Completed punch list items. We installed 6 recessed lights in the family room. We came off of the extra switch leg in the fan. We installed 4 recessed lights in the master bedroom on a new switch leg. We expanded the switch box from a 3 gang to a 4 gang. We installed 2 outlets in the master bath, coming off of 2 separate circuits. One was already GFCI protected from work done on Friday 11/22. The other outlet we GFCI protected by putting in a DF breaker. Also in the master bath we ran a dedicated 20 amp circuit on a DF breaker to under the sink for a future water heater. We installed 6 low voltage boxes with pass through plates, 2 in the family and 4 in the breakfast area. We installed an outlet in the family room. We swapped out 2 flood lights for Ring camera lights provided by homeowner. We jumped off of those lights and installed 2 more Ring camera lights that were also provided by homeowner. We started the lunch list. We installed 2 dimmers, one on the breakfast light and one on the dining light. We installed 2 digital timers on the bath fans in the master bath and guest bath. We added bidet outlets to the guest and master bath and GFCI protected them with dual function breakers. We added an outlet in the breakfast area. We installed surge protection with the flush mount kit on a new 50a breaker.

We signed up for the Annual Maintenance right after purchasing our home. I wasn't so sure it was worth it, but I found the electricians very professional and the work they did was quality. I wasn't so sure about the initial HVAC visit in fall of 2023, but we just had our spring 2024 visit from Jeremiah and I will say he made it worth it. I watched over his shoulder, mostly just out of curiosity and a love to learn. He was patient answering questions, and I was very surprised, especially considering the other con-artists,,, ur... i mean contractors I've dealt with. Jeremiah was very knowledgeable, and performed the maintenance with a thoroughness and attention to detail I can rarely ever find. As an engineer, I likely view things more critically and detailed that others, but that didn't phase Jeremiah in the least. He provided several photos of not only the work he recommended, but the results afterward, as well as other areas that did not need additional attention. Luckily, he found some things that could have caused problems, and we were able to correct those now so that we are not having worse problems at a time when it is difficult to get a technician scheduled. I would definitely recommend Jeremiah, and he is a sterling representative of TE Certified. I plan to ask for him next time by name. TE Certified should be okay with that as he sold me on some tasks that I could have done myself, but elected to have him do them because of his professionalism and demeanor. Great job Jeremiah!

Hayden came on Thursday to install 6 new smoke/carbon detectors and two surge protectors. Throughly tested everything and showed me where the outside main electric shut off was located. Extremely patient and explained in a manner which I understood. On Friday he came back and installed outside flood lights and took time for me to determine best direction for lighting back yard. Anthony explained the issue with my HVAC, ordered a part which is back ordered due to supply chain issues- and charged my system so I can be comfortable. TE has great service and people.
Everybody we dealt with went above and beyond. The office staff, salesperson, and installers were very professional. It was the little things that added up. We were kept updated throughout the process while enabling us to continue to tele-work. At the end of the day a problem arose with one of the units. They went out of their way to make sure the problem was resolved. As tired as we know they had to be they wouldn’t give up.
TAKE MY MONEY! This was my first experience having to use a plumber & man, they did NOT disappoint! My initial appt was scheduled for last Friday, but got a call that morning from Rhonda with TE, asking if it would be ok if we rescheduled...as the technician’s prior appt was running longer than expected. I was kind of bummed at first, but she kindly offered a credit to our account for the inconvenience...which I did not expect to be as much as it was!!! Such a nice, simple gesture that truly shows this company cares about their customers! When it came time for our scheduled service, Stan called me an hour ahead of schedule to let me know his exact ETA. I know absolutely nothing about plumbing, so Stan was super patient & kind enough to explain everything in layman’s terms to not only myself, but also to my husband on speakerphone. He mapped out every option possible for our particular problem & helped us make a very informed decision that we didn’t feel pressured or unsure of to make.
