System is a zone system that controls both upstairs and downstairs only unit and home. cut both thermostats to off advised customer not to run heat due to concerns of parts per million. After speaking to customer about what I found at the end, customer would like a quote to replace furnace. Customer said anytime is OK per Jonah if customer purchases a unit total Will reflect of todays total

Replace breaker currently randomly tripping after running for short period of time

Did notice some oil leaking out of the blower motors.

Troubleshoot

Check system for an inspection and found that the air handler electrical isn’t properly sized and a lot of electrical components are starting to melt and cause the system to run all the time also found a lot of growth happening inside of the system and checked the outdoor system and found that there was no refrigerant inside of the system and the system uses R22 refrigerant, which is no longer in use and the other issues found with the system it would be best to invest into a new system.

I performed 1 system diagnotics on a lennox heat pump and air handler. I found that the thermostat was bad. The homeonwer also had an unreliable water safety device (pan switch) installed on the air handler. I went over the findings with the homeonwer and with their permission; I installed a new water safety relay and heatpump thermostat. I tested the water relay and made sure it turned the hvac system off. I tested the system in heat cooling mode and emergency heat mode and made sure that the new thermostat/hvac system were operating at the end of service call.
