Clear the drain line using a cable machine. replace aged and leaking sink trap assembly, replace the rusted right side basket strainer and test for leaks and proper flow. Drain is flowing great and am not seeing any leaks or problems with the drainage system at this time. The blockage was caused by a portion of cast iron pipe still connected to the kitchen drain line, used k400 and tub gun to open up drain, saw no leaks from crawlspace.

During our visit, a new customer supplied kitchen faucet was installed. All three water stops were also replaced. Supply line extensions were added for the new kitchen faucet. All repairs were tested for leaks after completion.

Leak from bathroom to garage ceiling. 1/2 copper leaking in master bedroom wall replaced with new pipe. Stand up shower drain leaking as well. Replaced with new drain. Installed new PRV due to high pressure. Checked for leaks cleaned all areas.
