Customer would like propane gas piping replaced. States it is undersized and does not allow kitchen equipment to work properly. Line is currently a mix of 1/2 copper and 3/4 black iron. This estimate is to perform exterior work only. Includes running about 50’ of gas piping, starting near the propane tank and ending at the current location where the piping enters the building. We will pull necessary permits and have the work inspected. We recommend replacing all of the gas piping inside and out. This estimate is only for the outdoor portion. If there is still insufficient gas after performing outside work, the customer will have to also have interior work done. We spoke to Blossman gas and they stated that we can run the lines, stub up near the tank and they will make final connections after doing a leak and safety check. Single system inspection. Found 2006 trane system off at air handler disconnect. Plugged unit in. Found failing bearings on blower motor,, rusty dirty evap coil, wire nuts in air handler and burnt contactor. Minimal flood protection, dirty condensing unit, leaking service valve on R22 system, burnt wire in disconnect outdoors, outdoor condensing fan motor has been replaced with rescue motor sometime in the past. Recommend replacement of unit. Did leave disconnect in off position for risk of potential fire hazard with burnt wire. Customer has appointment for install supervisor tomorrow morning.

Replaced three floodlights with Ring floodlights and replaced doorbell button with Ring video doorbell.

Replace 5 tankless water heaters, 1 commercial Cggvg heater, recirculation pumps, and 1.5” hot and cold water mains in top floor attic. (Price does not include any copper water line replacement in basement attic)

Customer is experiencing a blockage in the hallway toilet, concerns of a kid putting shower rings in the toilet, tested fixtures and believe it’s only a toilet issue. Customer attempted to clear the blockage themselves and broke a snake cable in the toilet. Remove toilet from flange, attempt to remove cable from the line, clear blockage and reset toilet. Tested and toilet is flushing great, there are no leaks or issues at this time. Notified customer that flange is broken and should be replaced soon. Cannot guarantee the flange will stay sealed properly and is prone to possible leaks especially if there is a backup. Customer would like to wait at this time.
