Cleared branch blockage through shower drain, attempted to pull toilet and run a machine through but was unsuccessful, replaced wax ring and recaulked. Tested fixtures for 15 minutes, disinfected shower pan. Everything is flowing great with no leaks. Met Supervisor out to address this issue.

Installing circuit for EV charger/humidifier and rerouting 2 circuits

Replace old dimmer for brand new led dimmer

Installed new switch leg for light fixture in babies bedroom. Ran conduit from wall to fixture and install box for fixture. I replaced all outlets and babies bedroom as well as one near bed in sons’s room. Replaced standard breaker with arc fault safety breaker.

The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

For this job, we worked on installing a new circuit for the dryer, replaced 13 LED recessed light trims, replaced all switches and outlets inside and outside of the home.

For this job, the Wilkins Prv we installed was making a loud humming noise due to the high inlet pressure coming into house, psi was 120. To fix issue I replaced the old Prv with a new watts Prv and did a warranty swap Wilkins Prv to fix issue. We had to install both pros due to the over 120 psi coming into home. I set pressure to 55 psi and purged all the air from system when done.

I inspected the electrical panels and research if it been hit by a surge, surge protector still working and it is an power/solar issue, I also added a GFI for garage

Landlord had a previous company come out to distinguish possible leak area that was relayed by the gas company. Home owner could still smell leak in area. We moved forward with leak search identifying leaking area and at this time landlord does not want to move forward with any repairs. After performing leak search in basement near hvac unit we cleaned up the area and left quotes for home owner. When home owner is ready for us to come back we stand behind our work.

Upgraded main electrical service to 200 amps. We installed a new overhead meter/main disconnect on the side of the garage. We installed a new 42 space Square D QO panel with all new breakers. This panel is surface mounted with a trough. We installed a new grounding system consisting of two new ground rods, a main water bond, and two intersystem bonds. We installed a new whole home surge protection system for the panel. We will also label the panel so everything is accurate. We installed smoke detectors in all required locations in the home. We also installed a new customer supplied charge point charger to the right of the main electrical panel. This is a 50 amp circuit. We will pull all required permits. We installed two new circuits for the A/C units. We installed new wires through the crawl space and set junction boxes. Once power is switched to the new panel, we will run new flex, install new disconnects, and install new whips fpr the A/C units. We also installed a new circuit for t

Installed sump pump to area that collects rainwater and runs into the basement. Broke up concrete, made holes approximately 12 inches from base to middle of basin then back filled and Installed basin. Installed pump, ran pvc up and away from where accumulation occurs, ran water from hose bib and checked for leaks.

Cut out old gate valve for front yard hose bib to install new 1/4 turn ball valve. Water turned on and tested to ensure proper function.

Vacuum out obstruction, located small pieces of glass in disposal causing jam. Reset disposal and tested to ensure proper function.

Replaced wash box in laundry room and supplied washing machine supply lines for washing machine install on 2/27/2025

Full system

System is not heating due to a defective gas valve, no water safeties, inducer motor is pulling high amps and bearings are worn out, blower wheel is dirty, blower motor bearings are worn out, run capacitor is out of manufacture specs, evaporator coil is rusted out, and heat exchanger is shocked.

Customer has 4 y/o Ruud system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System is having airflow issues due to poor/inconsistent ductwork. Master bedroom and bathroom supply vents are sharing single duct, causing airflow deficiencies. Backside of home is add-on. Also noticed that sediment trap was removed. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Flue venting is not correct. No form of water protection present. Recommend HomeCare maintenance program. Informed customer of findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Inspection on his system. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a nine year old Goodman furnace in a 15-year-old Goodman AC. We checked the indoor system and noticed that the inducer motor is pulling high amps, and Is close to failure. Neil informed us that it since he recently moved and he’s noticed that his allergies have been flaring up and he suspects is due to the condition of the system. We did notice some bacterial buildup inside of the system, and we also noticed a UV light that was installed that no longer works. Neil informed us that when he turned the air conditioner on when it was hot last week, he noticed that the system did not really cool well. We checked refrigerant pressure and noticed that the system was completely empty, and that the leak was coming from the Schrader core on the liquid line we also noticed that the capacitor set up that was installed is incorrect. The system calls for a 70/5 capacitor and there currently is a 60/5

Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.
