Performed customer two systems home care maintenance both systems are 13 years old. Media filter for upstairs system was still good no need to change at this time, changed (16x25x1) filter for downstairs systems. Checked over all operations for upstairs system, this natural gas furnace and ac and coil. Cleaned flame sensor, cleaned pressure switch tube port, inducer draft motor checked out great with no issues. Advised customer that blower motor is dirty recommended cleaning, customer declined recommendations at this time, advised customer there is no wet safety float switch In drain pan and no in line float switch recommended adding customer declined recommendations at this time. Advised customer of dirty blower wheel recommended cleaning, customer declined recommendations at this time. Cleaned drain line. Recommend updating older thermostat and changing Uv light bulb, it’s coming up on the two year mark. Checked over all operations for the outdoor unit, outdoor capacitor and contact

For this job I worked on redevicing the entire home. All outlets and switches were updated. Replaced 3 broken boxes and checked all connections at every electrical box. Replaced all wire nuts for new ones on each connection. Siliconed all 3 outdoor outlets to prevent any water from entering box. Garage and bathroom circuit were tied together at front outdoor outlet so after troubleshooting issue, I separated both circuits and capped off one circuit so dual function breakers wouldn’t trip after every use.

For this job, I worked on returning to finish the new service I started last week. finished the grounding system, running smoke detectors to the required areas and replacing the existing ones. that way, they are all up-to-date. installed new meter main combo disconnect along with new 4/0 SER service wire from meter main combo to new panel inside of basement. started redevicing the whole house. During the redevice, we are inspecting every single electrical box and all connections, replacing any damaged boxes, and updating all wire nuts on the connections as well. Main water service. Water line was leaking from the pvc coupling. I Cut out the pipe and replaced it with copper,also replaced the pressure regulating valve. The line was tested and pressurized . Work done has a lifetime warranty on workmanship.

Our client had an issue that included drywall and ceiling. A living room was showing water damage. After investigating the system, I discovered there was a ball valve underneath the master bathroom sink that was leaking. Several quotes were given to the customer for other issues that they inquired about. The original issue was resolved and tested for leaks. No leaks were found.water mitigation was also contacted and the schedule to arrive here today. I’ll work the document with photos. Client is happy.

Performed routine maintenance inspection on 15 y/o Amana system that operates for whole house. Furnace located in crawlspace. Checked amp draws. Inducer motor has become weak. Cleaned flame sensor. Cleared pressure switch tubing. Replaced 16x25x1 filter. Blower wheel cleaning needed. No form of water protection and condensate pump safety is not wired into system. Recommend iWave Air Ionizer for whole house air purification. Spoke with customer about HomeCare maintenance program, which was declined at this time. Condenser coil cleaning needed. Condenser fan motor has signs of overheating. Other condenser electrical components are fair. Informed customer of all findings. System is currently working.

Remodel rough plumbing

Investigated leak under kitchen sink. Opened floating ceiling to find daylight and a strong draft next to the ABS drain pipe. Concluded that the wetness was from rain after testing the kitchen faucet yielded no results. Performed a favor for homeowner. A quick connect fitting came loose by the refrigerator door. It was removed, cleaned and reinstalled. TE cannot warranty this repair, and if this leak occurs again, an appliance tech will need to be called.
