Performed leak search in wall to find pinhole. Found pinhole and repaired leak with 3/4” pex line. Installed new 3/4” pro press PRV. Tested work thoroughly. Checked for leaks. No leaks.

At arrival on 12/20/2024: found that the customer replaced their humidifier canister themselves on their main floor system, and humidifier threw a fault code. Checked thermostat canister and found that it was not sitting properly. Readjusted canister and reset the system. The humidifier started back working properly.

Electrical outlet installation service call. Replaced electrical outlet that provides power for customer's range. Checked wires nearby to make sure they hadn't suffered any damage from the outlet. Everything looks good.

Homeowner was concerned about their washer box leaking water. Technician fixed the leak by tightening it. Checked for leaks. No leaks. Homeowner expressed other concerns about the plumbing system for the house. Technician found there were multiple pinhole leaks forming in the copper. Technician quoted the homeowner on a basement Repipe getting rid of the copper. Technician also quoted homeowner on a basement spot repair on the pinholes forming.

Replaced washer box.

Provide and replace lighting contractors.

Shower drain was leaking upon arrival. Hole was cut in ceiling prior to work. Removed more drywall to open work area. Replaced shower drain. Tested for leaks and function, all good. Thank you for choosing T.E. Certified.

Replaced 50 gallon natural gas water heater with all required code upgrades. New tank installed holds and upgraded 10 year manufactures warranty. Water was restored to the home. All work was tested for leaks and proper functionality. Cleaned up work area. Lit water heater and set to 120°.

Troubleshoot and repair power outage in the upstairs hall and children’s rooms.

Jet main sewer line to free up blockages, jetting was successful in clearing up the roots and soft tissue. Camera footage shows several points of bellies, slight separation, and a break in the pipe where the soft tissue was located.

Replaced leaking water heater with new rheem 50 gallon gas 10 year warranty

Replaced master bath toilet and rebuilt drainage under kitchen sink and upstairs lavatory in master (left side of vanity. Installed two customer supplied faucets in the master bathroom. Replaced broken toilet flange in master bath. Caulked and shimmed toilet to level due to uneven tile.

16 year old gas furnace / 28 year old AC & Coil Replaced the 16-20-1 filter, cycled system through heat and cool using the thermostat, and inspected heat exchanger with borescope camera. During the heat inspection I observed multiple cracks in the heat exchanger on the left 2 cells. The left 2 cells are the only ones I have a direct access too. Observed that the hot surface igniter is weak and chalky, the flame sensor is also weak and chalky. The blower motor and blower wheel are dirty and the blower motor is seeping oil at main seal on the bottom back side. This system has multiple weak and dated components that are original. This system has exceeded its safe heating operation. Due to the age, condition, and cost of temporary repairs, I recommended updating this equipment. Thank you for choosing T.E. Mainline blockage affecting the whole home, tub is filled to the brim in the basement, the outside cleanout is also full, use k750 to clear mainline blockage, clear the toilet bowl of tissue paper, and schedule a camera tech to verify the integrity of the mainline out to the sewer tap.

Ran Hydro jet into mainline cleared blockage

Replaced 4 non functioning stops. Powder bath toilet, PRV, gas flex and gas shutoff for water heater, PRV, expansion tank, powder bath faucet and kitchen faucet.
