Job Locations and Reviews

Customer has 4 y/o Ruud system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. System is having airflow issues due to poor/inconsistent ductwork. Master bedroom and bathroom supply vents are sharing single duct, causing airflow deficiencies. Backside of home is add-on. Also noticed that sediment trap was removed. Blower wheel cleaning needed. Flue venting is not correct. No form of water protection present. Recommend HomeCare maintenance program. Informed customer of findings. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Inspection on his system. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a nine year old Goodman furnace in a 15-year-old Goodman AC. We checked the indoor system and noticed that the inducer motor is pulling high amps, and Is close to failure. Neil informed us that it since he recently moved and he’s noticed that his allergies have been flaring up and he suspects is due to the condition of the system. We did notice some bacterial buildup inside of the system, and we also noticed a UV light that was installed that no longer works. Neil informed us that when he turned the air conditioner on when it was hot last week, he noticed that the system did not really cool well. We checked refrigerant pressure and noticed that the system was completely empty, and that the leak was coming from the Schrader core on the liquid line we also noticed that the capacitor set up that was installed is incorrect. The system calls for a 70/5 capacitor and there currently is a 60/5

For this job I completed a furnace inspection on a unit that is roughly 3 years old. Upon the inspection I was informed that the gas has been turned off due to possible carbon monoxide exposure. When reading the card left by the gas company it states that they registered 100 ppm and therefore needed to shut the gas off. I proceeded to inspect the burner compartment and noticed rust. I then removed the burners and tested the heat exchanger by placing a flame in the entrance of the exchanger and proceeded to run the blower to see what happens to the flame . I immediately noticed that the flame will begin to “dance” and turn off. You can tell the flame was being sucked in due to a compromised heat exchanger. For a 3 year old system to have a bad heat exchanger can mean there is possible issues with the supply and return. I proceeded to count the ductwork and do calculations and noticed that there was more supply then return. A 10” duct should be added to the return to help. While inspecti

Patrick had us out today because his system is not heating properly. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a Lennox furnace in the basement that is from 2009. We noticed that the furnace is overheating. We performed a safety check on the system and noticed that there are a few areas of concern on the heat exchanger. We also noticed that the inducer and blower motor are worn out along with the capacitor for the blower motor. There is no flood protection on the system. We recommend to look at options of replacement. Patrick will schedule at a later date after speaking with family.

Existing drain line is clogged and will need to be replaced. Camera sales has scheduled repair, install dept will run drains for new washing machine box.
Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.
Marco was very professional, worked quickly and gave me updates on what he was doing and what needed to be done. He provided me with pictures and a rational for the work so I was confident in the work he suggested. I’d use them again when an issue arises.
Keep up the fine work!!
I am thrilled with the Supreme communication TE delivers. Charlotte reached out to confirm his ETA. He clearly knew how to install a Woodbridge bidet. He was very informed about this product, even though TE didn't sell it. Charley was a delight to work with. I couldn't be happier to have a job done RIGHT!
Excellent service is an understatement. I wanted to have bathroom outlets for a bidet. My panel was full & below code for my county. Nolan was superior in explaining the work, itemizing expenses & setting a time frame for start and completion. He scored on all levels!

Michael and his assistant were very knowledgeable in their craft! Very impressive as I’ve had other electricians come in here and scratched her head about some of the issues I had. The TE electricians fixed all my issues in a very short amount of time at a very reasonable rate. I’m so happy🙂🙂🙂👋👋👋 I would definitely recommend both of them to anyone needing a certified Electrician 😀
