For this job at work on troubleshooting why majority of basement lost power. turns out new gym equipment that was purchased and plugged in had overloaded the circuit. contractors only ran one 15 amp circuit for the utility room, basement living room and basement gym. highly recommend running a 20 amp dedicated circuit.

Performed 3 system homecares. Tested the systems at the thermostats. Left extra air filters. Tested the heat for proper operations. Inspected the outdoor units. Basement system needs flood protection. Main floor and upstairs outdoor units coils need to be cleaned. I went over findings with the homeowner. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Cut out and removed 15 year old leaking 40 gallon water heater to install new 50 gallon natural gas Rheem water heater. Install included new pan, expansion tank and strap, all new copper piping and fittings, shutoff valve for heater, section of flu venting, gas fittings, gas shutoff and new gas supply line. Water turned back on at main as well as heater to test and ensure proper function.

Our client had a 40 gallon electric tank heater that was in crawlspace that tripped the breaker. After diagnosing the situation Discover the tank was leaking on the top into the electrical department. Customer decided to upgrade to a 50 gallon electric water heater. In the process of installation The client also had Hose Bibb On the back of the house that was on galvanized pipe that had broken as they were cleaning the yard. That item was also added to the work order and replaced. Both fixtures are currently working and perfect condition. All work is documented with photos.

Arrived to the home and found water leaking from the system. Found the system to be leaking due to a clogged drain line. System had zero flood protection, so I cleared the drain line and added an SS2 to the system. Performed an inspection on the system after repairs, found the blower wheel dirty and evaporator coil dirty with growth. To perform a blower wheel clean an evaporator coil clean would also have to be done as the copper runs in front of the unit with no slack. Also found the capacitor outside and the condenser coil dirty. Also recommend a Bluetube UV to prevent further growth in the system. System is operating at this time.

Alexis did a fantastic job. He was very thorough and took the time to explain the issues and answers our questions. Alexis and the entire team were very polite and professional. Georgia Power had to be called in to repair the outside power lines. The representatives who showed up were very unprofessional and did not complete the required work. Alexis advocated on our behalf and another crew was sent that evening yo make the repairs.
