Install a new NEMA 14/50R receptacle in the garage for a new charger. Install a new 6/3 wire to feed the receptacle. Supply and install a new 2p40 amp QO gfci breaker. Relocated carbon/smoke in garage . After installing the wiring to the charger I tested for voltage all the way around and it was present. The customer was able to hook his charger up to his WiFi and then to his jeep. I relocated the carbon/smoke located in the garage a couple of feet away from the entry door due to new shelf the customer installed. I installed a blank plate over the existing spot.

At arrival on 01/04/2028: found UPSTAIRS system not heating. Customer mentioned that they replaced their thermostat themselves. Consequently, the 5A fuse was shorted. Replaced the fuse and tested system for normal operation. System is heating properly at this time.

No heat upstairs. System continually running. Found zones system with new nest on upstairs zone. Zone board would receive call for heat upstairs but not open damper while main floor was running. After ten minutes main floor would shut off and upstairs would run in emergency heat for 5 minutes then cool afterward. Found nest thermostat to have been set up for B in heat for reversing valve causing system to go into anti short cycling delay in heat pump and due to EWC zone board feature the cooling and heating would run in 10min increments until they were satisfied. Properly set thermostat up on phone, and tested system. System functioning properly once thermostat was correctly setup. Inspected unit found dirty evap, blower and heat pump. Weak run capacitor and minimal flood protection and seized ac disconnect.

Opened dampers for basement supply’s. Showed home owners how dampers work. Noticed return duct isn’t installed correctly. Install needs to come back and repair return. Installed thermostat home owner supplied and repaired wiring for heat strips. Checked operations.

During our visit, the customer mentioned that the shower would constantly drip. After diagnosing, the cartridge appeared to be faulty. A new Delta shower cartridge was installed. The water pressure is around 90 psi, options were provided to fix the high pressure issue.

My main hesitation to a better review is feel He tried to over sell me and added things I didn’t need and tried to slip them by me We settled on a price he said he could come back today and he would go to his shop and be back within an hour and a half. I waited three hours on him. They were there a good while working on my sink and then they said they bought the wrong water heater said they’d be back in an hour. It was an hours and 45 minutes later that they came back, and after that, they worked hard and they got out another hour and he gave me $100 off the quoted price because of the inconvenience but I didn’t get to see prices for my size water heater because he traded me out for a smaller one, also tried to sell service to maintain my water heater for maintenance for almost a thousand dollars Is that standard for you guys? I live on a very tight budget and my home needs lots of things. I am looking for someone I can trust to begin getting them done.one by one I really felt like I could trust the guy from your company who fixed the a/c earlier this summer and would call him Again Although Brandon was really nice and I know he had to be tired. it was a long day for both of us but I don’t understand why he didn’t measure the space where the water heater was supposed to go before he gave me an estimate in the first place or brought one to my home However they did an excellent job when they came back of putting it in and making sure everything was working properly. The new hot water heater looks very nice and I’m very thankful we have hot water tonight so it’s just honestly a mixed review.
