Troubleshoot for fans and lights not working
Doing troubleshoot on fan not working
Completed punch list items. We installed 6 recessed lights in the family room. We came off of the extra switch leg in the fan. We installed 4 recessed lights in the master bedroom on a new switch leg. We expanded the switch box from a 3 gang to a 4 gang. We installed 2 outlets in the master bath, coming off of 2 separate circuits. One was already GFCI protected from work done on Friday 11/22. The other outlet we GFCI protected by putting in a DF breaker. Also in the master bath we ran a dedicated 20 amp circuit on a DF breaker to under the sink for a future water heater. We installed 6 low voltage boxes with pass through plates, 2 in the family and 4 in the breakfast area. We installed an outlet in the family room. We swapped out 2 flood lights for Ring camera lights provided by homeowner. We jumped off of those lights and installed 2 more Ring camera lights that were also provided by homeowner. We started the lunch list. We installed 2 dimmers, one on the breakfast light and one on the dining light. We installed 2 digital timers on the bath fans in the master bath and guest bath. We added bidet outlets to the guest and master bath and GFCI protected them with dual function breakers. We added an outlet in the breakfast area. We installed surge protection with the flush mount kit on a new 50a breaker.
For this job we replaced the old Gen 2 breaker in the left hand side main panel. Breaker was for the master bathroom outlets. We installed a new dual function breaker. We also installed a splice kit on the Christmas tree lightning.
No heat-customer installed two new thermostat faces without programming, causing the heat to not work

Inspected whole home after lost neutral wire from power company. Demo wiring and bad fluorescent fixture in basement.

Wire in a new location weather rated receptacle on the back porch for a tv. After wiring the new location receptacle in I found that the circuit is on #22 labeled Family room. The panel is a CH and is located in the garage. I tested the Tv on the back porch and it is working.
Repair gas line to kitchen stove. Eliminate tee fitting between 90 and shutoff.
Hang TV in living room with install of HDMI and digital optic cord, hang TV in upstairs bedroom with the install of a recessed TV outlet, and provide HDMI and digital optic cord

Startup and walkthrough of Generac 26Kw whole home generator.
Repair upstairs master bathroom toilet by replacing flush tower gasket and fill valve. Customers home warranty company will be reimbursing him for cost of listed repairs. Kohler toilet is fairly new.
Valve maintenance and oil drop on Generac 17kw standby generator.
The customer called us out due to a delta shower valve not turning off completely. I gave the customer an option to diagnose the issue or to replace the cartridge. The customer went with replacement. During the repair, I located a small wood chip in the valve body. A new delta cartridge was installed and tested. NOTE: customers water pressure is at 90 psi. A new PRV was recommended. The customer plans to reduce the pressure his self. I made it clear to the customer that we can not warranty the cartridge with the water pressure at 90 psi.
Installed new 1 inch underground polyethylene propane gas service line to new generator. Connected propane tank and generator. Installed new regulator at generator and tested for proper gas pressure, 10.3 inches of water column. Pressurized propane system and ensured generator was functioning properly.
Pulled toilet and ran camera

Troubleshoot breaker tripping
Replace 2 outdoor panels that have corrosion damage and redo disconnect and splice box underneath gazebo. Run new feeder to outdoor panel.
