For this job, we installed a customer provided Tesla Wall Connector. This charger was installed by us at a previous property and we relocated and installed at this location. Also installed a ground screw in the main electrical panel that was missing. The grounds and panel enclosure were not bonded to the neutrals at the 1st means of disconnect, which in this case is the main breaker at the main panel. The Tesla Wall Connector was blinking red 2 times signifying improper grounding. After installing the ground screw, the Tesla Wall Connector was operating properly.

Client has a shower valve that drips water sometimes. Water pressure is 110 psi at back hosebibb. The water heater is a 2001 Rheem gas unit. Recommend client change water heater, thermal expansion tank, pressure regulator, and masterbath shower cartridge. Client has a Home Warranty with recent purchase of home. Client only wants to repair what needs to be serviced. Installed new water pressure regulator, thermal expansion tank, and Moen Posi shower cartridge. Tested all work with no leaks. New water pressure is 65 psi at back hosebibb. Documented all work with pictures.

Performed routine maintenance inspection on 1 y/o Lennox system that operates for whole house. Checked amp draws. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Performed blower wheel cleaning. Replaced customer supplied 16x25x4 media filter. Installed UV BlueTube for uv protection. Installed iWave-R Air Ionizer for air purification. Upgraded water protection with wet switch. Pressure levels were normal. Condenser electrical components are good. Coils are clean. System is currently working.
