Allen arrived promptly within arrival window. When he arrived he explained the process of completing the work (Adding a T fitting and shutoff valve to my gas line). He completed the work quickly and explained how connection worked. He even painted the new pipe fitting to match the older pipes. He did a great job. This company has great customer service. They even called me back after the initial estimate and worked with me to provide a better quote. I will definitely use them again if needed.

Multiple floor drains are clogged with grease, the grease trap can be accessed from the front of the building by manhole closest to the building. Ran k400 through floor drain, then the cleanout near the register, ran k400 3 times to verify the line was clear to flow. Ran cable machine out to the grease trap. Tested drains for 20 min. I gave options on running the mini jet, but I recommend a sewer supervisor come out and give some options on running the large jetter through the clean out to remove all grease from the line.

Toilet and sink backup in the same bathroom, independent problems; cleared toilet blockage with closet auger and tested with tp to verify a proper flush, cleared sink trap as a courtesy with hair being the only problem. Tested fixtures for 15 minutes and found no more issues at this time. Sink cleared as a courtesy.

Homeowner has a cracked heat exchanger that another company has found they disabled the unit so that it will not run. I also found the same exact crack on the heat exchanger. The heat exchanger is still under warranty and quoted a price for repairs but also recommended replacement.
