Our client reached out to us to have a bidet seat installed on a pre-existing toilet. Water was shut off at stop valve for the service. The insulation was done and tested for leaks. No leaks were found. I client also has an issue with a pot filler faucet in kitchen that is leaking. I’m sending our client a quote for the replacement of that faucet as well for some other items that I noticed that need some attention. Had an awesome experience with the customer and they are also satisfied.

Resealed around the base of widespread faucets in master bathroom that were allowing water to drip below them. Customer also had mixing of hot and cold water on one fixture but the mixing valve for the tub is located below. Tested all fixtures in the bathroom to make sure they were getting hot and cold.
