray away from the reliable work, the competent work, and the very fairly developed pricing structure of TE to a competitor's advertised "specials" and enticements. Our home is the most significant investment my wife and I have made to date, and we'll never trust it to anyone other than TE again.

Sam does quality work. He is punctual, organized, and exhibits good knowledge of plumbing. He is a very good communicator, who answered my questions and explained the work he was doing clearly and precisely. He kept the bathroom work area clean and was respectful of our home. He fulfilled the work proposal exactly as he had originally explained in writing. I am totally satisfied with TE Certified and their representative Sam Aguirre. In the future, I will use TE Certified and request Sam on both planned and unplanned plumbing services.
