Customer has 12 y/o 2-zone Lennox furnace matched with 4 y/o GrandAire AC that operates for whole house. Furnace located in attic. System was not heating properly due to very dirty filter causing airflow issues preventing system from operating. Filter had not been replaced in two years. Recommend customer signup for HomeCare maintenance program. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Noticed that ignitor has significant buildup and deemed bad. Blower wheel was very dirty. Water protection is poor. Zone control should have separate transformer. Dampers are operational. Recommend iWave-R Air Ionizer to help enhance air quality for system and home. Informed customer of findings. System has been running 30+ minutes with no issues.

Customer has 23 y/o Comfortmaker furnace matched with 20 y/o Lennox AC that operates for upper level. System is not cooling due to failed dual capacitor. Noticed during inspection, numerous components have failed or failing. Pressure levels were very low indicating refrigerant leak. Condenser coils are very damaged. Contactor is pitted. Furnace has rusted burners. Bad heat exchanger. Poor water protection. Incorrect drain line pitch. Deficient run capacitor. Dirty blower wheel. Very dirty media filter. Informed customer of all findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

For this job, I worked on returning to finish project I started on Friday. finished running circuit in the garage through PVC to energize all eight garage outlets in his workshop. Also provided and installed a 50 amp generator inlet at his meter main on the side of his home. installed interlock kit as well so main breaker and generator breaker cannot be on at the same time. tested all voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly.

Johan was exceptional. He hung our new fixture and installed a dimmer to perfection. He explained how to adjust and care for our new unit and even cleaned up after himself and hauled away the packaging. He also has incredible people skills, which is so uncommon in a service professional. I would not hesitate to hire him for any electrical work.
