Upon arrival, we ran a 4ft section of black iron next to the meter for multi use. Tested fittings to confirm no issues and pressurized the line. Painted the pipe with rust, preventative paint, and installed mounting brackets.

Customer has two 50 gallon electric water heaters installed in series in order to meet minimum First Hour Rating (FHR) of 75. One electric is 63 FHR which is below the 75 required. Customer is deciding at this time to eliminate one of the electric heaters although he is aware it is below minimum FHR This is for replumbing one heater, installing new expansion tank, and install new check valve for recirculation line Left estimates for gas heaters to replace electric if customer is still not satisfied with electric water heaters

Performed troubleshoot in dishwasher. Customer stated that it had not been draining properly. Took apart trap and drain under kitchen sink. Cleaned food debris out. Replaced improper rubber trap for kitchen sink drain. Tested dishwasher and found it was working as it should. Found no issues with drains at this time. If any further issues arise in regards to dishwasher it is not covered under the scope of today’s work. Recommended customer to contact appliance company if issues persist with dishwasher

Inspected shower drain in upstairs bathroom. A small sized ball had fallen into the drain. Drain was flowing perfectly fine. Flushed large volume of water down drain several times and drain is flowing as it should. Checked water pressure and it is high at 80 psi. Recommended replacing whole hoke regulator to a new higher quality one. Provided estimate as well to flush water heater

Flushed tankless water heater and installed a new Halo ionizer for inlet tankless filtration. Although it is still recommended for air filter to be checked annually, tankless water heater will now only need to be flushed with solution once every five years. Cleaned air filter and inlet water filter. Restored water to unit and tested for leaks and proper functionality. Ensured tankless unit is operating as it should. Cleaned up work area. Changed outlets in master bedroom to switched receptacles using Lutron caseta smart plugs and added a separate box with two pico switches. We added additional pico switches for three way operation and put them in a drawer by the fridge in the kitchen. These can be mounted by the bed when the bed is placed where it’s going or be used as remotes. We also added a receptacle to the master closet from the existing power in the toilet room. We relocated switches in communal area by moving them to a junction box in the master bathroom and dropping them down to desired location in the hall by the master bedroom. We added 1 circuit in the pantry for a toaster oven. We came off the kitchen lighting circuit and added an outlet for a coffee maker and powered water bowl. I informed the homeowners that if the coffee maker trips the breaker, we will need to install it on a dedicated circuit. Everything is working as it should

I am very impressed with the service provided for my HVAC inspection and service. Alex, the inspector, was extremely thorough, checking every aspect of my heating and cooling system. In addition, he provided detailed explanations of any issues he identified and provided recommendations for improving the lifespan of my system. Overall, the inspection was very informative and gave me peace of mind regarding the condition of my HVAC system. If you are looking for a maintenance plan, I would definitely recommend TE Certified.

What can I say to describe Doug and Hayden? Nothing they were indescribable. If Doug was an Avenger...He'd be Captain America! Just like you wouldn't have the Avengers with out Steve Rodgers, you cant have TE Electrician without Doug! And Hayden! Well lets just keep going with this Avengers analogy...If Hayden was an Avenger he definitely be Thor! I mean first off that beard! Second Hayden has this way about him that makes everyone around him feel welcome and worthy of his company! If Captain America (in this analogy, Doug) is the leader, Thor (aka Hayden) is the heart! Ok lets be serious, Doug and Joel original came out for a small job that turned into something bigger. I am really thankful that they were able to spot things I hadn’t seen. After Doug came back out this time with Hayden and they re did my entire breaker and installed a home surge protector and Hayden said it was as if my home had a secret service agent and he had me sold! The were awesome and I really appreciated that they made sure to wear shoe covers and put down plastic sheets and cleaned up when they were done. I have already referred Doug to my whole family and they all have a picture of his business card.
