Tested system not heating for the whole home. Found a failed capacitor. Tested the unit with a new capacitor. Found the compressor and the fan motor are over amp Ing and also tested with meghometer and got bad readings from both windings. The capacitor in contactor, failing, condenser coil, dirty, no flood protections installed, ducks are extremely dirty, heat kit has failed, and blower is dirty with lots of growth inside the air handler. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Installed a dedicated circuit for an electric fireplace with a heater. This required removing an existing junction box behind the fireplace, and repowering the rest of the circuit. Installed conduit from the electrical panel to outside, trenched and installed conduit. Wired fireplace. The fireplace blower is bad, confirmed with customer service. Everything is connected correctly. I wrote the customer service number down for you to be able to get a tech out to replace. Photos will be sent of wiring just in case they ask if we’re sure it’s wired correctly.

Our refrigerator stopped working on a Sunday afternoon and we wanted to check the electric circuit since it was the second refrigerator in a year. TE Certified was out at 8:30 Monday morning. Nathan did a thorough test and even checked our lights in the garage. Thank you for saving the day and making us the first customer of the day.

Charley quickly isolated the problem and corrected it. This would be a 5 star review but the price of the visit was about three times what we felt it should be for a 12’’ piece of hose a few connectors and 25 minutes work.
