Tested system not cooling for the main level of the home. Found a short coming from the contactor outside. This also has caused damage to the nest thermostat and found it is only sending 21 to 22 V. The condenser coil outside is very dirty along with the blower wheel in the furnace. Also subpar flood protections installed on this unit. Today we replaced the contactor on the outdoor unit and customer said that he would buy his own thermostat and replace it himself. Tested the unit after replacing the contactor no immediate failures at this time
