Heating, Cooling, Plumbing & Electrical Service FAQs
On average you'll spend between $3,500-$12,000 for HVAC replacement services from local HVAC contractors near Lawrenceville, GA. The cost of an HVAC unit in your home can vary depending on several factors, including the brand and type of the HVAC system you’re installing, the size of the house, ductwork length, and the new unit's efficiency rating.
When an AC system becomes clogged with debris such as grass, dirt, and other contaminants, it can lead to an inability of your AC system to cool the home. To keep your cooling running smoothly, make sure you check that the AC coils remain clear of any blockages. Also, check your air filter. Dirty air filters cause your AC unit to operate at a lower efficiency which means it does not cool your house as well as it should.
The typical cost of a whole-home generator installation ranges from $2,000 to $6,500. This includes both the cost of the generator itself and the cost of installation. Of course, the exact cost will vary depending on factors such as the size of your home and the type of generator you are looking to install.

There are a few ways to fix an underground water line near Lawrenceville, depending on the specific issue. Some common methods include:
- Trenchless repair involves using a small hole to access the damaged pipe and then inserting a new pipe into the existing one. This method is recommended because it is less invasive and can be completed quickly.
- Pipe bursting involves breaking the damaged pipe and pulling a new one through the existing hole.
- Open trench repair involves digging up the damaged pipe and replacing it with a new one. This method is more invasive and time-consuming but may be necessary for severe damage.
Fixing an underground water line should always be done by a professional plumber or plumbing contractor with experience in underground pipe repair.

Get Water Line Repair & Installation Service near Lawrenceville, GA
Water line repair and replacement is an essential part of home plumbing maintenance. While most homeowners are familiar with the need to replace burst pipes or repair pipes that are exposed to the elements, many are unaware that underground water lines can also develop problems. Over time, roots can grow into the pipes, causing them to break or become blocked. In addition, shifts in the ground can stress the pipes and cause them to crack or leak.
The Importance of Regular Underground Water Line Inspections
As a result, it is important to have a qualified plumber inspect your underground water lines on a regular basis. If a problem is found, they will be able to replace or repair the pipes as needed. With our years of experience, we are confident that we can meet all of your plumbing needs.

On arrival, client explained when he’s running the master bathroom shower. The water leaks below to the dining room table. Did a visual inspection on the master bathroom shower . I can clearly see water is running down the shower wall hitting the shower trim, then leaking behind the shower trim into the wall. Client had a new showerhead installed, and a part of the spray is actually hitting the soap dish, causing water to channel down the wall. Sealed around the trim plate. Recommend client remove the soap dish that’s attached to the shower neck or replace the showerhead with a longer head that will clear the soap dish. Client asked if there were any other issues would he get a refund at which time I explained only if it’s the trim seal that I just installed. If a return trip is needed additional charges may be needed if there’s another issue other than the one that was resolved today. Recommend client wait 24 hours before using the shower, which will allow proper cure time for the sil
