Mrs was sent an internal software update. Replacing turbine in the Moen Flo. Other concerns Mrs has is when the washer machine is on she hears a loud bang but only when using hot water. Home has arrestor’s installed when the home was repiped in 2023. Mrs ran the unit while I was in the home but I never heard noise. Water pressure to the home was sitting at 70 psi.

For this job we replaced an outlet behind the gas stove. The outlet had melted and tripped the breaker. We left an estimate to do a whole home re device as well as a room re device.

2 system heating and cooling inspection. Upstairs system is dated 1995. It appears to be original to the home. I was told by family member that this system has a history of leaking refrigerant. Inspection of outdoor condenser shows that the system is very low on outdated R22 refrigerant. The amp draws on the fan and compressor are also above manufacturer data. Inspection of furnace and evaporator coil on the second floor system. Gas supply sediment trap is not up to code. The heat exchanger has a crack in the eyelet. This crack could potentially lead to unsafe conditions in the home. Recommend replacement of outdated and potentially unsafe equipment. There is a supply junction box that used to be supported and has fallen down. Stress from weight of ductwork may cause supplies to dislocate from the box. Recommend having junction box supported.
