Really wanted give a shout out Mike who was assigned to my project to fix a 75 year old broken main water line. Mike was very communicative and explained everything in a way I could understand. Not only that but when the gas company dropped the ball in having their lines marked Mike stayed on top of them with multiple calls and stayed at my place until it was done. He met every challenge that popped up head on and never gave up to go work on another project. Top service.

Carlos & Vincent were wonderful. They contacted me to let me know they were on their way & showed up on time. They went right to work and did their best to make their work & any power outages have as little affect on me as possible. They were both professional, courteous and personable. When GA Power did not come back to restore my service by the end of the day, Carlos was kind enough to let me keep his generator overnight. Fortunately, GA Power showed up a few hrs later, before the generator ran out. TE Certified was not the lowest estimate but they showed up fastest when I was in need and they have a lifetime warranty on their electrical work. I would use them again AND recommend them to others.

Ron was wonderful to work with on our electrical project. Very professional, extremely knowledgeable, communicative, didn’t stop until the job was done, and answered all of our questions along the way. It felt like Ron was working on his own house - that’s how much he wanted to get this job done right. We greatly appreciated having Ron as our electrician. If we have any other electrical needs, we will be requesting him in the future!

They had someone to my house within a day. Brandon was excellent. He clearly explained what he was going to do and he did it very quickly and was very polite and cleaned up completely.

Albert Nah is knowledgeable, professional, and personable. He diagnosed the root of the issue with my HVAC and put in the fix that resolved the problem. 5 stars isn’t a high enough rating for him!
