Remove debris from the master bathroom faucet on the right side. Installed new widespread faucets in the 2nd floor hallway bathroom. Filled sinks and let drain to test. Installed new main water valve in the crawlspace, removed SharkBite and installed press coupling on the front hose bib in the crawlspace, removed the flocontrol on the main water line and installed PEX fittings.

Patrick had us out today because his system is not heating properly. Upon arrival we noticed that there is a Lennox furnace in the basement that is from 2009. We noticed that the furnace is overheating. We performed a safety check on the system and noticed that there are a few areas of concern on the heat exchanger. We also noticed that the inducer and blower motor are worn out along with the capacitor for the blower motor. There is no flood protection on the system. We recommend to look at options of replacement. Patrick will schedule at a later date after speaking with family.

AGL came and shut off the gas to the home due to detecting a gas leak. The leak was located at the 1st 90inside the house on the 1" gas line. Removed the gas line from the gas meter and from the penetration at the home. Installed new section of 1" piping and reconnected the the existing piping in the home and at the gas meter. Pressurized and checked again for leaks. Relit the pilot light at the water heater and put the furnace into service.

Five stars for the electricians. Three and two stars for office customer service via text and email without the ability to speak to a human, ask questions and get more clarification prior to the job. The on-line scheduling tool did not account properly for the amount of time or align with the quotes thus only half the work was performed. Thus lower score for convenience.
