Test the system, not calling for the main level. Tested and found no power from the breaker. Not enough wires for a heat pump system. Only electric heat strips run when the heat is on. System is having power issues and wire issues. Also due to the age of the system and the condition of the previous install of this unit it has caused multiple issues to the system at this point, I would recommend replacement as the best option.

Our client reached out to us in reference to a rusted P-trap under the kitchen sink. Customer declined at first the basket strainer that’s in the left side bowl in the sink proceed with the insulation all chrome waste with tubular PVC . After making connection to the old basket strainer Leaked from the old threads on the strainer due to the fact it was tripped out previously by another plumber. Customer agreed to replace it so I replaced the best strainer to resolve the issue. At completion I noticed that that particular side of the sink drain slow. I recommend it to the customer that you get in contact with us and schedule drains to come out to see if they can snake that line. Client was satisfied.

Our customer had a client provided shower valve and trim set from Delta that they needed install. It was installed in the downstairs bathroom. This particular bathroom had just recently been remodeled and had a defective shower valve cartridge that couldn’t be found local.. I shut the water off to the home, disconnected old valve. Installed a new shower valve and trim including showerhead. Cut the water back onto the structure and tested it for 30 minutes. The client incoming water pressure is 70 psi. Our client is happy.

For this job, we inspected a furnace that will turn on, but then shortly turn off. We noticed the blower wheel will not run. We tested with our ECM motor tester the blower motor and noticed that it was messed up. We quoted under warranty a blower motor as well as a circuitboard replacement in which the customer agreed.

David and DJ did a great job switching out a 40 amp circuit for the 30 that was in there. This was to accommodate a new wall oven. They were both not only knowledgeable and professional they were pleasant, polite and truly a pleasure to work with. They did the install of the new oven and did it perfectly and saved us a lot of money that Home Depot was going to charge. If you use TE I recommend requesting them although I’m sure all their techs are just as good.We will call TE again if we have any electrical issues. Thank you so much

I contacted TE to schedule an electrician to evaluate and repair an in-shower exhaust fan/light fixture. I am a returning customer and have had nothing but excellent service in the past. Hubert Klejzerowicz was the electrician who was scheduled for the repair. Scheduling the appointment was pleasant and easy and I was able to get a date within 72 hours of placing my request. Hubert has provided service for me in the past and I actually was delighted that he was returning. He provided his usual, excellent service and also was kind enough to attend to a burned out can light as a courtesy to me. I am very grateful for his wonderful service and will ask for him by name as needs arise. I am quite happy with the service I receive from TE and remain a loyal customer!

I contacted TE to schedule a plumber to evaluate and repair a malfunctioning shower body spray. Scheduling was easy and within 72 hours Luis Arvizu arrived to provide service. He politely telephoned to advise about his ETA and arrived as promised. I briefly explained the problem and within 10 minutes he was able to explain exactly what was wrong, fixed the problem and was off to care for someone else! Quick, efficient and completely corrected the problem. He was incredibly professional, pleasant and respectful and thorough. I could not have been happier!
