For this job, we installed a new water heater as well as new pressure regulator. The old expansion tank had failed and there was multiple issues with instillation of old heater, to fix issue the customer opted to replace the old unit with a new one. We also ran a new 1/2 inch gas line to unit so the valve would be accessible in emergency. After we finished we cleaned up and tested everything no issues found.

Removed old and rusted faucets in master bathroom. Replaced with cs supplied faucets. Checked and tested for leaks.

For this job. We provided and installed a new shower valve in the upstairs guest bathroom. I also noticed the guest bathroom toilet was running I replaced the flapper and fill valve as well I installed a new shut off for toilet. Once done I tested everything for proper function and for leaks. Then cleaned up

Replaced stop valves for powder room lav. Replaced thermal expansion tank. Also replaced accordion style p trap with tubular or trap. Tested for leaks. No leaks.

Install service wires in new panels, ground wire to ground rods, and tesla charger

I replaced the water heater due to age with a 50 gallon power vented water heater with an Anode rod extension warranty kit and install a Grundfos recirculating pump. I also replaced the water heater shut off, expansion tank, and terminated 2 inch PVC pipe going outside of the house. I also replaced the main shut off and the pressure regulator of the home. I tested everything and checked for leaks.

Troubleshoot charger issue tripping the gfci breaker.

Installed customer supplied faucet. Installed basket strainer, tubular waste, and water stops for bar sink. Replaced 2 tub spouts. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

For this job the customer had a tree fall and rip the old service down the side home. The old meter was recessed in the brick. We installed a new meter main combo and mast pipe on the left hand side of the home. We also installed a new 40 space QO main panel in the basement. We installed whole home surge protection and dual function breakers in the main panel. We also installed smoke detectors and carbon combos throughout the home where needed.

We installed a new ac coil and condenser for the upstairs

Replaced failed hot and cold water stop valves for outdoor sink on the back porch. Valves are used for winterization purposes. Technician educated customer on how to properly winterize the outdoor sink. Re-pressurized hot and cold water lines to test work completed for leaks and proper functionality. Completed flu repair and coordinated with roofer to replace the flashing cap and collar on the roof with new 4 inch flue pipe. Tested fully no failures at this time.
