Resealed around the base of widespread faucets in master bathroom that were allowing water to drip below them. Customer also had mixing of hot and cold water on one fixture but the mixing valve for the tub is located below. Tested all fixtures in the bathroom to make sure they were getting hot and cold.

Filters were completely caked with dirt.Recommended repairs or replacement due to age and type of refrigerant. Will need to order parts if customer agrees to repairs. Unit is short cycling at this time.

Performed 1 system diagnostic for system for whole home. Found unit not operational. Outdoor unit was low on charge and was not heating adequately. Charged unit with 2 pounds of 410 and got unit heating. System is a 3 zoned 4 ton heat pump in the attic. Changed filter s Customer supplied. Also found not DATS sensor for zone board and no safety switches. Blower wheel was also slightly dirty . Brough all issues to customers attention. Unit is heating at this time.

Kitchen ceiling has a water stain, Mrs states she noticed on Christmas Eve and immediately stopped using the water in the bathroom above. Mrs also states she noticed after her daughter was using the sink and toilet in the same bathroom. Today I troubleshooted the issue, I ran the tub, sink and toilet and never got the leak to occur. There is some spots near the tub that is missing grout and the molding is showing signs of a recent leak, Mrs states her teenage daughter occasionally throws wet towels in the corner. Mr states he will take care of it. Today I removed and reset the toilet in the second floor master bathroom, used a new wax seal and bolts and also caulked around the bowl for a water tight seal.

No compatibility guarantee is provided by TE Certified Electricians for the installation of this vehicle charger. The vehicle charger provided by the customer has a known compatibility issue with ground fault circuit interrupter (GFCI) protection. The manufacture has acknowledge their unit is not compatible with the national electrical code and may trip the life safety device on the circuit. The customer agrees to hold TE Certified Electricians and its employees harmless for any issues that may occur. The customer also understands there may be an additional charge to come out and address any compatibility issues. TE Certified Electricians recommends using a charger compatible with the NEC 2020 or installing hardwired car chargers to prevent this issue

Homeowner lavatories faucets had low water pressure on hot side checked the cartridges and cleared out the hot supply lines for debris. Hot side has improved only a little bit but all the cartridges are fine. Recommend homeowner to call Delta to get new faucets for replacement. And new water filter system.

Zach and his partner replaced a frozen open expansion valve with an expansion tank, which had already cost me an extra $250 in water bills. They diagnosed the problem quickly and had all the parts with them to do the job. Couldn’t be happier with the service!
