Replace the switch for the light on the ceiling fan. Haven’t got approval to fix ground situation so everything was re installed as is. No warranty. Everything else tested and working properly. Completed homecare maintenance for single system home. Tested the heating and cooling from thermostat. Found that the condenser coil outside is dirty and could use cleaning. This system could also benefit from adding air quality enhancements to the unit to improve overall air quality and extended life of the system.

Replace electrical panel

Toilet tank to bowl bolts are corroded and have snapped in place causing bowl to leak. Mr states his wife usually puts cleaning capsules in tank. Toilet rarely gets used , his son use to use the toilet but has moved out. Cleaning capsules are through the gaskets. Rebuilt toilet with new flush valve, float valve and tank to bolts with gasket. All connections have been tested and working properly.

Installed Level 2 ChargePoint Home Flex charging station in Buford garage. Mounted unit at optimal height on side wall for easy access. Wired directly to 50A dedicated circuit in main panel (previously installed). Verified proper voltage (240V) and performed safety testing. Configured Wi-Fi connectivity and mobile app functionality. Demonstrated charging procedure and scheduled features. Unit provides approximately 37 miles of range per hour of charging. All work completed to NEC standards and passed inspection.

Returned to complete work, pulled and chemically cleaned indoor coil and blower wheel. Installed Iwave and blue tube. Made sure everything was working. Turned System back on and is running with no issues.

Ran approximately 250 feet of low-voltage wiring through garden beds, properly buried at 6-inch depth to prevent future damage. Installed 600-watt transformer with digital timer and photocell control in weatherproof housing. Positioned pathway lights strategically to eliminate dark spots while maintaining aesthetic appeal. Adjusted spotlight angles to create dramatic effect on landscape features without causing glare. Programmed timer for dusk-to-midnight operation with manual override option. Our client reached out to us in reference to a water leak on main floor home. This link took out a pretty good bit of the basement bathroom and living area. After doing leak search located leak in the guest bathroom on a hot water line directly behind living room. Our quote was accepted and the repair was made. Property medics also came by to assess the situation. Our client also had high water pressure and an expired water heater, which were both replaced today. Our client is in great condition and she is happy.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system diagnostic. Found failed board, blown fuse, failed transformer, failed dual capacitor, dirty blower, no te standard flood protection and failed float switch. Recommended replacement due to cost and age of unit . Unit is not under warranty

Threads on gas control valve or burner assembly cross threaded. Replace both. Also replaced isolation valves to hose bibs in crawlspace.

Boiler located in the storage closet is leaking through the burner assembly. The tank has a BTU rating of 250,000. A certified boiler technician will be needed for installation.

Install new Kohler toilet and master bathroom with new flange angle stop and supply lines.

Replaced gas control valves on water heaters with new sediment traps, also repipe water heaters

Install flood light 12 ft off ground Install new round box for flood Add new box add low volt ring and extend wire into flood upstairs

Customer has intermittent backups from his garbage disposal when dishwasher water will drain and sink water was simultaneously running. After some tests, we came to a conclusion that garbage disposal cannot handle the water load causing the backups. Recommended a replacement for garbage disposal.

I replace a GFI in the garage that was feeding the exterior outlets in the house.

Ptrap seal went into ptrap causing the pipe to leak , reset ptrap and adjust the seal
