Customer had an 11 year old gas water hate that was leaking. Customer decided to replace with a tankless Installed Navien 240A2 tankless water heater. There is no outlet present currently. Explained to customer that he will need to have an outlet installed for the heater to plug into Will be returning to install new 3/4” gas line for tankless heater

We were called out for a clog in the women's restroom toilet. We tested it and only the smaller of the two stalls was clogged. We ran the closet auger and cleared the drain.

Add powered ventilation to garage for printing booth including fresh air intake. Provided and installed intake air and duct, exhaust duct and fan to different wall, ran power to fan and new switch dedicated for fan.

No power coming to house from power company side

For this job we completed a troubleshoot for ceiling fans and kitchen lights not working properly.

Cleared toilet blockage with auger, tested toilet flush with toilet paper and verified a proper flush.

Basement system heating working on and off and giving bad pressure switch code. It’s a 90% gas furnace. Removed the PVC condensation pipe and heat works properly. Vacuumed the pvc pipe but it’s clear. There’s many elbows and it’s probably what is causing the pressure switch to be bad. Inspected heat exchanger and found a crack and some heavy rusted in all three chambers. Turned thermostat to cool and checked outside condenser. System still using r22 (Freon). It’s little low on Freon, compressor with high amperage , pitted contactor, very dirty condenser and weak capacitor. System is 22 years old and in its last legs. Main level system, 22 years old. Heat exchanger compromised, evaporator coil covered with biological growth, blower wheel very dirty. Cooling is working, but not efficient and house humidity level is high, and so the electrical bill. Also, air quality in the house is very poor. Replaced induce draft motor and condensing fan motor under warranty. Tested motors. All working as designed. Added and tested wet switch. Wet switch properly working.

10 years parts warranty. 2 years labor warranty ( up to 10 years with Homecare). Install one new thermostat for main and relocate the main thermostat for upstairs .

Upon arrival, The homeowner showed us to the master bathroom where she believed there was a leak underneath the toilet, and powder room where she believed There was a leak at the hot side handle and to the pressure regulator located in the basement where they had tested the pressure and believed it to be outside safe Operating pressure for a residential home. We tested the static and dynamic water pressure to the home At 65 psi and 60 psi respectively. We were unable to re-create or get any leaks to present in the master bathroom or powder room. We are identified a failed thermal expansion tank, and Excessive water heater temperature. With customers approval, we shut off the water to the home and drained out the water heater enough to lower the temperature to a 120° And replaced the thermal expansion tank with a proper mounting bracket. Today I did a diagnosis on the doorbell wiring to make sure the wiring was adequate to what the homeowner wanted to accomplish. I also installed a new transformer, chime, battery storage unit and customer supplied ring doorbell. I changed the two gang metal box (at no charge) that was existing to a two gang plastic box.

Gave customer quotes to replace water heater with different options

Replaced customer supplied breakers for fridge and dishwasher

Customer is selling his home and the inspector found an open air splice in the crawl space near the kitchen area. We supplied and installed a junction box in the crawl space and sent the pictures over

Arrived on site to install new Eaton CH smart breakers for the existing electrical panel. We installed customer supplied breakers provided through the Eaton warranty. They have 5 more 15 amp breakers that need to be ordered and installed. Once the breakers are received by the homeowner, we can return to put them in. Everything is working upon departure.

Estimate to Pull master bath toilet and replace toilet flange as requested by the customer. There is currently a water stain on guest bedroom ceiling below. We have given an estimate to cut Sheetrock Tomperform a leak search to verify source of leak. The customer declined the leak search at this time. We pulled the toilet and found that the flange was set about 1/2 below floor level. We reset toilet afree installing a new flange, wax ring, supply line and closet bolts. We flushed several times to test and found no leaks at this time.
