Client complained as a leak from above guest bathroom to the kitchen dining room. On arrival client explained the initial issue was repaired and then suddenly they noticed a change so they quit using the tub shower. Ran the shower and the tub for at least 20 minutes with no water showing. Recommend client use the unit unit to determine how the water is getting through to the kitchen ceiling. I believe water may be possibly dripping onto the floor then to the ceiling. Explain decline if I have to return with no water being shown on the floor I will need to cut drywall from the air from the ceiling. Half bath floor has a cracked toilet line , replace the cracked toilet supply line and tested with no issues. The flapper inside the same toilet is missing a part that hinges the flapper to the flush valve. The part that was needed to repair the original flapper and tested with no issues. Clients water pressure is 90 psi which is over the recommended 80 psi. I will leave an estimate to change
