Johan was exceptional. He hung our new fixture and installed a dimmer to perfection. He explained how to adjust and care for our new unit and even cleaned up after himself and hauled away the packaging. He also has incredible people skills, which is so uncommon in a service professional. I would not hesitate to hire him for any electrical work.

The tech, Jonathan, kept me informed of arrival time, took care to use shoe covers, explained exactly what work he did, took pictures to show what was needed, and provided a detailed written summary. He provided an estimate for needed work with no pressure to do it at the time of service. Very nice guy!

I have nothing but good things to say about Armando Almazan of TE Certified. He called prior to his arrival, with was right on time. Came in and inspected all of my HVAC systems and gave me a detailed assessment of them. He as very respectful and courteous. I would highly recommend this company for any work that they provide.

We experienced a lightning strike late week. A result of the strike we lost our freezer. Based on a suggestion from Jose we ran a separate circuit. The work was completed in several hours. Jose also installed a surge suppressor, which will prevent damage should a lightning strike happen again.
