I was called out today to take a look at track lighting in the hallway they quit working! When I checked the fixtures connections, everything was good. Correct voltage coming in. With this light fixture, there is a “transformer” that lowers the voltage to work with the light bulbs that are used. This is the issue. You have to have the fixture in a certain position for the fixture to work. I would suggest having a lighting repair company take a look into this fixture, or we can just replace it. For now it is working, but not sure how long it will be until it gives out completely. Thank you so much for choosing TE Certified!

We arrived at the customers house to replace kitchen faucet sprayer. Upon inspecting the faucet we found that the handle was damaged and in need of replacement. We quoted a replacement and the customer accepted. We are unable to warranty work at this time because we were not able to check the customers pressure. We also inspected the water heater and found many parts that were out of code. We gave the customer an estimate to repair the water heater and bring it up to code as well.

Shut off water to the home and drained the water system. Removed the shower valve and replaced. Sealed and tightened all connections. Repaired tub overflow that was leaking. Turned on the water and pressurized the system. tested with no leaks.

Replaced master bathroom toilet with customer supplied toilet. Pull and reset for hallway toilet including a master rebuild. Installed new flange in hallway bath due to improper installation, old toilet only supported by a single bolt. New stainless steel hoses for both, also caulked the base. Added AAV to kitchen faucet and deleted the s trap to install p traps in both the kitchen sink and the master bath tub. Installed new 50 gallon water heater in place of improperly installed and vented tankless water heater by AO Smith. Added expansion tank with expansion tank strap, new pan under water heater, new copper with copper fittings, new gas sediment trap and shut off for water heater.

I call TE service to come out and repair a leak for me, the leak was due to a shower val leakage which I knew, I had already purchased the new shower head system with a new val, in which they put in, did a good job, De Andre, ask where my out door faucet was , they check the pressure and stated bit was too high, I would need a new pressure val installed , I said I hold off on that, DeAndre stated he couldn't guarantee the work order for the shower val and installation if I didn't get the pressure val, a extra 499.00 for that! It was my choice, I had took off work and needed the leak to stop, I felt trap or defensive with the statement, so I allowed him to do it I, don't see any difference with the pressure or if I even needed one , it was almost 1500.00 dollars job, too much, I will never make that mistake again. Just glad it's over!
