For this job I separated the double tapped grounds and neutrals and also bonded the main panel with the ground bar. I installed a add a lug and landed the neutral wire going to the sub panel in the hallway upstairs. Also added a ground bar in the sub panel and separated grounds and neutrals. Installed a new 50 amp breaker for the car charger and changed out two other incorrect breakers in the main and sub panel.

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Heat exchangers cracked at Lennox bolted heat exchanger. 25 year old . Recommending upgrading to steam humidifier. Manual damper for theater room in basement.

Today I added a switch leg and an extension to a second location underneath the back porch in outdoor rated wire with a new switch to the left of the back door. TE certified is only warranting the wire run and the switch all other work is to be performed by a different company. I instructed the homeowner to leave the switch in the off position until the project was complete. The circuit is already arc-fault protected.

I love the convenience of being able to schedule service online. And the follow-up communication (confirmation of appointment, heads up about technician on the way, etc.) is perfect. Dylan came out and installed some new power cable runs and associated wall switches in my house this week. He did a great job, communicated clearly throughout the process, handled unanticipated conditions well, etc. I would definitely hire TE and Dylan again.

Another winning experience with TE Certified. I texted in my appointment request at 9 p.m. on a Thursday, and 12 hours later, I had a plumber at my house. Tyler arrived on schedule, provided options and recommendations, promptly completed the work, and left the work area tidy when he was finished. Like the other TE Certified technicians who have helped us through the years, Tyler was professional and friendly, and I felt completely comfortable having him in my home.
