Fixture replacement

Installed a new 50 gallon Rheem electric water heater. We also installed a recirculating pump for a dedicated return line to the heater and replaced the Prv with a new shutoff valve. After installation we checked and tested for leaks. Did thorough clean up.

Cleaned evaporator coil with coil cleaner / deodorizer. Removed blower wheel and assembly from furnace. Took wheel and assembly outside and cleaned with coil cleaner and water hose. Checked operations. Home owner wants to reschedule duct cleaning. Home owner is aware we need to collect and schedule duct cleaning in person. Can’t do this over the phone. This appointment was work scheduled only. I completed home care last month.

Dental business is the furthest business in this building. Scoped sewer that runs through multiple businesses and observed multiple bellies under all of them that I was able to scope, which is 4. This all leads to a septic tank at the far end of the building. I have suggested a cleanout install at the tank

Put up light kits for customer and added fan remote and dimmer

Customer called us out for a clogged and leaking toilet. On inspection I notice the fill valve was set to high and spilling into the overflow tube. The tile around the toilet was cracked. When testing for blockage the toilet gurgled indicating a mainline blockage. I pulled the toilet and ran the k-400. The flange was rusted and peeling paint. Sewer supervisor is coming out so I did not reinstall the toilet. Cleaned everything up and ran sink to verify clog was gone.

Install new gas line for outdoor grill on back deck. This includes running new gas line, installing a new shut off valve and testing line for leaks. This does not include hooking up the grill Back deck is a very tall height and will require a tall ladder to access underneath decking Tested work, cleaned up and provided estimates for installation of Halo whole home water filtration system

No cool multiple systems. Found cafe unit to have compressor shorted to ground. Compressor is not replaceable as it is r22. Ac number 1 for classrooms has large refrigerant leak in evap coil. That is non repairable as well as it is also r22 refrigerant. Customer getting quote to replace both systems. Ac number 1 drain pan rotted and leaking. Advised customer of this. Both units well beyond life expectancy and replacement of equipment is the only option.

Repair on Briggs and Stratton standby generator transfer switch

3 full system inspection. Found main floor system to have sing,e wall flue pipe dirty ac and minimal flood protection. Found basement system to have wire nuts in air handler, dirty evap, and dirty ac and minimal flood protection. Found upstairs system to be past life expectancy. Furnace has high amp draws on blower motor, dirty blower, fatigued metal on heat exchanger, noisy inducer motor, dirty ac, buzzing transformer. minimal flood protection, failed dual capacitor. Recommend replacing upstairs equipment. Customer getting quote to replace equipment. Cleaned all outdoor coils, replaced transformer added fuse and replaced dual capacitor on upstairs unit
