Customer is experiencing issues with 2 toilets with one backing up and the other not shutting off. Both toilets were built in 2007. The one backing up is now flushing fine. Both fill valves should be replaced as this one is slow to fill and leaking from the base. Replace the fill valves in both toilets, inspect toilets for cracks, leaks and failure points. Set the tank level to the proper height, tighten the seat bolts. Notify customer of any problems. Tested toilets, both are flushing and filling great. no leaks found at this time

Complete system evaluation by the time of arrival the client showed me a error code on the thermostat after completing diagnostics found a bad trip causing their W1 wire to lose power. Also recommended AQA product for the system.
