At arrival on February 18, 2025 found whole house system. Thermostat was blank system not heating after checking the system found that refuse was blown and various low wire that was touching each other. Replaced the 3M fuse and tested system. System was working properly. The coil is dirty, and there is fungus growing on the evaporate coil to blower wheels are dirty. The blower motor harness is covered by fungus. Dirty filter. After performing service, fuse burning again. After diagnostic found that the zone board was bad. Need to replace the zone board in order for system to work properly. Cleaned the blower wheels. Cleaned microbial growth in evaporator coil. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Install faucet parts per manufacturer

Came on 02/12/25 to replace whole home system gas valve. After replacing the gas valve, tested system and system was not operating. Gas valve is getting 28v but still not opening. When I bypassed board and connected gas valve to transformer, system will heat. But when wired normally, system is not heating. Consequently the new gas valve is also bad. Need to come back with a new one. Came back on 02/13/25 and properly replaced the gas valve. Tested system, system is heating for a moment. Tested a second time system would not work. Replaced the furnace control board and the blower motor rollout switch and system started operating properly.

Troubleshooting found the zone board is lacking a dedicated transformer. As a result, the recently installed Nest thermostats are losing power when calling for heat due to zone board sharing power with the furnace.

Today I came out because the microwave was tripping the breaker. Upon diagnosis, I found no issues with the circuitry. The homeowner had me replace the breaker and outlet to rule them out as a possibility. If the situation continues I would get an appliance company to examine the microwave. I also installed whole home surge protection. It is located inside the main electrical panel and a circuits number 19 and 21. The dual function breaker that I replaced is circuit number four and is a 20 amp.

Install light fixture in dining room and install ceiling fan in living room. Provide new switch for dining room fixture

Replaced water service. New penetration new shutoff and new Prv.

Install whole home surge protection at main panel in garage, replace outlet with GFCI outlet in attic, replace faulty GFCI outlet on front porch.

Performed one system home care. Homeowner provided (1) 16 x 25 x1 filter. I made recommendations for the unit, at this time the homeowner declined.

Replaced Prv main shutoff expansion tank and two toilets.

Installed pop-up assembly from manufacturer per quote customer is still waiting on cartridge. We will return once cartridge arrives.

Underground leak search performed. Large amount of water but could not find waterline or leak. Recommend replacing line.

Estimate includes: Cut Sheetrock as necessary on garage ceiling to find and repair pipe leak. Busted faucet supply in upstairs hall bath. Estimate includes replacing shutoff valves and supply lines. We will check water pressure once water is restored to the home. Work performed: We cut Sheetrock to find the leaks. We found two leaks. One on a poly supply line and one on a copper pipe going to the shower. Appear to be freeze breaks. We replaced two stops and supply lines under upstairs hall bath sink. Repaired a copper pipe going the shower that had a freeze break.

Replaced failed check valve with new ball/check valve combo.

Homeowner called about high water bill. Found water pooling in front yard. Dug 2.5 feet away from meter towards house to discover a pinhole on main waterline. Cut and repaired that part of the line with new pipe. Tested and checked for leaks.

I was called out to Joshua’s house for a heating issue with his basement system. Joshua has lived here for 2 years so we performed a thorough evaluation. During the evaluation I discovered that the thermostat wasn’t set up for a heat pump causing it to only use the heat strips which isn’t enough heat to maintain the basement. I corrected the settings and tested the system which had no further issues.

Troubleshoot kitchen circuit

Arrived on site to troubleshoot sewer pump not working. Upon arrival, the sewer pump had been removed and the outlet for the sewer pump was also removed. I tested voltage at the outlet and the wires had no power. I tested voltage at the breakers and the breakers had the correct voltage. I traced the wires and determined the wires had been cut and stuffed inside the wall on the exterior of the home. I recommended to the homeowner that we install two new circuits for the new sewer pump he will be getting. I disconnected the old circuits going to sewer pump. Since they are cut off in the wall, I disconnected them from the breakers. I informed the homeowner that he would have to have someone out to install the new sewer pump and alarm. The work is scheduled for 1/23 and 1/24
