Troubleshoot garage GFCI and outlets

For this job, I worked on installing two new TE provided universal Tesla chargers

For this job we installed two back to back outlets and ran Cat6 for three different data inserts.

Replaced pressure regulator shut off and the first floor hallway restroom toilet fill valve.

Install 50a 240v circuit for Tesla wall connector in garage. Circuit to be installed in 3/4” PVC conduit from meter disconnect outside. Install customer supplied charger inside garage Install 50a breaker in meter/disconnect. Install surge protection at meter disconnect combo and at main panel.

Replaced 50 gallon gas water heater, pressure reducing valve, isolation valves for the home and hose Bibb, all new piping, expansion tank, drain pan. Pressure is set to 65 for the home and system is aired out.

Our client reached out to us in reference to a garbage disposal that has seized up. A badger 5 what’s selected by our client to be installed. The defective unit was uninstall and the new one was installed. The new unit was tested for leaks and no leaks were found. Our client’s sink is upan operating and is satisfied.

Install new outlet circuit for in wall heater. Install new outlets in attic. Install new bulbs and trims in plunge room and break room.

No cool second level Cycled equipment from thermostat equipment did not come on due to failed thermostat. Bypassed thermostat to bring system on in cool mode found no refrigerant in circuit. Performed leak search found evaporator coil is leaking and manufacture warranty has expired. System uses r22 refrigerant that is no longer being manufactured as of 01/01/2020 regulated by the federal government. Due to refrigerant being obsolete and equipment reaching life expectancies ac and coil need to be updated. scheduled install supervisor to give options on updating.

Replaced 50 gallon natural gas water heater with all required code upgrades. Pressurized WH tank and bled all air from the plumbing system. Checked all work completed for leaks and proper functionality. Set water heater to 120°F. Checked homes water pressure, measuring at 58 PSI. Thoroughly cleaned up work area. Install two dedicated 15 amp circuits in basement for medical equipment, rearrange sub panel breakers to make room

Opened concrete at the area marked by leak detection. No pipes were found in the area. Suggest contacting leak detection again to detect the leak while the concrete is open. Once the leak is detected, we will return and attempt to repair the leak. If the leak is detected under the water heater, we will provide a quote to remove it to repair the leak. The charge for today was for the portion of work that was performed.

Performed 1 system inspection. Customer had previous diagnosis for leaking coil and leaking service valves. Customer had refrigerant refilled less than a week ago and it is already low again. Had several small hits with leak detector on coil and service valves but was unable to pinpoint exact location of leak. Customer worried about the reliability of unit moving forward so is interested in replacement vs repair. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Performed condenser coil wash on both main house unit and carriage house unit. Pulled condenser motor top off. Removed all side panels. Coil washed condenser coil. Rinsed thoroughly with water hose. Removed all debris from inside condenser cabinet. Reinstalled all side panels and condenser motor top. Gave final rinse. Cycled condenser to ensure proper operation.

Customers exhaust check valve has failed. Replaced with a barb fitting and ran drain into P trapped drain tested work for over 10 minutes running four bathtubs and kitchen sink and bathroom sinks on hot. The tankless never coded again all work was tested and documented with pictures

Performed plumbing inspection on home. Sewage ejection pump basin full in basement and showing signs of leaking. Viewing this did not want to make a mess and have the pump basin overflow. Was not able to test basement bathroom functionality. Water pressure in home above recommended limit at 85 psi. Kitchen sink drainage in correct, will cause back ups in future. Expansion tank on water heater not strapped to wall. Will provide estimate for corrections.
