Check system for zoning issues and found that zoning motor for the upstairs is bad and needs to be replaced. Also recommend adding a wet switch and safety switch for better flood protection.

Two showers are dripping constantly. Water pressure to the home was 122 psi. I replaced the pressure regulator and shut off valve along with the shower cartridges for both showers. Tested with no leaks. Water pressure is now 60 psi.
