Carlos did an amazing job! This is from someone who rarely leaves reviews. He cld me 30 min prior to arrival, as I requested. He was personable & professional. He thoroughly inspected the storm damage to mast, meter box & other wired items that might be affected. He explained estimate options w/o exerting any pressure selling & patiently answered my questions. When I opted to proceed, he & asst. started work immediately. He gave me a 3-4 hr time frame for completion. I returned home in 3.5 hrs. Carlos stated he would be finished in 30-40 min and he had already cld Georgia Power to rqt they come out to restore my power. Amazingly, GA Power arrived just as Carlos was finishing his work yet he stayed until GA Power finished and my power was back on, despite freezing temperatures. He gave me his business card & invited me to contact him anytime, if I had questions or issues. Carlos is an excellent representative for TE Certified Electrical. Thank you!

Arrived earlier than scheduled on the same day. Prepped the area to be worked on and completed the vent fan installation- now working great. (A minor problem occurred during installation and the company scheduled a repair person to come out and fix it - it shows that they take charge of the job & responsibility)

Tech Jay was experienced, made sure that all was clean and properly working when finished with repair, and in general, wonderful to work with.
