During our visit, the downstairs guest bathroom toilet was rebuilt. The customer supplied the Gerber specialty flush valve. The fill valve, tank bolts and gaskets were supplied by TE. A new shutoff valve was added along with a new steel braided supply line. The toilet was tested for leaks after completion.

Install two customer supplied fixtures in the kitchen. After installing we installed customer supplied lamps and tested each fixture. We found some issues inside the panel which I addressed to the homeowners. I asked permission to cut back the wood that was preventing access to the panel screws.

I was called out to Darius’ house for a cooling issue on his main/upstairs system. Darius has lived here since 2022 so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered that the main/upstairs system is from 2006 making it past normal life expectancy of 10-13 years, the heat exchanger is badly corroded and may not be safe to use now or in the near future, the wheel is dirty and needs cleaned, there aren’t any flood safety switches on the system, the zoning is missing it’s bypass and supply air sensor, the inducer is leaking around its seal, and the immediate issue with the cooling is that the outdoor unit has an aftermarket condenser fan motor that has failed, the unit uses the obsolete refrigerant of R-22, the capacitor has failed, the suction service valve is leaking refrigerant but we cannot repair it due to the obsolete refrigerant, the low voltage wire is exposed, and a superboost would be beneficial for the older system. Found system to be low on refrigerant. Evaporator coil is significantly rusted. Contactor is pitted, blower capacitor it out of tolerance, blower wheel is dirty. Further diagnostic would be required to find the source of the refrigerant issue. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

My main hesitation to a better review is feel He tried to over sell me and added things I didn’t need and tried to slip them by me We settled on a price he said he could come back today and he would go to his shop and be back within an hour and a half. I waited three hours on him. They were there a good while working on my sink and then they said they bought the wrong water heater said they’d be back in an hour. It was an hours and 45 minutes later that they came back, and after that, they worked hard and they got out another hour and he gave me $100 off the quoted price because of the inconvenience but I didn’t get to see prices for my size water heater because he traded me out for a smaller one, also tried to sell service to maintain my water heater for maintenance for almost a thousand dollars Is that standard for you guys? I live on a very tight budget and my home needs lots of things. I am looking for someone I can trust to begin getting them done.one by one I really felt like I could trust the guy from your company who fixed the a/c earlier this summer and would call him Again Although Brandon was really nice and I know he had to be tired. it was a long day for both of us but I don’t understand why he didn’t measure the space where the water heater was supposed to go before he gave me an estimate in the first place or brought one to my home However they did an excellent job when they came back of putting it in and making sure everything was working properly. The new hot water heater looks very nice and I’m very thankful we have hot water tonight so it’s just honestly a mixed review.
