12/10-text attempt to schedule-mj -Hot Tub- Wire in and install a new circuit for a hot tub located in room next to garage. Supply and install a new GE 2p60 breaker for the circuit. Supply and install a hot tub GFCI disconnect in the room off the garage Supply and install flex able non metallic conduit and #6 wire the load side of the disconnect for the hot tub and make terminations. -Surge Protection- Supply and install a new surge kit along with a $75.000 lifetime warranty surge protector for the main panel. -Hot Tub Room Safety- Remove existing receptacles within 6’ of the hot tub and blank them off. This will be done free of charge upon installation on the hot tub wiring. Remove the overhead the over head lighting and supply and install (4) wafers. Leaving the existing fluorescent fixtures hanging would be a violation of 680.43 (B) (1). This is due to the fixtures being within 7’6” of the tub even if they were protected by GFCI devices. -New location Receptacles- Remove th

Replace 40 gal gas water heater with 50 gal gas 8yr water heater. Replaced 40 gal gas water heater with 50 gal gas 8yr water heater. Installed with code upgrades including a pan, and amounting the expansion tank. Replaced fill valve in basement toilet. Replaced customer supplied kitchen and lav faucets. Replaced shut off valve for rear hose bib.
Installed Kohler high line toilets. One upstairs and one in the basement. A toilet we installed last year (American Standard champion) was running due to a failed flush gasket seal. We replaced that seal under warranty.

Shower cartridge replacement in downstairs bathroom along with kitchen faucet repair and replacement of angle stop to hot side in under kitchen sink. Checked for leaks cleaned areas.

Call regarding stained ceiling, upon arrival customer stated toilet was backed up in master. Water appeared on floor and living room ceiling. Quoted to initiate leak search and cut living room ceiling. Toilet was flushing properly while there however did not imitate leak due to not being able to cut living room ceiling.
Performed a 2 system HVAC inspection. Upper level system- 2019 Heil “carrier” gas furnace and ac, located in the attic. Cycled system through both heat and cool from thermostat. Cleaned flame sensor, cleaned fuel rail, tested power enhancers and all motors. Took temperature readings at equipment, checked and tightened all electrical connections, took amp and voltage readings, and inspected heat exchanger, blower, and evaporator coil. This system is operating properly with no issues. I recommended adding an inline safety to the drain line. Main level system- 2019 Heil “carrier” gas furnace and ac, located in the attic. Cycled system through both heat and cool from thermostat. Took temperature readings at equipment, checked and tightened all electrical connections, took amp and voltage readings, and inspected heat exchanger, blower, and evaporator coil.
