Upon arrival customer stated main level system not cooling properly. After technician diagnosed full system to main level. Tech found multiple concerns. Tech found major refrigerant leak coming from indoor coil, this can cause poor cooling and heating in home over time along with overworking other major components in the system like compressor, indoor and outdoor fan motors. Tech noticed dirty blower wheel, this can cause poor air flow when more dirt is accumulated on wheel, indoor and outdoor voltage components are showing signs of weakness, this can lead to motor failure, tech did replace filter for main system customer provided 15x20x1 in attic area. Tech noticed dirt build up on outdoor coil as well, this can lead to restriction causing compressor and fan motor to overwork. Supply and install new circuit for customer supplied breaker, interlock and inlet device.

Replace concrete sewer line from house to edge of driveway 6’ deep. Rebuild pvc drains for bathroom in crawl space. Install new Kohler Kingston toilet Install thermal expansion tank on gas water heater, miscellaneous repairs in guest bathroom on trap in vanityand in laundry room double sink trap. Replaced sections on trunk line and tied in branch lines.performed running water test In home. Installed 2 Koehler Kingston toilets in master and guest bathrooms, set water level in toilets. Verified hot water at point of use at all fixtures.

Completed a system evaluation by the time of arrival client explained that system would not keep up with the temperature when I set a 70 it will not go above 63 by assessing the system found that the system will not going on second stage heat. I adjusted dip switches on the zoning board for the second stage to come on. Also thermostat wire are not the correct one Thermostat will have to be wired using 18 six thermostat wire so clients will be able to control emergency heat from the thermostat itself.

Cleared blockage in cast iron washer machine drain

Pressure to home 95PSI. Home also had original gate valve as main shut off. Replaced main shut off valve to 1/4 turn shut off. Replaced PRV and set water pressure to 65PSI.

Completed furnace inspection also check AC unit presented client with options of repairs and replacement. Client will speak with spouse before making a decision on repair or replacement.

Troubleshoot hair dryer tripping

For this job customer stated that the arc fault breaker for the living was tripping every day at 7:00pm. Upon arrival I inspected the main panel, checked voltage and the breaker for damage. The inspected the outlets and switches that were on that circuit. I did find a neutral wire in an outlet that had been pinched. I fixed that issue and the used the megger on the circuit and found no faults. Could not replicate the tripping breaker while I was here. I also verified voltage at the dishwasher as it was not working at all. While checking voltage I unplugged the pigtail and plugged it back in and the dishwasher started working. It is on a completely separate circuit.

TESTED SYSTEM NOT HEATING FOR MAIN/BASEMENT LEVEL. FOUND A FAILED HIGH LIMIT SENSOR. JUMPED OUT To ENSURE PROPER OPERATION. BLOWER CAPACITOR IS FAILING & BLOWER WHEEL IS DIRTY. SUBPAR FLOOD PROTECTIONS INSTALLED. UNIT & HOME CAN BENEFIT FROM ADDING IAQ.

Replace backwater valve in existing box. Thoroughly tested for leaks, proper slope, and flow.

Replaced tank to bowl kit, fill valve, flapper and supply line on master bath toilet. Replaved prv and thermal expansion tank.
