Completed 1 system home care. Changed filters. Blower wheel is clean. Cleaned flame sensor. Took amp draw on inducer motor, fan motor, and compressor. All are normal. Tested heat. Furnace is operating properly.Condenser coil is dirty will need to be cleaned soon or at next visit. Capacitor and Contactor are good. Refrigerant levels are normal. 3 zoned system with no additional transformer to power zone board. They were powering board off of the furnace transformer through the circuit board. Added additional transformer. Tested unit heat and cool are working properly.

We came out today due to lightning damage in the home. We tested for voltage at the panel to ensure all the circuit breakers are working. The dishwasher, dryer, range and some led lights bulbs were damaged in the process. I checked the grounding system to home and it is utilizing a UFER ground which is the grounding electrode conductor is making contact to the concrete slabs rebar. I did discover that the low voltage equipment had paint on all the bonding point and this was corrected by installing a bonding bridge and installing new bonding jumpers. I removed paint where needed in order to ensure proper connection. We supplied and installed a full home surge protector at the main panel located in the basement with a new 50 amp breaker and flush mount kit

Replaced broken and leaking check valve on sewage ejector pump. Installed new ball/check combo and tested for leaks and proper function. No further issues at this time.
Supply and install under cabinet lighting and over cabinet lighting with a transformer. Surge protection in main panel in garage .

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Inspected both furnaces upstairs and downstairs. Changed both filters. Checked capacitor is ok 7.2/7.5 flame sensor is good. Upstairs blower motor is noisy and making humming sound. Blower motor is going bad took amp draw of 3.44 shouldn’t be more the 5amps. Blower wheel is dirty. Supply plenum is to attached to the coil correctly. The plenum is to small. Air blowing out the bottom and side of it. Plenum is not supported as well. Supply plenum has a duct on the end of it causing uneven air flow to rooms upstairs. Furnace is working at this time. Downstairs blower wheel is dirty. Flame sensor is good. Inducer motor amp draw is normal. Blower motor capacitor is good. 7.3/7.5

Customer stated that he has had companies come put everything yearbook so because his AC system stops cool well in the middle of the summer. I performed 1 system diagnostic on customers 2015 Lennox zoned AC system. I found that his AC system was low on refrigerant due to a leak in the evaporator coil (see attached videos). The evaporator coil is not under warranty. I also found that the outdoor condenser coil was impacted with dirt. The blower wheel was impacted with dirt. The blower motor capacitor was failing. I found that the supply plenum had black biological growth in it. The hvac system also needed updated flood protection. I found a Schader cap with no o-ring that was causing the outdoor unit to leak refrigerant as well. I went over findings with the homeowner and gave him a temporary option and more permanent options. The homeowner wanted to go with the temporary option because it was the only option in his budget at the time. The homeowner was advised that this was only a te

Home owner had a leak coming from the pressure regulator screw in garage. We replaced the regulator and set it to 60 psi because that is the pressure coming into the house. We left a quote for replacing the failed expansion tank. Once pressure regulating valve was replaced we function checked and leak checked with no leaks present. Thank you for choosing te Certifed.

Returned to install draft inducer motors on both systems. Replaced high limits in both furnace. Zoned system bypass isn’t large enough so upstairs zone is set for 15% open when off. Systems no longer went off on limit. Will schedule cooling in the future.

I replaced the furnace board on the upstairs system on today’s visit. I had replaced the transformer on the same furnace on previous visit. I tested the heating and air conditioning at the thermostat after the furnace board had been replaced and verified that the heating and air conditioner for the upstairs was operating at the end of service call.

7 year old Aire-flo heat pump air handler- serves upper level guest bedrooms, located in attic. System locked out on low pressure switch and outdoor unit not coming on at all. Observed that the evaporator coil is extremely rusted and leaking refrigerant. This is a builder grade system that has not been well maintained. The coil is dirty, the blower wheel is dirty, and the system is pulling high amps. We can replace the evaporator coil but if planning on staying in the home a while I recommend replacing the equipment with a reliable system that is under warranty. I left a few estimates for adding refrigerant, replacing the coil, or having an install supervisor come out for a free consultation on updating the equipment. Today we just diagnosed the system and could not add refrigerant due to a issue with my refrigerant gauges. Homeowner is going to look over and discuss the options then get back to us. Thank you for choosing T.E. certified, have a great day!

Customer called with smell of gas under stove after inspection. Gas connector was leaking. Replaced flexible gas connection with new hardware and new whip. All work was tested and documented with pictures.

Reconnect drain on claw foot tub.

Install switch leg, bath fan, dual function breaker

System had a blown fuse due to a low voltage issue. Repaired low voltage issue. System started up right away. Run for a hour without issues. I also installed a ss1 on the condensate drain to prevent water issues.

For this job I replaced USB-A with USB-C outlets in the bedrooms. I also installed a quad GFCI box in the crawl space. Also wired constant power for all outdoor flood lights as customer had installed ring camera flood lights.

Provide and Install new floodlight on front porch

Called out today for figuring out running a dryer vent out of the house for as of right now he has just a vent kit and it’s adding to much humidity. The recommendation is to run the vent to through two closets out to the front of the house but I would recommend having a chase built in the closet to cover the venting. Second was for upstairs bathroom vent fan to be replaced and vent to run outside and capped to code. The main floor bathroom does not have a vent and drywall would have to be cut and vent ran through ceiling joist and an opening cut in the side of the house capped as well. Homeowner world be responsible for drywall repairs and to have Chase built to cover dryer vent as well. An electrician is scheduled to come out next Monday morning to meet with me. This home is now under TE homecare.

Outlet on rear porch Replace customer supplied switches

Install two floodlights 20 feet up, one above side basement door, one above porch.

Performed inspection on two systems. Upstairs has no water safeties, filter is dirty. Has sediment trap isn’t up to code, inducer motor is pulling high amps, and heat exchanger has rust on it. Main system is no water safety on the floor, run capacitor is out of manufacture specs, dirty filter, blower wheel is dirty, blower motor bearings are going bad, inducer motor bearings are worn out, and there is rust on the heat exchanger.

Replaced shower cartridge in hallway bathroom

Properly Performed spring/fall maintenance 2 systems. Checked all filters checked blower wheels for built up dirt/dust, cleared inducer ports, took delta Ts, cleared drain lines, tested safety switches, tested all electrical components, tightened all electrical connections, took running volts/amps, monitored systems operations, checked all heat strips operation. 40 degrees outside temperature, did not turn AC on. The basement system pressures are low, checked for leaks. Found a leak on suction line set at a braising point close to heat pump. The main floor system condenser is dirty due to dryer vent straight on it. Recovered all existing refrigerant, Braised the line, pressure tested, vacuumed until 700 microns, added 6lbs of refrigerant and tested system. Basement system is heating properly at this time. Added 2 wet safety switches on main floor and basement system. Added 2 Superboost kits on main floor and basement systems.
This experience was very nice 🙏🏼🕊️
Thought we had a faulty circuit breaker but after deeper inspection Joaquin determined the fault was within the circuit, then specifically an exterior electrical outlet. He replaced this and the problem was solved.

Jeremiah is an absolutely top notch technician. He was faced with an unexpected repair problem that would have been too costly and damaging to carry out. Instead, he was able to improvise a new solution that avoided the cost and damage, and which works perfectly well. Extremely nice fellow, works efficiently, and does a good slow solid job. I could not be happier with this experience.
Great job and great technician

Awesome service from very nice guys! They came out the day I called for a quote on a hot water heater replacement. After I accepted the quote. They were out the next day to replace the water heater. Service was awesome, price was right. Done in a few hours with little to no impact to our day. I Couldn’t ask for more. Thank you so much.
Thorough review of systems in new home and able to address immediate issues the same day.
Thorough inspection and review of HVAC systems.
Shane knows his stuff. He and his colleague (also excellent) performed a good, careful and solid job on both my properties. They left with more work suggested to me, but with all options and costs clearly stated. I will ask for them next time.
