Chris had us out today because his main floor system is not heating properly. Upon arrival we noticed that it is currently 53 in the home and the system is not responsive at all. We checked all electrical components and noticed that the five amp fuse has blown. We also noticed that the blower motor capacitor was out of range reading 1.3 out of five. We also noticed that the blower motor itself was worn out and will need replacement. The system was shorting out from multiple areas in the system, including the thermostat, the contactor and the reversing valve. Due to the age of the system and R 22 refrigerant we are unable to make the repair needed for the outdoor system and may repairs to leave the system running for heat on the inside using auxiliary heat.

Monica had us out today because her main level system is not heating properly. Upon arrival we noticed that the system is currently off. We tested system from the thermostat and noticed that the heating strips are engaging. The outdoor system does not turn on. we did further testing and noticed that the refrigerant pressure on both sides are zero indicating that the system is empty and that the refrigerant has leaked out. We recommend it Performing a leak search with nitrogen. Monica is going through her insurance company for further approval and will reach back out at a later date to continue work.

Install client provided pot filler above the range in the kitchen. Installed pot filler and tested with no leaks. Documented all work with pictures. Client has a warranty on the labor only since they provided the pot filler itself.

Replace Lights and Fan

Run rigid conduit up to 30ft from active space to camera location by pool Add floodlight on front of home provided by us.

Troubleshot dual function breaker for Microwave and washing machine tripping randomly. Replace both dual function breakers and install whole home surge protector to help prevent possible future issues with safety breakers and circuits.

Install ring flood light on the front right corner of the house. The original box wasn’t installed properly. I had to relocate and install new weather proof box. Installed ring doorbell at front door.

VISUALLY INSPECTED HVAC SYSTEM & INSTALLED (2) CUSTOMER PROVIDED THERMOSTATS. - BYPASS DUCT IS NOT WORKING PROPERLY DUE TO NO MOTOR OR SPRING LOADED FACE IS INSTALLED. THIS CAUSED THE BYPASS TO NEVER CLOSE. - SYSTEM DOES NOT HAVE TE CERTIFIED STANDARD FLOOD PROTECTION. THIS INCLUDES IN-LINE SWITCH & WET SWITCH. - WHILE @ THE PROPERTY WE ALSO NOTICED SOME WIRING FOR THE A2L SENSORS ARE UNPLUGGED /BYPASSED. - NO DATS INSTALLED FROM ZONE BOARD INTO PLENUM - FOUND WOODEN SUPPORT BEAM LOCATED BEHIND THE HVAC UNIT IN THE ATTIC IS BROKEN.

Provide and replace inducer motor for main level furnace and a 20 MFD capacitor for the blower motor on main level unit. After repairs tested system fully and found no failures at this time. We still need to schedule warranty to come out and run new return for upstairs level unit.
