Replace box for light fixture in garage

For this job, We replaced the main panel and replaced smokes threw out the house.

For this job I completed a 2 system full Homecare inspection. I tested both units I’m heat and cool to ensure that they were working properly. I inspected all the indoor electrical components as well as cleaned the flame sensor and looked at the blower wheel and burners. I cleared the drain line with 2 gallons of water. I then proceeded to inspect the outdoor units and measure all its electrical components and obtain pressure readings. In my findings I noticed that both condenser and blower motors were dirty, and the units did not have the proper flood protections. Also the contactor for the main floor unit was pitted. I also recommended Homecare for the customer.

Installed 20 gallon electric water heater in women’s bathroom in the ceiling all work was tested and documented with pictures

For this job, we worked on installing a ChargePoint EV Charging Station in the garage closer to the garage door. Dedicated 50A Circuit.

Performed home care on one system. Checked all electrical and amperage. Cleaned flame sensor. Flushed drain line. Cleared and cycled drain pump. Treated drain line. Changed filter. April air 413. Bluetube operating. Has in-line and wet switch. Check pressures. Customer only has one system and home.

Install dedicated circuits for bidet

Performed 2 system homecares: I flushed both drain lines with water and used mighty pump. I changed both air filters and tested both hvac systems in heat and cool mode. I found that both blower motors needed new capacitors. I found that the contractor on the upstairs condenser was burnt and pitted. I also found that both condensers were very dirty. With the homeowners permission I replaced the failing blower motor capacitors and the burnt contractor. I also washed both outdoor condensers. Both heating and cooling systems were operating at the end of service call. I emailed flood protection update option as well.

Replace 50 gallon gas water heater

Replaced 2 50 gallon water heaters with new 50 natural gas Rheem water heaters with Recirc pump and all necessary code upgrades

Performed 2 system homecares. I checked both air filters. I tested both heating and cooling systems at the thermostat. I checked the capacitors and contactors on the outdoor units. I checked the refrigerant levels. With the homeowners permission I cleaned both outdoor units. Both system were operating at the end of service call.

Install the kitchen faucet and replaced a PRV

Performed Home care maintenance on one system. Performed a condenser coil cleaning on system. Recommended adding a ss1 to the condensate drain to ensure no water issues. Customer is having air flow issues due to a duct coming off the top of the supply plenum.

Replaced upstairs guest bathroom shower cartridge, gave estimates to replace water heater

Arrived Install new customer supplied Tesla charger. We will use the existing 40 amp rated wire already installed. We will have to raise the charger up in order to have enough wire to reach. We will also install a blank plate on the existing box.

Performed customer spring system home care maintenance check two units. Both 20x25x4 media filters were changed at top of January no need to change at this time. Both systems are 7 years old Checked over all operations for the main floor system, everything inside cabinet is good and clean. Noticed that blower motor was leaking oil a lot into the cabinet. There is no safety wet pan switch on system. Cleared drain line, evaporator coil was clean. Checked over outdoor units. Condenser coils are very dirty and need cleaning, outdoor capacitor is testing weak for compressor side. Recommended changing in warranty blower motor due to pull high amps, customer approved to have done today, replaced blower motor and once motor was pulled out noticed that motor has not been running with the proper size capacitor on it. Unit called for a 10mfd and was running off a 7.5 mfd. The new motor calls for a 15mfd advised customer that capacitor needed to be upgraded he approved to have correct size install
