Customer had some shark bite fittings on the water main. I dug up the service and found the point of leak. Cut out two foot section of old copper and replaced with pex. Turned water back on and pressurized the home. No leaks. Backfilled and covered dig spot with pine straw.

Checked system for main floor. Found inducer motor failed and heat exchanger has a lot of stress markings on it. Blower capacitor is failed, Plenum are duckboard, outdoor unit has leaked at vapor service valve and is r22 refrigerant. Install supervisor scheduled for Friday to quote equipment replacement. No flood protection on either system.

We arrive to this job to initially troubleshoot switches, not working. Concluded that a lot of the smart switches were miss wired, and needed to be rewired once that was taken care of the homeowner had us install a few more smart switches and outlets throughout the home. We also replaced the Can lights in the kitchen with the wafer style can lights, and also installed a light fixture in the front office.

Call regarding leak in garage ceiling. Initiated leak search and cut Sheetrock to expose plumbing in master bathroom. Ran several fixtures and toilet was leaking out of the bottom when flushed. Pulled and reset toilet with new wax ring bolts supply line and china caps. Checked for leaks and cleaned all areas.

I replaced 50 gallon water heater with a brand new Navien tankless water heater As well as replace the pressure regulator for the whole house. I installed gas regulator so we can upsize the gas meter for the tankless. Hose bib Was leaking due to freezing temperatures outside so I replaced it and I did minor toilet rebuilds and courtesy two of them. Came out the next day to insulate the copper pipes as well as raise PRV pressure to 65 psi and tested and check for leaks.

Cameron was great! Super friendly and easy to work with. He recommended an inspection because we have an older system, but he wasn’t pushy about it like some companies can be. He was efficient and communicated well. We’ll definitely use TE again if we need anything in the future.

I'm very happy with the whole experience....I had no heat in one half of my house and had no idea who to call.....TE Certified was the first company I called that actually seemed concerned with my situation, so I made the appt. for the same day. James was on time, which I appreciated so much! He was courteous, nice and explained everything to me in detail, He found the problem, explained why the power went out, fixed it and I had heat before he left. I couldn't have asked for better service.

I needed two toilets replaced and removed. Brandon was great! He got the two toilets removed and two new ones installed quickly. He broke down the cost to me prior to the installation and removal. Everything looks great and it correctly setup. I would definitely recommend him again.
