I was called out to Jeff’s business for a heating issue in the left bar area. Jeff has has been here for 3 years and has had other repairs on this unit so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation we discovered the package unit is from 2020, the heat exchanger is excessively corroded and is likely unsafe to use for heating, the blower wheel is covered in growth, the coil needs cleaned, the limits are weak and are tripping which caused the system to not run, and there is an uninsulated pipe connected to the return. Due to the safety issues, parts not being available until march 10th at the earliest, and improper installation causing excessive wear and tear replacement is a viable option.

Replace a damaged breaker that was for the kitchen oven, I check voltage and it was giving me wrong voltage in the breaker inside the box, We installed a new breaker and got the oven back on working. Customer will call to schedule a surge protector in the future.

For this job we diagnosed the homeowners Rinnai tankless water heater. After doing a thorough inspection we discovered that it was throwing an error code 11 and we had to clean the ignition and burner rods. After cleaning the rods the tankless was running good. We also performed a tankless flush. Checked and tested for leaks.

Home owner needed his water turned back on for an add on bathroom with outside shower leaking. We provided many options including a drain down add on option but at this time this was declined. We did add shut off valves on the hot and cold lines to isolate the damaged shower valve assembly.

At arrival on February 19, 2025 customer mentioned that they just wanted the dryer vent to be serviced. In fact, customer tried to clean their own drive-in using vinyl stick and brush, while cleaning the drive-in. Customer stick broken and left into the driveway with the brush. Customer wanted just to get the stick out of the vent and fix the disconnected dryer vent in the attic. Properly disconnected the driving, cleaned all the residue and dirt, took out the stick and reconnected everything back to normal. The dryer vent is all fixed out.

Change the shower cartridge and zero skull guards

Performed furnace check. Found unit units did not have in-line float switches or wet switches. Downstairs blower wheel slightly dirty. Both condenser coils, dirty, and pitted contactor for upstairs condenser.

Customer complained of noise coming from outdoor unit, prior to our arrival customer stated that Home Depot serviced and told them it was a bad compressor. I ran a few tests and determined that the indoor coil and compressor are both defective. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Blower wheel cleaning New circuit board Flushed condensate drain line as well as cleaned collection box out for furnace. Changed 16x25x1 filter. Ran furnace for over an hour straight after repairs with zero issues

Full rebuild on master bathroom toilet. Replaced all parts inside tank and tank to bowl bolts as well. Tested for leaks and cleaned up work area

Today I ran a new 60 amp circuit feeding a new disconnect in the second floor utility closet with a whip. I also ran a new 40 amp circuit to a new disconnect on the back of the building with a whip.

For this job, I worked on installing a safety disconnect for a water heater, replacing an overheating main breaker and installing GFCI breakers on ungrounded outlets

Replace two pendant style lights in the kitchen with new customer supplied light fixtures

Customer noticed several leaks on the ceiling, proceeded to attic and inspected. Found water marks on flue pipe right before it goes out the roof, inspected ductwork for rips and to see if flex duct was heavy indicating it was filled with water. Determined that flex duct was good.

Troubleshoot heating/cooling issues, customer is going to see how the furnace operates with securing pin connector on furnace, if we have issues again we are going to come back out and replace board

Performed leak search. Recommended customer have HVAC out to investigate potential condensation build up in air ducts While at house discovered sewer gas smell. Found that kitchen sink had no p trap installed. Rebuilt drain underneath kitchen sink. Resolved sewer gas smell. Tested and everything works as it should upon leaving Informed customer about sharkbite fittings underneath kitchen sink
