Mr. Basulto was very professional and proficient in getting my basement furnace installed yesterday. There was an initial problem in getting the first unit to work. He quickly consulted with others and came to a solution. We decided to upgrade my purchase as it was the best option. He and his partner were at my home almost all day getting things done correctly. Thanks for a job well done.

Excellent

This is the second time in a two-week period that I have used TE Certified for electrical projects. This time it was to upgrade the light fixtures on our back porch which is now turned into a family room. Thanks to Payton Wilson and his partner Corey for their help today. Nathan was a pleasure to work with. He notified me when he would arrive and was here within minutes of that estimate. He took his time reviewing my requests and provided me with a very fair estimate. Jason was great. He arrived at the time he said he would, was polite and professional He took time to tell me about the company, himself, and the plans for the work to be done today. He provided several options for me to consider and explained each one. He also provided updates throughout the work. He had a trainee with him, Terrance, who was polite, professional, and showed me things he was doing and why. I am very impressed with Jason and Terrance and won't hesitate to call again if and when needed.
