Our client needed needed some modifications done to his existing gas line that serves the home. The previous view line was half inch throughout the complete home in which it needed to be on a 1 inch service to the manifold. Old gas pipe was demoed out and replaced with 1 inch track pipe to gas manifold in utility space. The gas manifold was also modified to 1 inch and to support five fixtures, including the line that was ran for the generator. All locations on the system was tested for leaks, and no leaks were found. All work documented with photos and our client is happy.

First time I've needed HVAC repair service on 6 y/o house. Read a lot of reviews of companies, but there is always the concern of whether who you called is the best. Happy to say Jason Y. at TE Certified is The Best! He called me to advise he'd be arriving about 30 minutes later. He had actually read the customer notes I provided regarding troubleshooting I had already done. Once on scene, he then very methodically evaluated each piece in the "chain", and initially thought a condenser circuit board had become defective. However, he continued to rule out other possibilities, and discovered that a wire had gone bad instead. He rerouted using a different wire, and problem solved, and the circuit board was fine. System is up and running perfectly. Jason also explained everything he was doing, showed me some things I could do myself to improve the system, and was very competent and cordial to chat with. He got all that done in under 2 hours. The bill was also very very reasonable. I have no doubt at all who I will call the next time we have any HVAC issue.
