During our visit, two 50 gallon water heaters were installed in the basement. Due to a failed tank, both water heaters were replaced. The old water heaters were removed and hauled away. An anode warranty extension kit was installed on both water heaters, extending the manufacturer warranty to a total of 10 years. A pressure reducing valve and main shut off were also installed in the basement. All repairs and connections were tested for leaks and functionality after completion of the work.

Troubleshoot and Replace Outlets

For this job, I replaced the old Prv and shut off valve to home, I also fixed two issues in water heater I replaced the expansion tank and installed it on a bracket mounted to wall. The other was the old gas valve and gas line I installed a new shut off and new gas whip with a new sediment trap. The kitchen drained slow on the garbage disposal side the to fix issue we replaced the garbage disposal and re did the drainage for kitchen drain. There was also a couple shut off valves in the house that have not been replaced so we replaced the 4 toilet shut off valves and the hot and cold under kitchen sink. Once done I cleaned up tested everything tested pressure and re lit water heater and checked for any issues did not find any.

System was not cooling due to a defective condensate pump, blower wheel is dirty, blower motor bearings are worn out, run capacitor is out of manufacture specs, and we did not install water safety’s when we installed ac and coil. Replaced condensate pump, replaced run capacitor, and added wet switch and ss1 under warranty. System is cooling properly.

Estimate Replace pop up assembly and trap for sink, install various shower trim pieces. Replace PRV and main shutoff valve. Customer is okay with chrome pop up if it means we can have the sink working today. Work performed: Installed new pop up assembly and p trap for upstairs lavatory sink. Installed customer supplied tub spout and shower head. Installed a new pressure reducing valve and main shutoff. We were unable to remove the existing tub drain insert to install a new the one that the customer was providing. We have given and estimate to replace waste and overflow.

For this job I replaced two flushmount lights for two ceiling fans

Removed existing pressure reducing valve and installed a new customer provided pressure reducing valve. Technician also replaced failed thermal expansion tank. New thermal expansion tank was pumped up to 75 psi and properly secured. Water was restored to the home and air bled from the plumbing system. New pressure to the home was checked and set to 65 psi. Called out to inspect a sound of water running in the wall. Tested and found that the pool auto filler was defective and running constantly. Customer wanted the pool filler removed and capped due to constant issues. Dug up pool filler in back yard and caped incoming water lines.

Found leak coming from flush valve and tank-to-bowl gasket, both failed. Replaced fill valve, flapper, flush valve, tank-to-bowl kit, stop and supply line.

Met with homeowner and he had concerns about main level system not working. Did a walk-through with homeowner and he showed us where thermostats and furnace air handlers were located. This is 2012 Lennox equipment. Customer did approve doing an inspection on both systems. Performed inspection on main level and upstairs furnace. This is zoned system . For this job we completed a troubleshoot and replaced three fuses.

Perform to troubleshoot at the home due to half the house without power

We installed a new PRV and did a master bathroom toilet rebuild. For a later date we will also be digging outside where the main water comes into the home to do a new penetration and reconnect to the plumbing system inside and reseal the outside and inside with hydraulic cement and tar. We will also be installing new cartridges for the master bathroom sink and hallway bathroom shower. Checked and tested for leaks. Did thorough clean up.

Install ceiling fans in the following locations: *Master bedroom *Back Porch *Bedrooms upstairs Please note upon removal of ceiling fan if a UL approved fan rated box is not installed one will have to be installed prior to the new installation. Remove existing ceiling fan upstairs hallway and install a new customer supplied fixture. We had to install all new boxes at each fan location due to being non fan rated. After installing we tested each fan to ensure they were working. We walked the homeowner through to each location to make sure they were happy with the results.

System is not cooling due to it being completely out of refrigerant, Blower fan relay is defective, Contactor is burnt, and evaporator coil is rusted out. System only had a 5 year parts warranty (out of warranty now). Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
