Performed 1 system diagnostics on a 2017 Trane heatpump amd air handler (zoned). The homeowner stated that the blower motor was consistently running and would not stop; even when the thermostats were set to "off" and the fan set to "auto" (at both thermostats). Findings: I found a ecm blower motor with a failed module. The module is telling the motor to constantly run. I removed all of the low voltage wires from the module; yet the motor will not stop running (see attached video). I also found that the purge overide button on the zoned board would not work; which means that the board is not completely working and may be intermittently failing or have other issues. I also found that there is black biological growth on the blower motor and wiring inside the air handler (showed pictures to the homeowner). I found that the secondary drain pan has a water safety switch witch is not a very reliable brand of water safety switch. I also found that the bypass damper is not set to .5" water co

Our client has a situation when his son takes a shower particularly this morning. There’s a leak on the main floor in the bathroom below. Once I arrive to the job site, the client walked me through to the bathroom. I did a test on the drain side of the tub And could not get any leaks. I did a test on the tub spout and the showerhead and got the same results. I also tested the toilet and the vanity in the bathroom. Cannot get a leak to happen downstairs. Last test was to fill the tub up to check the overflow drain And no leaks came from there either. I instructed the customer to watch the movement of his’s transitions into the shower and out of the shower to see if the leak will come back and to contact us once it shows

Troubleshoot wiring for door bell. Install video doorbell at the front door. Had to cut into wood trim to get to wires. Everything tested and working properly.

Install Whole House Surge

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today. Replace coil, replaced liquid line drier, pressure tested, pulled vacuum under 500 microns, charged unit to manufacture standards and tested all operations. No other issues found at this time.

Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Performed 1 system homecare. Check and changed filter, check and tested electrical components, cleared and treated drain line, no wet switch before added, ss1 and sewer switch, found dirty blower wheel, and dirty condenser cleaned both, also added iwave and blue tube to the unit.tested all operations and now everything is operational.

Troubleshoot, install floodlight

Performed 1 system diagnostic on upstairs unit. Found evap coil leaking refrigerant. Will need to order coil and return Monday to do repair.also found capacitor failed for upstairs unit. Customer opted for bandaid option . Part is on order at this time.Upstairs unit is low and off at this time to protect compressor from further damage.
