Install carbon smoke detector in existing box in basement. Run new wire on main floor to add power with smoke detector in bedroom and install carbon smoke combo in hallway outside of bedroom. Install battery back up interconnect smoke detector in basement and pair it with battery back up interconnect smoke detector in hallway. We installed a carbon combo smoke detector in the basement on the original circuit, we installed a carbon combo, smoke protector in the hall on the main floor, we installed two carbon, smoke detectors in the hall on the top floor. We added a smoke detector inside each bedroom on the main floor. Finished installing remaining outlets and switches throughout the house.

Completed service call by the time of arrival I run the system diagnosed no power on the air handler found a bad defective circuit breaker in the sub panel, 55 amp breaker would have to be replaced to complete system diagnosed, client said that he will replace the breaker he will call us back if there’s any other issue with the system.

FINDINGS: loose outlets, loose wires in outlets, switches that are popping. Smoke detectors 20 years out of date. Main breaker and disconnect humming and needs to be changed out. Grounding rods are too close together, grounding system needs to be updated. Disconnect needs new lugs for ground wires. Old solar system needs to be demoed out. Panel in basement is overloaded and needs to be updated with a larger panel. Both panel panels need to have surge protectors installed. There is a box on the back of the house with an outlet that has a wire running down to the pool pump, this wire needs to be rerun and the box needs to be replaced. All home Redevice changing out all switches and outlets throughout the entire house. Add smoke detectors and four bedrooms upstairs on the top floor and update existing smoke detectors two in the hallway on the top floor one on the main floor one in the basement.
