Replaced old electric heater with a new 50 gallon electric water heater and new pressure regulator with a new house shut off

For this job I installed 3 customer supplied ceiling fans in two bedrooms upstairs and an office in the basement. Removed old fans and threw them away.

Install new lighting in the sun room and reroute wires for switches. Install new LED wafers in the living room and replace ceiling fan. Install new wafer lights in kitchen and install new fixtures.

Replace outlets switches and breakers. Add surge

Came here for a troubleshoot of 2 separate circuits not working. The first was upstairs bedroom and the problem was a bad connection due to backstabbed outlets. The second was the bathrooms GFCI and the problem was due to a bad breaker. I redevice the bedroom and replaced the bad breaker

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Replaced warranty circuit board for air handler that was not sending power to equipment. Also burnt spot on back of circuit board. Replaced breaker on heat kit that was broken. Added dedicated transformer for the zone board and dampers. Added supply air sensor into supply plenum and adjusted zone board. Added wet switch in drain pan.

Replace sewer line from home Clean out to city clean out

Replaced 50 gallon gas short water heater in basement. Replaced entire vent line for unit, reworked copper piping, replaced expansion tank, main shutoffs, pressure reducing valve and added new drain pan. Pressure is set to 65 psi.

Performed home care maintenance on three systems.

Replaced old shower head with new cs shower head

Installed 1- 75” and 2- 65” TV’s in basement and installed new outlet. Install 3 tvs in basement with customer supplied brackets. And installed outlet for TV in basement living area off of exsisting dual function circuit. Drywall will need to be cut to gain access.

Called out for main floor not heating. Found inducer motor cracked, pressure switch not able to pull in. Manually bypassed pressure switch to continue sequence of operation and inspected heat exchangers where rust and corrosion is forming both main floor an upstairs heat exchangers. Recommending replacing 25 yr old equipment. Homeowner wants to call her home warranty company. Equipment is potentially becoming unsafe and advise not to just band aid the equipment. Recommend getting estimates on equipment replacement. Heat exchangers potentially unsafe. Draft inducer main floor cracked. Hot surface igniters both systems. Systems are 25 yrs old and past life expectancy.

Found master tib drain leaking. Reworked connection from the drain hub to the pvc to stop the leak.

Upon arrival the customer showed us to the upstairs guest bathroom where he would like the toilet replaced. With customers approval we disconnected and removed the existing toilet and installed a new American standard skirted- standard install toilet. While the toilet was up, we did a full flange inspection and found the flange to be fully intact with zero defects. Installed new mounting hardware with wax ring and closet bolts. We reinstalled the toilet with a silicone seal around the base and new supply line. Flushed the toilet several times and tested confirm proper function no further detected.

Troubleshoot breaker keeps tripping

Leak repair

9 year old gas water heater located in the upstairs closet has failed. Shut off water to the unit and drained, disconnected all water and gas connections. Removed the water heater from the closet. Installed a new water heater, added a thermal expansion tank that is secured to the wall. Made all plumbing code modifications. Filled the unit with water and ignited. Purged the air from the lines. Tested with no leaks.

Performed diagnostic and found a rusted heat exchanger on a 1988 furnace. Recommend replacing the entire unit .

We were called out for a leaking garbage disposal. We noticed it was leaking at the collar and it seemed loose we tightened it down and tested it and there were no leaks

Install new ejector pump, check with stop valve, discharge and vent piping connecting to the existing drops for the vent and discharge, as well as a new lid. Run water and activate the pump to test. Install new toilet flange in the basement bathroom and set the toilet flushing multiple times and sealing to the floor. Set the liberty 404 under the kitchen sink and run the discharge to the previously run discharge in the wall. Will return to run the remainder of the vendor and waste piping once the countertop and sink are installed.

Our client reached out to us in reference to a defective kitchen sink faucet that needed to be replaced. The previous faucet is a Moen and it’s replaced by a peerless. The faucet was installed and tested for leaks. No leaks were found. Our client also had an issue with a kitchen sink in the basement that needed some drain work done. It was quoted and completed. It was for leaks and no leaks were found. I’ve also left a quote for a PRV that needs to be replaced and expansion tank that needs supporting.
