Dig outside of home to repair an 8’ section of 4” pvc due to backpitch.

Install (2) new outlets in each stairwell of the home. These outlets to be operated using existing switch legs for hallway and stairway lights.

Mini hydro jet drains for master bathroom

Change out existing Gfci. Upon initial inspection it appeared that the old GFCI went bad because it only reset occasionally. Upon installation realized there was a fault downstream of the device and this was what wore out the existing GFCI device. Performed a minor troubleshoot and identified the issue on the circuit as being the garage refrigerator.

Tested system not heating for main level system. Found a failed igniter on unit causing it to not turn on. Unit has signs of water trickling down into furnace from exposed copper on the line set going into coil. Tested all components and found failing capacitor, dirty blower wheel, rusted out flue pipe, no wet switch for best flood protection, and the flue pipe is rusted out. Completed all repairs on this unit and the main level unit to eliminate all concerns to bring the systems up to a good condition. After completing repairs, tested system fully and

Home care inspection and gfci outlet replacement Replace gfci

Performed HomeCare routine maintenance inspection on three systems. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensors. Cleared pressure switch tubings. Main level bower motor has worn bearings. Recommend water protection for main and basement levels. Basement system has weak run capacitor, pitted contactor, bad dual capacitor. Replaced 16x25x4 media filter for main level. Replaced 16x25x1 and 14x20x1 filter for upper and basement levels. Informed customer of all findings.

Install three ceiling fans

Removed add a tee on cold supply going to steamer on stove

Replaced furnace for the upstairs level.

Troubleshoot and repair flickering lights in office and bathroom

Installed 2-April Aire 410 cabinets, upgraded flue to double wall on main floor system, and courtesy cleaned blower wheel

Annual service on 22kw.

Add tv outlets in bedroom and office

Start up visit on 26kw generator. Checked voltages, and gas pressure, transfer test.

Installed 5 fixtures, 4 outside and one in the dining room.

Installed skirted toilet, installed toilet (replace one piece), replaced angle stop and supply line for toilet in main level bathroom, pulled and reset toilet in same bathroom, shimmed and sealed toilet in basement that customer installed. Found that toilet flanges in house had a lip remaining most likely from the knock out plug when house was installed. Customer installed one skirted toilet and it didn’t leak. I only caulked and put small shim in that one. No warranty on that particular toilet due to customer is the one who installed it Half bathroom skirted toilet customer could not get to not leak. Cut out lip on flange and installed toilet. Tested and provided sanitary seal In master bathroom, replace one piece toilet with toilet Pulled and reset additional toilet in main level bathroom that customer installed. It was not sitting flush with floor. Cut out lip in flange and reset toilet. Tested and provided sanitary seal

Provide and replace bad Eaton breakers for the washing machine and the low voltage panel.

System is not heating due to a defective control board.

For this job, I worked on replacing a furnace for the main level

Customers are concerned with a stain in the ceiling. There son, recently overflowed the tub and they believe that the stain has something to do with it. They’ve only been in the home for about a year and they don’t remember if the ceiling was like that before the incident. We ran the upstairs fixtures to try and recreate the issue but water never showed and the stain didn’t get bigger. I also inspected the kitchen sink, dishwasher and fridge but that’s also didn’t recreate the concern. The only way to investigate further is to open the ceiling in question but Mrs refused and husband will monitor it and tech out if anything changes.

Performed work

Customer is experiencing a clogged shower drain, used tub gun to clear blockage, p trap was full of soap scum and grout, massaged this area and ran tub gun 4 times. Shower drain is flowing smoothly. Tested fixtures for 15 minutes.
