Full System install. Install new drain pan, condensate pump, thermostat , safety switches, combo switch, and re-install the media filter cabinet. Transition back to the supply and return plenums. Insulate few duct runs and the supply plenum. Add on new 10in return boot by the stairs. Braze, pressure with nitrogen, vacuum, and charge the system. We Adjust blower speed. We test unit on heat and cool. We also test the condensate pump and the safety switches. Unit is currently working.

Completed homecare maintenance for two systems in the home. Fully tested heat and cool from thermostats. Found the upstairs level furnace at 17 years old with motors that are beginning to fail and inform customer that it may be time to think about replacing due to the cost of repairs. The main level system is brand new and found no immediate failures or issues with this unit. Adding air purifier to the system, will significantly improve overall air quality in the system and keep your new unit clean. Found the drain line extremely clogged to the upstairs level and today we cleared that drain using nitrogen. I was unable to get the clog out with pressure and I substituted the drain for the secondary drain that was already in the attic. Today, I also installed flood protections for the upstairs level system.

Leak under slab. Leak detection came out to mark location. Removed flooring, jackhammered concrete to expose water lines. Found pin hole. Removed and replaced damaged section or pipe. Turned on water to pressurize and test fittings before backfilling. Repaired concrete to rough grade.

Rebuilt three toilets/one minor/upstairs master and downstairs master and hallway quarter bathroom first floor

Performed hvac ac inspection for 3 systems Customer changed system filters for all three units. Checked over all operations for the master bedroom unit side of house unit located in attic. System is 4 years old, gas furnace and ac and coil. Everything is clean inside the furnace cabinet. Customer changed (16x25x4) system filter. Blower wheel was clean, made sure drain line was clean. Recommend adding Apco ultra advanced Uv light to system, adding wet pan switch and in line float switch for safety flood protection. Checked over outdoor unit capacitor and contactor tested good with no issues, condenser coils are dirty recommended cleaning, customer advised me to send estimate via email. Unit is cooling with no issues. Checked over unit for right side of house. This unit is 9 years old, customer changed (20x25x4) system filter. Unit does have a dirty blower wheel recommended cleaning, customer declined recommendations today advised me to send estimates via email. Inside cabinet is nice

Completed system observation by the time of arrival found breaker was stripped for the outdoor unit after flip it back. The breaker fan came on outside for the compressor wouldn’t start when the compressor tried to start breaker tripped again. System is 18 years old furnace is 26 years old. Highly recommend to upgrade it. Quoted customer for compressor replacement. Based on our findings today, it might be time to think about getting a brand new system.

Upon arrival customer stated another company stated warranty parts on both outdoor systems were going bad “contactors”, company stated parts “contactors” were making some buzzing sound and wouldn’t honor parts warranty. Customer wanted me to diagnose to reassure these parts “contactors” were in fact going bad. I detected bad “compactors” that are failing not “contactors”. I explained to customer about our plan and warranty coverage when joining our home care membership plan. Customer excepted our pricing and home care plan today. Tech replaced both parts and tested both systems in coordination mode. Both systems are operating good at this time. Replacing the Master bedroom/Smoke Breaker #5 Recommended changed out all the smoke detectors batteries-since the breaker was tripped for along period of time.

Perform a 2 systems home care maintenance. Change filter, tested all electrical components, flushed drain line, tested thermostat, Tested both system on cool and heat, checked pressures and refrigerant. When I arrived outdoor system for guest houses was not working, after multiple test notice that there was a heavy obstruction on line set and airflow was also very poor making outdoor condenser go on lock out. System for main house is running however there are some issues that need to be addressed. Let customer know and gave him the options and details of my findings on inspection sheet.
