Home owner had issues with the toilet. It was troubleshot finding a restriction in the fill valve. Options were given and home owner wanted to just replace fill valve. We presented options with and without warranty. The one fill tube repair part does not have a warranty. The fill valve and flapper minor rebuild option comes with warranty which was declined at the time of repair. Thank you for choosing Te certified.

Remove and install a smart toilet in the 2nd Flr master bathroom. Customers purchased a smart toilet but didn’t realize the dimensions are a lot bigger than the original toilet. I made mrs aware and she decided not to install it and a regular toilet will be installed instead. All connections have been tested and working properly at this time.

Will trench from meter to right side of home, drill down in the garage to pull new line inside, run new line with new main shut off and pressure reducing valve up the back right side garage wall, bring over roughly 25 feet of new 3/4 piping to tie back into system. Update: work was completed, pressure is set to 65 psi, laid wheat straw over trench and cleaned up area. Water line is ran and strapped to the inside of the garage and we tied back into the home in mechanical room. Line is completely insulated as well. Inspection needed.

Sealed penetrations both inside and out and modified all gas, water, and condensate drain to accommodate the new install. Tested system for leaks and proper operation.

Each technician who has serviced my home has been professional and knowledgeable and throughly explained the problem and how best to fix, along with an estimate of the cost. Jacob has come out for plumbing repairs on two occasions and he is a true gentleman. There is no need to call another company for service since TEC now offers plumbing, electrical and HVAC.
