Replaced toilet Prv main shut off

TESTED SYSTEM NOT COOLING. FOUND BREAKER TRIPPED AND WAS CAUSED BY FAILED WINDINGS INSIDE COND. FAN MOTOR. COND. COIL IS ALSO VERY DIRTY, CONTACTOR IS PITTED & HARD START FAILED. Due to the age of the system, it might be time to think about replacing.

Completed homecare maintenance for single system home. Tested system in both heating and cooling. Also today I cleaned the outdoor condenser coils and replace the pressure switch in the furnace. No other failures at this time. Informed customer of duct cleaning that may be needed on the system along with adding air quality products.

For this job, I completed a two system full inspection on heat pump units. I tested both units in heat and cool to ensure that they were working properly. I got into readings on the heat strips to ensure that they were working. I inspected the indoor coil as well as the blower wheel. I didn’t proceeded to inspect the outdoor unit and measure all its electrical components, as well as get pressure readings. For the upstairs unit, I noticed that the drain pan was rusted and showed signs of water leakage. The customer and I spoke about potentially replacing the upstairs unit.

Customer is experiencing a toilet clog on the main floor powder room. Use closet auger to clear the blockage, test with toilet paper and verify a proper flush and flow, check for leaks or other problems and notify client. This option worked! adjusted flapper properly, no leaks or issues at this time.

Replaced 2 leaking sink collars in kitchen sink, 1 as a courtesy. Cleared bathroom sink blockage isolated right above the pop up. It was a cylindrical piece. Checked and found no leaks in the drainage system under both sinks. Heavy water damage from the past caused a hole in the counter behind the kitchen sink, customer knew this and will be replacing soon.

Inspect garage electrical

Bust up slab and make repair on 3/4 copper line, replace PRV and main shut off valve

NO HEAT DUE TO A FAULTY PRESSURE SWITCH. ALSO FOUND THE DUCTWORK IS VERY DIRTY ALONG WITH THE OUTDOOR CONDENSER COIL. SYSTEM COULD BENEFIT FROM CLEANINGS & ADDING IWAVE-R IONIZER TO HELP WITH DUST BUILDUP.

Ran k400 down main line to clear soft tissue blockage

Cut out 9 year old 40 gallon water heater in garage to install new 50 gallon heater. Replacement included all new copper piping and fittings, expansion tank and strap, pan, gas shutoff and gas line, and new sediment trap. Turned heater in to test. Also replaced all innards for master bath toilet and swapped supply lines for hallway bathroom sink as courtesy. Pressure to home 60 psi

Home care electrical inspection. Replaced both breakers for ac units and ran new whip for left AC unit. Also downsized breaker for mini-split from 30a to a 20a.

For this job, we worked on installing a customer provided ceiling fan along with a ceiling fan rated box.

Re device lower level and garage. Run 2 dedicated circuits one to the man cave and one to the basement bedroom . Replace fan in mom’s room. Retrofit 2 fixtures is shop area of garage. Everything tested and working properly.

Perform one systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. System needs some repairs and enhancement to be able to work properly. The bare minimum basic repairs to get the system running today.

Replace electrical panel

Installed 50 gallon water heater gas fired pan installed

Provide an install new 200 amp service

Install 50 gallon gas water heater in garage on stand all work was tested and documented with pictures

Replace outlet to 4 prong outlet install GFI outlet on washing machine. Replace all outdated Arc Fault breakers with new versions for bedrooms

Reattached meter main to home. Reminder to call xfinity to place a cover back on fiber connections

Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system. Performed 2 system inspection. Found upstairs unit not installed correctly, did not have a filter, electrical and gas are not up to code, flue vent also was also incorrectly installed. Was held together by tape, ac coil for upstairs is 33 years old. Will G quoted ac coil and repairs for upstairs. Main level is original to the home, burners rusted, incorrect flue connection. Failed run cap, pitted contactor,dirty blower and dirty condenser. Due to ages of the systems and cost of repairs had will quote replacement for min level unit while on site as well. Both systems are operational hoe Wasn’t not up to code and not operating efficiently.
