Today I came to the customers home to install outdoor outlet on front porch

Installed 2 new thermostats provided by the customer. Checked heat and cool after installing both thermostats from the thermostat. Thermostats are connected to Wi-Fi and to customers phone via app. Both cooling and heating are functioning.

Used auger to clear toilet blockage

Dishwasher clogged heavy grease and rice in line, cleared dishwasher line, Ran dishwasher three times Customer was present. Drain line cleared. I Washed screen filter for dishwasher. inspected for leaks function check garbage disposal again, no discrepancies found.

Called out for a fracture fault in the main potable water line by meter box in front yard. Disconnected service at meter and inside penetration of basement wall and ran a new 1” main water service. At meter we installed a dual check and courtesy valve in new meter box. Ran a new piece of copper through penetration and installed new main shut off valve inside basement right before water filtration system. Sealed penetration with hydro cement and tar for maximum protection. Tested and purged water line to remove any air. All is working properly at this time. Lifetime install warranty

Repaired 1” main water service in front yard by meter box.

Inspected for leaks. Found that builder grade toilets had handles that would stay open when tripped. Replaced all toilets. Replaced failed thermal expansion tank. Repiped as needed. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Call regarding appliance not lighting with gas. Checked propane and several connections. Disconnected in basement and reconnected. Checked all fittings and lit stove. Cleaned area.

Replace broken cartridge with new Moen cartridge.

Found thermostat blank. Found lights on circuit board not light up. Found 3amp fuse blown on circuit board. Blown fuse cause blank thermostat and system not to operate. Blown fuse may be due to Contactor coil shorting out in the condenser. Could also be the 2 wire running from furnace to condenser. I inspected wire but could not find any bare/exposed wire that would short out the fuse. I zip tied wire in place outside to prevent movement of the wire. Filter was very dirty. Replaced filter. All the filters need to be replace in all other HVAC unit. System is r22 and is low on refrigerant. Found refrigerant leaks at the liquid and suction service valves. These leaks can be repaired but a new refrigerant must be supplemented. Old refrigerant must be recovered and new parts installed to repair leaks. Then pressure tested and vacuum pulled and add new refrigerant. This is not recommended due to cost vs new system and age of the old system. Recommend replacement of the full system. All the s

Removed toilet. Inspected flange. Found that flange was broken. Replaced flange and secured to the floor. Installed new American Standard toilet. Tested for leaks and function, all good.. Homeowner is very happy and bathroom was left super clean. Please allow 4 hours before use and 24 hours before cleaning around the base. Original quote was for a Kohler. Homeowner stated that the rest of the toilets in the home were American Standard. Installed an American Standard to keep the same brand toilets throughout home. Thank you for choosing T.E.
