Technician found dripping supply line from the lavatory faucet located in the main floor powder bathroom. (Left side) Significant water damage has occurred. Remediation company has been referred and will be on site later tonight to address. (7-10 PM) As a temporary solution, supply lines were removed, supply stops turned to the off position and were also capped off. Customer would like to install new vanity and faucet once mitigation work has been completed. Vanity and faucet are already on site, and customer requests that same technician return to install.

9 year old Goodman Heatpump Air handlers (2) Homeowner experiencing high energy bills recently, had our electrical team out to perform inspection. No issues on electrical side. Homeowner has power company app that shows the heating system using the majority of the power. Tested all heating functions on main level system and it has been running the auxiliary heat. The heat pump outside has a failed dual power capacitor and is not bringing on the compressor. I tested the upper level system and it has a very weak dual power capacitor that is subject to failure at any time. Both systems have rusty evaporator coils, the blower motors are weak and over amping, and the compressors are slightly over amping. The equipment is tired, this builder grade equipment is at the tail end of its average life expectancy and breakdowns will be more frequent with harsh weather conditions that cause the machine to struggle. Recommended replacing both components or start considering updating the equipment.

Allen arrived promptly within arrival window. When he arrived he explained the process of completing the work (Adding a T fitting and shutoff valve to my gas line). He completed the work quickly and explained how connection worked. He even painted the new pipe fitting to match the older pipes. He did a great job. This company has great customer service. They even called me back after the initial estimate and worked with me to provide a better quote. I will definitely use them again if needed.
