Made all repairs necessary to restore the unit to full health and eliminate all other concerns. Replaced Outdoor TXV and Filter dryer. Purged system with nitrogen then proceeded to vacuum out system. Once system reached proper vacuum added manufactures recommended amount of refrigerant. Started system in cooling mode added refrigerant to reach proper pressures. Then turned system to heat mode and let run until thermostat reached set temperature. Started at 60° and cut off at 75° with out short cycling like it was originally doings system is running properly at this time.

Nathan and his co worker did a great job and completed the job above satisfaction. the work took 2 hours with lots of Q/A from home owner. Nathan inspected the entire panel for any out of code issues and explained the way to remediate the issue with older homes built in the 1970s. The cost was a little higher than others but their qualifications merited the higher price.

Jason did a great job but ran out of time on a Thursday evening. He was off of work so he planned to be back on Monday. That evening, we found that some breakers started flipping in part of our house and wouldn’t stay on leaving some in our house with no electricity in part of the house. I called first thing Friday morning and the best they could do is schedule someone to come look at it between 3:00 and 6:00. They finally arrived at 4:40 but admitted that it was too late in the day to be able to actually fix anything. So, ultimately, TE left their customer in worse shape than before and then expected them to just wait four days for them to come out and actually help. I contacted another electrician who could come to my house on the weekend and cancelled all cervices with TE.
