Arrived on site to troubleshoot sewer pump not working. Upon arrival, the sewer pump had been removed and the outlet for the sewer pump was also removed. I tested voltage at the outlet and the wires had no power. I tested voltage at the breakers and the breakers had the correct voltage. I traced the wires and determined the wires had been cut and stuffed inside the wall on the exterior of the home. I recommended to the homeowner that we install two new circuits for the new sewer pump he will be getting. I disconnected the old circuits going to sewer pump. Since they are cut off in the wall, I disconnected them from the breakers. I informed the homeowner that he would have to have someone out to install the new sewer pump and alarm. The work is scheduled for 1/23 and 1/24

Replaced 3 failing breakers

For this job we installed three new outlets for an outdoor grill area.

Homeowner reported busted hose bib due to freeze. After further investigation, found leaking failed shark bite fittings on hose bib piping. The hose bib piping inside the wall which is on an exterior wall was also not insulated properly which may have caused burst. Replaced hose bib with copper along with proper insulation. Tested and checked for leaks.

Installation of a customer supplied water heater. No warranty on customer supplied fixtures. Installation will be inspected. Disconnect will be needed due to the ability to close doors to the closet. Homeowner is installing disconnect. Power will be left disconnected until the safety disconnect can be installed. Tested for leaks, all good. Fixed frozen T&P discharge line at no additional charge. 40 gallon water heater may not meet the required first hour rating. T.E. Single system fall homecare inspection. Installed bluetube ultraviolet light. Installed wet switch safety switch. Tested both and verified both are operating properly at this time.

Customer has an active leak and water off to the home. The home is currently listed for sale. The customer wants an option to just replace thermal expansion tank at this time and leave the water off to the home. We have given several options to repipe or repair existing issues. The customer is going to use their home warranty come to repair the existing leaks while they decide which repipe contractor they want to use. Performed work as per estimate. Turned the water on long enough to test our work and then shut the water off back to the home.

Installed a customer supplied specialty toilet. Replaced the offset flange in the master bathroom. I also replaced the stop in the master bathroom for the toilet from a push connect stop to a permanent stop.

Eliminated sewage ejection pump that wasn’t working by plumbing washing machine box into drainage system. Replaced aged water heater with new rheem 50 gallon gas water heater.
