Job Locations and Reviews

Replaced old sewer ejector pump, lid, and check/ball valve combo. Replaced failed thermal expansion tank. Repiped as needed. Replaced 2 fill valves and added new supply lines. Replaced one shut off valve to a toilet. Installed customer supplied tub spout. No warranty on customer supplied fixtures. Tested all for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Completed HC inspections on 9 of 10 systems. Cleaned 2 condenser coils and 3 mini split evaporator coils. Newly installed Goodman unit

Replace both cartridges on master bathroom tub. Tested for leaks, no leaks

No cool, due to a bad dual capacitor. Compressor working, it not the fan. Replaced capacitor, and system works. Inspected system, replaced filter and cleared drain lines. System has a very high head pressure, it’s low on Freon (r22), compressor with high amperage and not cooling properly. System is over 10 years old (label is faded) and it will work 24/7 trying to keep the temperature little low in the house, and humidity level will be higher , specially on hotter days. Furnace is newer and working properly. Also, zone system is older. System is cooling at this time, but not efficient. Highly recommend to upgrade the AC in the house, and bring savings, comfort and efficiency back to the house. Set a lead to quote upgrading for the AC only, for next Tuesday 22nd, from 8-11 am. Told customer that we will credit back 239,00 spent today, if he decided to upgrade the ac system.

Installed grounding system, surge protection, GFI breaker on dryer and washing machine

No cool main floor. Upon arrival found failed condensing fan motor. Motor previously was replaced with rescue motor. Found burnt contactor, weak dual capacitor, very dirty ac. Cracked heat exchanger and noisy inducer motor along with cracked secondary cover. Recommend replacement of equipment given cost of repairs and age of equipment. Manufacturer is closed on Saturdays. Will call for availability and costs of parts on Monday. Prices may vary on estimates as actual cost of parts is unknown. Advised customer of cracked heat exchanger, advised for safety concerns not to operate heat. Left thermostat in off position. Customer getting quote from install supervisor on Friday 4/18 at 9am.
Ben is empathetic and knowledgeable

Water on walls in closet under the stairs and in the garage near closet. Estimate includes cutting Sheetrock to locate leak. Repairs will be quoted after we find the source of the leak. We cut Sheetrock in the closet and we found a hot water leak originating at the slab located under the floors. We added shutoff valves to each line and found that they serve as the recirculating line and supply line for kitchen faucet roughly 20 feet away. We cut the base of the cabinet and then fed two 1/2 lines through the existing 3/4 water lines. One is now feeding the kitchen faucet and the other is feeding the dishwasher. There is no longer a recirc line below the kitchen sink, only the two hot water supply lines. We affixed the cut out section of the cabinet back in place, and installed an access panel in the Sheetrock in the closet to leave access to the two shutoff valves that we installed. We cut the dishwasher supply line while cutting the cabinets so we installed a new dishwasher su

For this job, we installed new tub new waste overflow tied into the existing drain and removed old three handle style shower tub valve and installed a new Delta single handle style shower valve

No cool whole home. Found unit to have low pressure lockout on defrost board. Switches good, pressures okay. Found board to have not cleared lockout. Unit has dirty outdoor unit and burnt contactor. And no wet switch Indoor unit is grossly over ducted or undersized equipment. Delta t never goes above 15 degrees when both open. Spoke with customer in regard to repairs. Customer decided to get quote to properly size ducting/ equipment.

Install new dual function breaker.

Service visit on Generac 18Kw standby generator

10 years parts warranty. 2 years labor warranty ( up to 10 years with Homecare)

Cut drywall to locate water line leak to back hose bib, replace PRV, replace thermal expansion tank

Replaced old shower valve with a customer supplied shower valve, replaced tub overflow and retightened kitchen sink

Replaced filter. Cleaned drain and inducer port. Checked flame sensor and all operations. Checking with dispatch about blower wheel cleaning. Home owner is thinking that was quoted with ac and coil install. Didn’t see blower wheel cleaning in history with ac and coil.

During our visit, a new water heater was installed upstairs. The old water heater was leaking from the tank, leading us to a replacement. A new Rheem, 50 gallon gas, 8 year water heater was installed. An anode warranty extension kit was installed as well, extending the manufacturer warranty to 12 years. The old faulty pressure reducing valve was replaced and the new one was set to 65 psi. A new main shutoff valve was installed. The toilet in the upstairs hall bath was rebuit with a new fill valve, flush valve, flapper, tank bolts, gaskets, and a supply line. All connections and repairs were tested for leaks after completion.

Installed a new prv with home shutoff valve. Replaced the two stops for the kitchen sink. Due to debris in water line the stops for the faucet were not working properly and causing low pressure. After replacing the stops and cleaning out as much debris as possible I was able to get full pressure back to the faucet. No warranty on the ball valve or faucet. After everything was complete we checked and tested for leaks. Did thorough clean up.

Today we eat installed eight can trims with a new dimmer. We ran a new 30 amp circuit for a heat pump in the basement with a new breaker and whip. We replaced two sconce light fixtures in the basement bedroom. We installed whole home surge protection in the main panel on a new breaker.
Joshua and Jerry, service technicians, installed hose bib to replace one damaged by Winter freeze. They did an excellent job, and their professional demeanor and attention to details were an excellent representation of the quality of work we’ve come to rely on from TE Certified Electrical & Plumbing.

Replaced leaking hose bib with new customer supplied hose bib

Quoted and replaced electric water heater from a 40 gallon to a 50 gallon heater. Installed quick disconnect for electric water heater. And installed main valve shutoff. Checked and tested for leaks.

Checked the system over and found the compressor is bad and needs to be replaced. Also, needs a duel capacitor, outdoor coil cleaning, flood protection, drain line cleared. Also, recommend a home care maintenance. May want to consider replacing the system. The system is out of warranty. The customer was not available for a signature.

Un jammed garbage disposal

Performed 1 system diagnostics on the upstairs hvac system which is a 15 year old Trane AC with a 27 year old Rheem gas furnace. I found that the furnaces blower motor wheel was impacted with dirt. The upstairs system doesn’t have adequate flood protection. The outdoor condenser coil is impacted with dirt. The contactor on the outdoor unit is burnt and has pitted contacts. The system also was low on refrigerant; due to a possible refrigerant leak. We added refrigerant to the same system last year which is a sign that the system has a serious leak. The upstairs thermostat may also be intermittently failing. I gave the homeowner options and he decided to setup a time with an install supervisor. I advised the homeowner that the AC system may freeze up if he runs the system and may cause water damage to the home.

Water heater on the right side had bursted from the bottom of the heater and flooded the homeowner basement due to age and corrosion from the bottom. Recommended homeowner to replace both water heaters due to it being 14 years old. I replaced both water heaters with new 2 50 gallon heaters. I replaced the expansion tank, added new shutoffs, also added pans and replaced the single wall vent with double ventilation for both heaters. I replaced the pressure regulator valve due to age and courtesy out the main shutoff for the home. I tested everything and checked for leaks.

Excavated area where leak was seen. Found that the piping that is broken is irrigation. Water is restored to the home at this time. Suggest contacting an irrigation company to make the necessary repairs. Homeowner requested that we leave the hole uncovered so the irrigation company can make the repairs. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

It was an absolute pleasure to have someone of Kyle’s professional caliber perform the electrical work at my house. He and his associate, Alex performed the tasks flawlessly and accurately. Thank you! Very much appreciated.
Brandon was here on time. He immediately connected with Jeffrey Phoung who provided the initial estimates and walk through the installation process. Along the way he found a better way to do it which saved about $400. Just focused on his work and got the whole job done very cleanly. We were expecting to have some drywall to patch and there wasn't any for us to clean up - very nicely done!!
I am very pleased with the exceptional customer service that I received when Lexx Mitchell installed my water heater. Lexx was polite and professional. He explained what needed to be done and presented three options to me. Once I made my choice to replace my poorly functioning water heater, he then told me the steps that would be made to complete this job. I was extremely pleased with the results. Lexx then explained the water heater warranty and the maintenance needed to keep it working properly. I will be sure to recommend TE Certified to family and friends.

I'm very happy with the whole experience....I had no heat in one half of my house and had no idea who to call.....TE Certified was the first company I called that actually seemed concerned with my situation, so I made the appt. for the same day.
