Troubleshoot issue and find the problem Install new home surge protection for safety on lighting or power company surges as well as replace 2 breakers in panel that are not rated for existing panel

Installed a RO water system

Replace rear hose bib

Replaced upstairs hallway guest bathroom shower valve with new trim kit, including shower head, waste, and overflow. Also replaced waste strainer in main bathroom tub.

System was not heating due to a blown fuse, contactor is defective and blew the fuse, blower wheel is dirty, float switch is defective, no ss1 on condensate drain, and dual capacitor is out of manufacture specs. Replaced fuse, contactor, dual capacitor, and added a wet switch. System is operating properly at this moment.

Installed new 50 gallon electric water heater and pressure regulator valve in garage tested no failure at this time.

Run new wire ceiling fan

Diagnostic and shutdown

Replaced main electrical components and brought the home to todays safety standards. We replaced original wiring that dates around the 1930s. We also double the electrical capacity of this house per the customer request to ensure no issues in the future due to insufficient power supply at the street.

Basket strainer kitchen

For this job I installed a customer supplied Tesla wall connector

Installed high ceiling chandelier for in the foyer , replaced chandelier in the master bathroom and install custom can lights over the stairs leading to the garage .

Customer called with toilet, running replace flapper and fill valve to remedy issue. All work was tested and documented with pictures.

Installed new water service and replaced water main shut off valve and pressure regulator.

For this job, we worked on troubleshooting a lighting circuit and replaced a damaged dimmer switch.

Replaced failed prv reading 140 psi with new full brass prv. Pressure now reading 65. Also replaced cpvc water line section to garage side hose bib with pex pipe and all new pipe insulation, added accessible 1/4 turn shut off in staircase/basement ceiling. Water turned back on at main shutoff to test and ensure proper function.

Replaced old locked out garbage disposal with new 3/4

Troubleshoot loose faucet to find loose nut below, tightened down and ensure no movement nor leaks.
