TESTED SYSTEM NOT HEATING FOR WHOLE HOME. FOUND BOARD NOT RECEIVING SIGNAL TO FLAME SENSOR DUE TO FAULTY WIRING & CONNECTIONS, INDUCER MOTOR OVERAMPING & FLUE PIPE IS COMPLETELY RUSTED OUT. FLEX GAS LINE INTO THE FURNACE, NO FLOOD PROTECTIONS, & BLOWER SUPER DIRTY ALONG W DUCTWORK. INSPECTED HEAT EXCHANGER & FOUND NOTICABLE CRACKS ALONG RUSTING OUT INSIDE AND RUSTING OUT FLUE PIPE. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.
