No power to the outside outlets

Fixed AC not cooling at Acworth property! Found failed capacitor + frozen evaporator coil. Replaced capacitor with upgraded 45/5 MFD model. Thawed system completely before restart. Checked refrigerant - found significant undercharge. Added 2lbs R410A after leak check (no leaks found). Cleaned badly clogged condensate line - was completely blocked! System now cooling perfectly with 16° temperature differential. Showed homeowner proper filter maintenance - they've been skipping changes. Will check back next week to ensure everything still running good!

Completed 2 systems maintenance verified filters and changed. Checked all safety’s and electrical components. Cleared drain lines with 2 gallons of drain cleaner. Tech recommended continuing with maintenance agreement to save 10% on any repairs also to keep that warranty going as well as labor warranty. Also recommended UV light for both systems. This protects you in your home from any viruses or airborne particles. Also, will keep the evaporator cool clean from any biological growth in system at this time system is operating.

For this job, I installed a Weather King for the whole house.

Move existing outlet up in the kitchen

We came out today due to the upper back porch gfci receptacle not working. I informed the homeowner that more than likely it was a faulty GFCI receptacle, and upon further testing if I had to go into a diagnosis, I would let him know then. After removing the cover and device I used a meter to test for voltage and it was present all the way around, and that in fact, the GFCI device had failed. I also noticed that there was a 14/2 UF cable coming into the box that was feeding the lower back porch lights. We took those wires and landed them on the load side of their receptacle as to provide shock prevention to everything downstairs. I informed the homeowner that if something gets wet down there, it will cause a GFI to trip We supplied and installed a new weather resistant receptacle on the back porch and tested to ensure the safety feature was working. The customer had concerns about the lower back porch GFCI receptacle as well. The device had a bubble cover on it but the device is not o

Homeowner had lightning strike at her house and she wanted me to check the gas meter for any leaks I went ahead and cut off the gas meter connecting to the home due to it not having a union on. Temporarily install installed a gas gauge and filled the gas line with 15 pounds of pressure. I waited 15 minutes to see if they were air that was escaping the line and there wasn’t everything looked good. I reconnected the gas meter and installed a union so it can be serviced in the future. I replaced the gas flex hose due to it being striked by the lightning for the one of the furnaces. Tested and checked for leaks and everything’s good.

No heat third level Found no refrigerant in circuit. Upon further evaluation of equipment client just had new siding installed and a nail had damaged refrigerant piping. Left estimate and client is going to follow with up contractor who performed work. Left disconnect off at heat pump

AC maintenance completed in Kennesaw on a 5-ton Carrier system. Unit was running okay but not cooling as efficiently as it should for its age. Inspection revealed several issues needing attention: condenser coils were about 70% blocked with debris and pollen buildup; capacitor was bulging slightly, measuring 42μF (rated for 45μF); and system was slightly undercharged. Thoroughly cleaned condenser coils using approved coil cleaner and low-pressure rinse. Replaced dual-run capacitor with new OEM part. Added 8oz of R410A to bring system to manufacturer-specified charge. Also cleaned blower wheel which had significant dust accumulation affecting airflow. Checked all electrical connections and tightened several loose terminals at disconnect box. Changed air filter which was severely clogged. System is now running at peak efficiency with proper 18°F temperature differential. Left detailed service report with recommendations for duct cleaning in the near future. Customer reported immediate im

The contactor is making a humming noise. Thermostat main floor condenser is dirty, dirty filter. Thermostat main floor system furnace is cooling and heating properly but on heat mode customer mentioned that system will work and shut off intermittently after diagnostic found that the static pressure on the supply side is .65 inch water column and on the return side is .35 inch water column with a total of 1 in

Brandon was here on time. He immediately connected with Jeffrey Phoung who provided the initial estimates and walk through the installation process. Along the way he found a better way to do it which saved about $400. Just focused on his work and got the whole job done very cleanly. I am very pleased with the exceptional customer service that I received when Lexx Mitchell installed my water heater. Lexx was polite and professional. He explained what needed to be done and presented three options to me. Once I made my choice to replace my poorly functioning water heater, he then told me the steps that would be made to complete this job. I was extremely pleased with the results. Lexx then explained the water heater warranty and the maintenance needed to keep it working properly. I will be sure to recommend TE Certified to family and friends.
