Homecare safety inspection

Standard Stove Outlet TE didn’t installed the outlet/ circuit No warranty on the existing stove outlet

Pilot went out on 10yr old water heater. Would not relight. Replaced with new 50gal Rheem 6yr Warranty Water Heater.

Found leak coming from tub/shower. Cut hole behind tub shower to investigate. Found water leaking from spout when in shower mode, replaced tub spout. Tested and found no leaks.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Make all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Performed 3 system homecare. Check and changed filters, cleared and treated drains and pumps, check and tested electrical, inspected safeties, check pressures. Upstairs unit was R22 low on charge dirty coil , dirty blower, and failed dual capacitor. Main level unit had a didn’t condenser coil, and no wet switch. Basment unit has no wet switch. Units are operational at this time.

Install new badger five and flush gas fired water heater

Completed repairs on system, including installing APCO-X for the main level of the home. Also cleaned all five of the outdoor condenser coils. Got them all thoroughly cleaned with coil cleaner and remove the leaves from the inside of the unit along with scrubbing them down to make them look brand new again. Customer also signed up for home care maintenance on this visit.

For this job, I was required to tap into the pre-existing gas service line for the home to run a line for the kitchen stove. Gas was shut off to home and all the work was up in the attic. New gas line is installed and tested and no leaks were found. Water pressure is at 60 psi. I informed client of the water heater that is past its age and recommended replacing. Never the less our client it satisfied.

Remove cleanout and dig down to root intrusion. Rebuild customer sewer main and install new cleanout to code.

Breaker/ surge protection

Cleared shower floor drain and ran snake machine. Also cleared restroom sink blockage.

Whole home plumbing inspection; master bathroom has a clogged in the shower and replacing the toilet is recommended, cold side stop under sink leaks when turned, but does not leak while fully open or closed, in the kitchen. The faucet is installed with waterlines backwards with cold on left hot on right. In crawlspace, all visible pipe is copper or ABS up to where it joins the main sewer line being cast-iron, water heater is approximately four years old and up to code with no issues. Pressure is ideal in PRV appears to be new with all shut offs working.

Replaced 1 inch prv in home to regulate pressure to safe house pressure, set at 68 and also a minor toilet repair under warranty.

Replaced 2 50gal water heater. One electric and one gas.

Main line inspection from clean out

Service upgrade, smoke detectors, surge protector.

Removed and replaced 40 gallon gas water heater. Made all necessary plumbing code upgrades. Filled water heater and ignited. Tested with no leaks. Water pressure is 50psi.

Responded to no cooling call. Indoor unit started but condenser did not. Checked wiring at outdoor unit, communicating system, found a frog stuck between the board. Shorted the board out and caused system to lock out. Removed frog, reset system let run for 30-40 min. Checked pressures, outdoor temperature was only 58 degrees. Checked my delta t and got a 20° split. Did software update through rheem app. System is now running.
