Found that the RO system was not working well. Replaced the storage tank which the homeowner supplied. Inspected unit to find the incorrect combo of cartridge. Found model and manual for unit and sent the manual via email to homeowner. Also gave instructions and advice for homeowner to purchase the cartridges. Pages 4 and 25 of the manual would best serve the homeowner.

Homeowner accidentally vaccum locked the dishwasher trying to prevent dishwasher noise. Leak came from tailpiece washer holding back compressed air.

Completed repairs, including installing bypass damper, adding Wet switch and SS1, installing the APCO-X ultra. AFTER REPAIRS COMPLETED, TESTED SYSTEM FULLY AND FOUND NO FAILURES AT THIS TIME.

Replaced the water heater in the garage. Replaced prv in bedroom closet. Replaced cartridge in master bath shower.

Tested system that was overheating for the home. Customer stated that the unit would never shut off when the thermostat was in heat mode. Found that the heat strip wiring to the equipment side of the zone board was inserted into the terminal for the reverser valve. This was causing power to be sent to the heat strips constantly when the thermostat is in heat. Move this wire to the correct terminal and tested fully. System now shut off when in heat. Over the system, realize that the customer had subpar flood protection and zoning. System is missing a bypass damper. It needs to have a 10 inch bypass installed.

My Electrician Carlos Garcia was professional, knowledgeable and helpful in determining what I will do with my future projects I need completed. A bit pricey for what I need done but you get what you pay for. I will be calling TE Certified again!
