Performed camera inspection of sewer lines through bathroom floor drain and noticed that horizontal main drain line under slab is bellied and holding a large amount of water and sewage. All bellied areas will need to be repaired to bring proper pitch to drains. Drains will continue to form a clog if left unfixed. Business manager mentioned that this commercial building is less than a year old. This is likely to be fixed under contractor warranty. If warranty is not standing or owner would like us to make repairs, I will make a return visit to scope every drain and give quote for any and all repairs. Inspect sewer lines Note: all toilets and urinal flow rates were very low causing poor flushing. Adjusted flow and now all toilets and urinalysis are flushing properly.

Customer call with issue with sewage injector water had gotten to the motor on the pump. Replace pump and replaced shut off and check valve. All work was tested and documented with pictures.

Bore new water service from meter, under driveway and into crawlspace and connect to existing water under home. Installed a shut off valve and valve box in the front of the home. Installed a new shut off valve and hose bib valve and prv in the crawlspace. Sealed the penetration of both side of the foundation wall. Turned on the water and pressurized water system, purged al air from the lines. Tested with no leaks.

Upon arrival, I noticed water pooling along the driveway. I opened the water meter box and also discovered water spraying from the city side of the water meter. There are multiple leaks along the water service line. The water pressure to the home is approaching its regulated limit as well. I also discovered the water heater to be out of code. Provided estimates for consideration.

Customer has 2 y/o 2-zone Carrier heat pump system that operates for whole house. System was not receiving power due to loose connection of transformer to terminal block. Secured wiring. Zone control board has power. Dampers are operational. Replaced customer supplied 16x20x1 filter. Heat strips are operational. Recommend water protection upgrade. Recommend UV BlueTube to target and prevent biological growth. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. System is currently working.

First time I've needed HVAC repair service on 6 y/o house. Read a lot of reviews of companies, but there is always the concern of whether who you called is the best. Happy to say Jason Y. at TE Certified is The Best! He called me to advise he'd be arriving about 30 minutes later. He had actually read the customer notes I provided regarding troubleshooting I had already done. Once on scene, he then very methodically evaluated each piece in the "chain", and initially thought a condenser circuit board had become defective. However, he continued to rule out other possibilities, and discovered that a wire had gone bad instead. He rerouted using a different wire, and problem solved, and the circuit board was fine. System is up and running perfectly. Jason also explained everything he was doing, showed me some things I could do myself to improve the system, and was very competent and cordial to chat with. He got all that done in under 2 hours. The bill was also very very reasonable. I have no doubt at all who I will call the next time we have any HVAC issue.
