Replace electrical panel with new Square D QO 54 circuit main electrical panel. Install (20) AFCI and GFCI breakers in the main panel. Install whole home surge protectors for main and sub panels. Install 4 new smoke detectors in each bedroom of the home and replace existing smoke detectors. Permit Fees. ***remaining 6 dual function breakers to be installed once troubleshooting is completed on return trip***

Estimate to bore new water service from meter into home. Replacement of water service is recommended based off findings. Replacement of whole home regulator and whole home shut off valve is advised when new service line is installed

Call regarding shower constantly dripping when turned off. Upon arrival noticed old faulty valve. Replaced shower valve with new. Accessed in bedroom wall. Checked for leaks cleaned all areas.

Installed two customer supplied wide spread faucets in the main floor master bathroom. All connections have been tested and working properly at this time.

Front hose bib leaking nonstop. Cut open wall behind spigot to cut out section of pipe to replace with new spigot.

Replaced customer supplied ceiling fan in the living room and in the master bedroom upstairs. Both rooms had fan rated boxes so that charge was removed.

I was called out to Michael’s house for an issue with the ductwork and to perform the Homecare maintenance. During the thorough evaluation we discovered that the ductwork in the room with the main furnace had fallen apart so o repaired it under warranty, the drain line for the upstairs system is clogged and I was unable to clear it even with my pump, and the flood protection need updated for the upstairs system. The drain line for the upstairs system should be abandoned and a condensate pump should be installed to prevent possible water damage and system damage.

Resealed 2 waste & overflow connections for tubs. Waiting for customer to order new one for 3rd tub.

Installed 2 shower valves in master and middle guest bath. Will return for trim and 3rd valve once tile has been repaired. Restored water and tested both valves. All is working at this time

Troubleshoot electrical issue. ISSUE: kitchen island outlets had random power loss LOCATION: kitchen island FINDINGS: kitchen counter outlet before island outlets was installed poorly causing a loose connection. This caused the island outlets to lose and gain power as things were plugged and unplugged in the counter outlet. RESOLUTION: redid connections in outlet

Furnace install

Main floor, kitchen area, furnace. Found inducer motor has failed and there are cracks in the heat exchanger. Recommend replacing furnace due to age and also due to age TE cannot replace heat exchanger. Furnace has single wall, flue pipe, no flood protection and rusty burners. Advised customer due to safety concerns with crack in heat exchanger not to run furnace. Left thermostat in off position.

Performed 2 system homecares. I flushed the upstairs drain line with chemically treated water and emailed estimates for water safety switches. I tested the heating systems for proper operations. I changed the upstairs media; after getting the homeowners permission. I replaced the mainfloor air filter 1) 16x25x1. I cleaned both outdoor units after getting the homeowners permission. Both heating and air systems were operating at the end of service call.

For this job I installed a new weather rated GFCI device and bubble cover on the back patio. Also installed a new 3 way switch at the bottom of the stairs in the basement for living room lights. Left estimates to installed a new fan/light combo in the kitchen area. Also left an estimate to do a while home re-device and install LED strip lighting in the master bathroom vaulted ceiling. Left a estimate to bring smoke doctors throughout the home up to code.

Install replacement flood in the back

Replaced ceiling fan receiver

Returned to install on basement/master zoned system. Replaced indoor coil and new supply plenum.reattached zone dampers, sealed and insulated plenum. Replaced hot surface igniters in both furnaces. Replaced basement contactor for the outdoor unit. Homeowner request Jason only for service.

Cut out and replaced two 1/2in gate valves for hose spigots in basement ceiling. Installed new propress ball valves and tested for leaks. Flushed tankless with descaling solution. Noted corrosion inside the tankless unit and advised adding an ion scale protection filter. Also replaced fill valve and flapper in main floor powder room toilet. Checked system for leaks and proper function.

Replace failing gfci outlet

Broken water line that supplies the house and the irrigation system broken during fence installation. Removed the broken section of pipe and replaced. Turned on water and pressurized the system, water is now flowing to the home. Client will have irrigation company to come and replace the broken solenoid valve.

Repaired loss of power to living room

Installed two new smoke/carbon detectors in hallways, removed broken bulb base from fixture, provided and installed 4 new PAR38 LED bulbs in existing security lights.
