Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Upon arrival customer stated the system is blowing warm air. He also stated a friend of his charged the system about a week ago. There is no refrigerant in the system. The evap coil is rusted and has a restriction. The blower capacitor is failed. There is no flood protection. The system has no refrigerant, just air in the lineset. The run capacitor in the condensing unit failed. The condenser coil is dirty. Provided cost of repair and also scheduled an install manager to come out today and provide a free quote to replace the system. Customer is very interested in financing and stated he wants the monthly payments to be $100-$150/ month. Told him that the install manager will help him with the financing and let him know exactly how much it will cost monthly. Customer did not give email address.

Upon arrival customer stated he was having issues with the blower not running when heat was making a call from thermostat. After inspection of system found that the inducer draft port was closed with a lot of debris. The debris is coming from the flue pipe being single wall rusting and rust getting caught inside port. Advised customer that I did clear port but he could still experience the same issue due to how old the equipment is. System is 19 years old. The emergency drain pan is very rusted, and inside the bottom of furnace. U it has had a lot of water damage in the past. Blower motor has been replaced before, blower capacitor tested good with no issues and has been replaced before. Turned system to ac and noticed unit is struggling to cool. Evaporator coil is badly rusted, the condenser fan motor capacitor is testing bad, the condenser fan motor has been replaced before. Contactor is very pitted at outdoor unit. Compressor makes a knock when starting up and running very rough. The

Run new low voltage line from chime through attic and attached ring doorbell on the brick to the left of the door. Had to install new transformer because the existing one was insufficient. Everything tested and working properly. Doorbell installed on existing chime. No access to electrical panel.

Removed jammed cup from disposal/ no leaks….

Ran 400 down the floor drains to unclear blockage

Installed customer supplied P-trap for under master bathroom sink all work was tested and documented with pictures

Performed schedule deep clean for evap coil in crawl spaces as well as blower cleaning. Pumped down unit, removed evap coil and blower cleaned and re installed, brazed in new filter drier, pressure tested to 350 psi and pull vacuum to 600 psi. Ran system and checked charge. No other issues found at this time.

After completed system diagnosis, found from previous repair the wrong blower motor and fuse and the furnace control board was replaced due to that. It caused the control board to burn out along with the 24 V transformer. Also system have a bad natural gas leak at the electronic gas valve regulator The electronic gas valve will have to be replaced along with a transformer circle board and blower motor. Also return plenum is detached from the furnace. Tester heat exchanger has several cavities and cracks highly recommend to upgrade to a new furnace due to the age and condition furnace is over 21 years old Gas need to be shut off at the furnace until repairs are completed Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

For this job, I worked on adding a 20amp 120v dedicated circuit in nanny’s bedroom. converted existing single gang into 2gang outlet box. Installed 20amp dual function breaker at electrical panel. Checked voltage and connections upon completion. Everything is working properly.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 1 system diagnostic for upstairs unit. Found evap coil, lineset, and outdoor unit frozen, found unit low on charge, rusted coil, residue of refrigerant in evap coil pan, dirty blower motor, dirty condenser coil, no te standard flood protection, grown on outside of unit on condensate line. Due to the cost or repairs and age of unit customer decided to receive estimate for replacement of full upstairs unit.

For this job, I worked on providing and installing a universal tesla wall connector along with a 60 amp circuit for it. circuit went from basement to garage. Also provided and installed a whole house surge protector in main electrical panel. tested all voltage and connections upon completing, everything is working properly.

Replace outlet and add box extension

For this job, I worked on redevicing 50 outlets on the main and 2nd floor. Redid all illegal connections, checked voltage and connections upon completing, all outlets are working properly. Left a quote to refeed an outlet in the master bedroom that was done poorly by original contractors.

Shower has no hot water. Does not turn completely off. Replaced cartridge. Hot water in home does not get above 90degrees, except in the master bathroom which is behind the water heater. Also, left quotes for water heater replacement.
