Reconnect drain on claw foot tub.

Install switch leg, bath fan, dual function breaker

System had a blown fuse due to a low voltage issue. Repaired low voltage issue. System started up right away. Run for a hour without issues. I also installed a ss1 on the condensate drain to prevent water issues.

For this job I replaced USB-A with USB-C outlets in the bedrooms. I also installed a quad GFCI box in the crawl space. Also wired constant power for all outdoor flood lights as customer had installed ring camera flood lights.

Provide and Install new floodlight on front porch

Called out today for figuring out running a dryer vent out of the house for as of right now he has just a vent kit and it’s adding to much humidity. The recommendation is to run the vent to through two closets out to the front of the house but I would recommend having a chase built in the closet to cover the venting. Second was for upstairs bathroom vent fan to be replaced and vent to run outside and capped to code. The main floor bathroom does not have a vent and drywall would have to be cut and vent ran through ceiling joist and an opening cut in the side of the house capped as well. Homeowner world be responsible for drywall repairs and to have Chase built to cover dryer vent as well. An electrician is scheduled to come out next Monday morning to meet with me. This home is now under TE homecare.

Outlet on rear porch Replace customer supplied switches

Install two floodlights 20 feet up, one above side basement door, one above porch.

Performed inspection on two systems. Upstairs has no water safeties, filter is dirty. Has sediment trap isn’t up to code, inducer motor is pulling high amps, and heat exchanger has rust on it. Main system is no water safety on the floor, run capacitor is out of manufacture specs, dirty filter, blower wheel is dirty, blower motor bearings are going bad, inducer motor bearings are worn out, and there is rust on the heat exchanger.

Replaced shower cartridge in hallway bathroom

Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance 2 systems. Checked all filters checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleared inducer ports, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations, checked all heat strips operation. 40 degrees outside temperature, did not turn AC on. The basement system pressures are low, checked for leaks. Found a leak on suction line set at a braising point close to heat pump. The main floor system condenser is dirty due to dryer vent straight on it. Recovered all existing refrigerant, Braised the line, pressure tested, vacuumed until 700 microns, added 6lbs of refrigerant and tested system. Basement system is heating properly at this time. Added 2 wet safety switches on main floor and basement system. Added 2 Superboost kits on main floor and basement systems.

During our visit, a whole home plumbing inspection was completed. Our inspection sheet was filled out and given to the customer.

Peformed 1 system diagnostics on the upstairs furnace. I found that the upstairs thermostat was blank. I found that the furance board was also blank and not recieving poweflr from the transformer. I found that the furnace was recieving 120 volts. I tested the transformer and found that it had failed due to a power surge. I replaced the failed transformer with a new one. The system did operate after I installed the new transformer. I tested the system in heat and cooling mode and verified that the system was temporarily operating. I recommend that the furnace board gets replaced. The board more than likely recieved damage during the power surge. I built and emailed annestimate to replace the damaged control board.

Whole home electrical inspection, also troubleshooting refrigerator and furnace circuits. Replace breaker for refrigerator circuit. Install whole home surge protector at main panel.

Outlets in master bedroom

For this job we completed the rest of the task from the first job including led lights under the stairway railing, installing new outlets and finishing the redevice. Also included running cat 6 cables.

Replaced 50 gallon electric hot water containment system in garage bringing all aspects up to code. Tested and purged lies to ensure proper function. All is working at this time

Today we came out for only system not heating 2020 Goodman 2 ton heat pump split. Found blown fuse in air handler caused from shorted 24 volt contactor. Client approved repairs installed new contactor and low voltage fuse. Started system up checked zoning and all operations. Left equipment operational customer needs better flood safety to protect investment.

Today we came out to perform hvac inspection on one system zoned 2022 Rheem 90 plus 5 split.

Breaker/ troubleshooting/switch/ outlet

Replace all dual function breakers in the panel with new ones

For this job I completed a home inspection due to mice being found in the home. After inspection I completed a whole home re-device and during the process found multiple chewed wires and a dead mouse inside a outlet box. There is also a hazard condition in which previous owners had tapped multiple wires outside of a junction box and tried to hide it with a piece of sheet rock backing. This will be addressed on my return visit. Customer also did not have GFCI protection in the kitchen so new GFCI devices were installed. Also separated the grounds and neutrals in both main panels as well as add whole home surge protection to each panel. I will be going back to run cat 6 cable and install LED strip lighting underneath the railing on the stairs to the second floor.

Started diagnostic on tankless

Troubleshoot tripping breakers
This experience was very nice 🙏🏼🕊️
Thought we had a faulty circuit breaker but after deeper inspection Joaquin determined the fault was within the circuit, then specifically an exterior electrical outlet. He replaced this and the problem was solved.

Jeremiah is an absolutely top notch technician. He was faced with an unexpected repair problem that would have been too costly and damaging to carry out. Instead, he was able to improvise a new solution that avoided the cost and damage, and which works perfectly well. Extremely nice fellow, works efficiently, and does a good slow solid job. I could not be happier with this experience.

He called 30 minutes prior to his arrival, he was very respectful, and got to work right away. He provided me with quotes, and discussed pricing without putting pressure on making decisions right then. I appreciate how professional he was.
Awesome service from very nice guys! They came out the day I called for a quote on a hot water heater replacement. After I accepted the quote. They were out the next day to replace the water heater. Service was awesome, price was right. Done in a few hours with little to no impact to our day. I Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much.
Thorough review of systems in new home and able to address immediate issues the same day.
Thorough inspection and review of HVAC systems.
Shane knows his stuff. He and his colleague (also excellent) performed a good, careful and solid job on both my properties. They left with more work suggested to me, but with all options and costs clearly stated. I will ask for them next time.
