We will replace the damaged box in the kitchen with a new box and two new switches
Full system
We had a directional bore team come out and to bore and Install a 1” conduit under ground from the well (led of the home in the woods) to the left corner of the home. We installed a post with a A/C disconnect by the well and pulled the existing well wire from the well and into the new pipe all the way to the home. We installed new conduit to physically protect all wiring. We made our terminations inside the A/C disconnect as well and tested them. We removed the open air splice, installed a pvc tap can and install the new conduit into the box from the ground and made a splice inside the box The circuit that controls the well pump is #2&4 inside the main panel located in the garage on a 2p20 GE breaker. NO WARRANTY ON EXISTING CABLE
We shut the breaker off to the basement bedroom to verify everything that is on that circuit. The circuit is located in a sub-panel in the basement bottom right hand side. We verified it was the bedroom basement light and bathroom receptacle circuit. The issue was in the two gang bathroom switch box with a loose ground. We twisted wire and crimped the switches and all the receptacles. That resolved the issue.
Replace 3 combo smokes in the hallways, around the house.
Today we came out to the home to rewire the living room outlets.
Rand dedicated wire to new outlet outlet
Came out today to install a ceiling fan in bedroom
Wire in and install (3) new location receptacles for the following areas: Upstairs bathroom, this must be gfci protected Master bedroom above mantel Sunroom. I supplied and installed a 15 duel function breaker located in panel “A” or the left panel for the upstairs bathroom receptacle Install a dimmer in the basement by the utility room and in the utility room wire in and install an LED by pass. There are three floor receptacles in the living room and half is being powered constantly hot while the other half is switched and the location for that is by the main level back door in the living room. In order to separate the step lights from the can lights going into the basement is to install a wire from the 2g box down into the first step lights. I walked the homeowner through everything and showed her that everything was working as well. I made sure to clean up after myself and got approval from the homeowner that it was.
Inspection for grounding system
Replaced the programmable thermostat for another programmable thermostat. I checked the unit on both heating and cooling.
Repaired wie tap for hot tub
Troubleshoot electrical issue
Toilet is draining slowly, siphon jet is working properly. Pull toilet and retrieve toy, reinstall toilet and check for any problems.
I came out today to troubleshoot the living room ceiling fan that was being fed, constantly hot and not working via the two 3way switches. The customer stated that one 3 way was located by the front door and the other is located in a 2g box by the hallway that goes to the master bedroom. The switch by the front door is a 3way and the wires were cut and capped off and the other switch was removed from the 3g. I removed the canopy at the ceiling fan and discovered that no box was present and the bracket was just screwed to the beam. I used a toner to trace the switch leg out and discovered it in the receptacle by the 2g box. I installed a new jumper from the receptacle to the switch box as to re feed the fan. I installed a new 3way switch for the fan and tested it. The fan is now working at both switches. The customer requested to have me also look into the ceiling fan in the dining room and I have found the middle switch located by the back door to be a single pole switch. I removed it
